Customer service is off the charts. Polite. Professional. Reasonable. There isn't much more I can add about Jack. Salt of the earth kind of guy. Ya'll go on in, Xtreme Auto will take care of you right.

This is the best shop around, I take my cars here anytime they need work done and they always do a good job, without overcharging. I don t have to wait a long time to get my car back. Ask a local! We broke down on a Saturday afternoon in Baltimore. The ford dealership was already closed. Found a place to stay and headed to a watering hole for a pop. The bartender asked me what I wanted. I said a mechanic. Without hesitation he said Jack. He called and Jack said bring it in first thing Monday morning. We did. Jack had us on the road the next day. With a price, for his expertise, that made me smile. We highly recommend going to see Jack at Glen Bernie Extreme Auto

The best. Friendly, professional, and xtremely skilled technicians. They install all the silly parts I buy for my hot rod, and fix all my DIY mistakes, and they do it in a timely fashion. This mechanic is awesome. I broke a bolt off on my valve cover gasket and they were able to get it removed for a very reasonable price. Also had 1 other problem that they spent a lot of time on but were unable to fix. They didn't charge me anything. Absolutely awesome customer service and knowledgeable mechanics. Wish I could give them 10 stars

Excellent service, great guys.Showed up 45 minutes before closing (on a FRIDAY) and they didn t hesitate to help. My window motor blew & they rigged it until the part could be ordered/received. I replaced the spider injection system on a 2003 6 cyl Chevy s10. Of course I messed up. Extreme fixed it and charrged me a low fee. Very grateful for their service. I highly recommend them.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

First time going to this shop. Was planning to take my car to Nissan but the tow truck driver recommend this repair shop. Glad he did. My vehicle is a 2006, do like Nissan but to expensive. Been told not to take the my vehicle there when it's this age. Thank you Jack for repairing my vehicle. He replaced the camshaft senor. My name is Marhta, the name that is showing is my Godson.

They used little zip ties to hold the bottom of my car together and I do not appreciate that because the zip ties came loose and are hanging down now. Therefore, I need to take it somewhere else to be fixed when this place should have used a clamp in the first place. Do not come to this auto shop, worst service ever!

I went to extreme repair to have a tire switched out with a brand new one Mount and balance. The charge was cheaper by $10 than anybody else I've called. They were very nice courteous, and as soon as I pulled up they were working on my car no wait. That means a lot!

They are always able to diagnose and fix the issues other mechanics can't figure out. Customer service comes very easy to them. They fully explain your vehicle's issues to you and never push you to make repairs you don't need. Abdul, Avis and their team are awesome. I highly recommend them.

Me and my buddy had a transmission leak on a Saturday evening. Lucky enough this place was still open. Called them in advance and they were able to attend our vehicle right on the spot! Really kind and friendly with great service. Very knowledgeable mechanics with very appreciated pricings. Would highly recommend!

I met one of the worker 2yrs ago when my brakes were giving out. I had 4 children with me and I was new to the area. I took mt car down the road to xtreme auto and they immediately replaced my brakes and worked with my options and financial availability. Had a great experience! Best mechanic I've ever had! They didnt try to overcharge me or sell me something I dont need and even fixed my overhead taillight. Very honest folk and will definitely be recommending to everyone looking for a car mechanic.

I have been to this shop several time but this time. The shop was so busy( they claimed) that they couldn't get to my car. They kept my car for weeks until we both decided to just pick it up and take it to another shop. I really like the shop but didn't feel like a valued customer.

My Audi was misfiring, couldn't leave Glen Burnie because it might have destroyed my engine. Xtreme auto repair hooked it up, diagnosed the misfiring cylinder, drove out and picked up a plug and coil and got everything fixed. Awesome service, very knowledgeable mechanics. Thanks again!

Turned me around soon as I pulled up said they didn t know about Lexus but yet in the pictures they clearly work on a Lexus before smh I wouldn t come here save ya time and money people
