Very professional, friendly, and punctual. They took care of me in a very well mannered and excellent way. I had to get four new tires, the tire process was smooth and stress-free. Starting from Craig who checked me in at the front desk all the way to the technicians who worked on my car, I have absolutely no complaints and will continue to come here.

I was at the Glen Burnie Costco Tire Store. I got 4 new Michelin tires installed. I am disabled and I have to say I was treated with such respect and professionalism. One gentleman in particular went above and beyond to help me his name is Josh Hyatt. I can't say enough about him!! I will be recommending Costco for tire, brakes and other automotive needs.Thank you Costco and Josh Hyatt.Delores Diaz

The management needs to work on their customer service. Only one person in charge of the counter, entertaining customers one at a time. The phone is off the hook too, which means if you are lined up just to pick up your keys after 1-1.5 hours of waiting, you will need to stand and wait again for more than 20 minutes until he's done. Other employees seem not to care. They just passed by not asking whether their colleagues or other customer needed help. One employee even ignored our call. No teamwork at all. They do not pay equal attention to returning customers using the tire rotation. After these several poor experiences, I may not consider buying tires with Costco again. It is not worth your time.

Don't come here if you didn't buy your tires from Costco or if you're current tires are not the same exact size as the manufacturer's original tire size. If you have any modifications or lifts to your vehicle, to include a Jeep, they will no service you.

We had a great experience with the Tire Center at Glen Burnie s Costco. Josh was able to fit us in late on a Friday evening to repair our tire after running over a nail. We were in and out in under an hour. It was a quick, pleasant, and positive experience.

Great customer service. They didn't have the size I needed, but ordered it for me. When my tires came, they did not have appointments available, but I was told I could come by and wait. It took about 3 hours, which was okay in the grand scheme of things, since I spent those hours walking around Costco

Wow! The BEST 4 tire replacement Ever! We arrived not knowing if they would have 4 tires for our older sedan. They not only had our tires, but a amazing rebate as well.Start to finish took only an hour and 15 minutes. Which included 4 tire replacement, balance, test drive, and putting the donut back in our trunk.I highly recommend!

I've purchased almost all my tires and batteries from Costco since becoming a member and this location has been fantastic every time. Service is always brisk and polite even after they have to deal with irrationally angry and entitled customers immediately before me. Their patience and professionalism is impressive and keeps me coming back.

I ve been here three times for new sets of tires over the years. Generally speaking they get it done but normally later than the tell you. They typically are understaffed, don t have an updated inventory and go later than their estimates. I just got a new set of tires here and even dropping off my car an hour early for an appointment, it still took 2 and half hours, rather than the original 1hr quoted to get it done. Tires and installation themselves are always fine though. Customer service is generally mixed.

I arrived at Glen burnie Costco tire center by 10:30 today try to get a tire repair because I found a nail in the middle of tire and told will be done around one hour. . I came back around 1:10 and ask about my car, told it s not done . I walked to where I park my car, the car still there and looks like they totally forgot about my car. I got skipped. I went in to the tire shop ask about my happened, the guy said they going to do it now and will take another hour. My god.

Just a great place to buy tires. Costco has great prices on tires and they will check as refill them for the life of the tire. They also include free patches as needed and will come to you if you are stranded within so many miles of a Costco.One tip, especially if you need four tires is to check the coupon books. They come out almost every month with about ten days been books. And if you buy all four, they rotate between brands from month to month which is on sale (usually $70 off).Another nice perk is the tire patching. But we had a mail in one spot, patched and then another nail a month later in almost the same spot. Therefore, they couldn't patch it. But they checked tread life on the tire and gave us today percentage off the replacement.Overall, the only complaint I have is that wait can be extremely long on nights and especially weekends m but you can schedule appointments and you can always just browse Costco while waiting, which is the best perk.The people are very knowledgeable and go the extra mile. I had family in town who go their tires at a Costco in another state. One has a I'll, they they didn't know which, it wasn't obvious, but they checked all four, even the non Costco spare to figure out the issue. That's great service, especially since it was a busy weekend and they didn't charge for it.

I called to see if they had a tire for my car. They found my car in their system and confirmed they had a tire. Went there and an hour and half later, they didn t have the tire for my car. After talking to Manager Brian, they admitted they lied. They wanted to order the tire and have me return in 3 days. Other Costco tire centers had the tire.Unacceptable. Do not do business with these disgusting people. They will treat you like garbage.

Best tire prices around. Order and schedule install right online. They can't make it any easier unless they had a shuttle take you home and pick you up but is that really necessary when they are done in under an hour? Go walk around the store, get some exercise, and try to come out without spending any more money.

We called late in the evening to ask about getting a tire checked out. The Technician quickly explained the process and we headed out. We arrived 20 minutes before Closing. Keyshawn greeted us as soon as we pulled up and asked if we were the ones who'd called him. We were concerned about arriving so close to closing time, but he assured us that it would only take a few minutes. As promised, Keyshawn located and resolved the issue and had us up and running within 10 minutes.This is what 5-Star Customer Service looks like! Thank you Keyshawn & Team for your stellar professionalism!

I have been a fan and user of Costco Tires for years! But I have to admit when I stopped working and went out on Disability I couldn't afford their Tires anymore......or so I thought. I've tried used tires and they just don't hold up. I would recommend Costco Tires to anymore! If you can't afford a complete set, try getting two at a time. You get a Lifetime Warranty and can just take you car back to the Costco nearest you for Service. The people who work in the Tire Center will help you and answer any questions or concerns you have.

I went to have my TPMS changed, and they sent me home with 3 tires leaking air around the valves and said that it was because my wheels were corroded. They told me to get new rims and come back. By the time I got home, I had 3 flat tires. I went to the Rim Doctor the next day and they were able to seal the leak without any issues just by adding a gasket around the valves. They still recommended that I get new Rims since they were in bad shape. I got new Rims and went back to Costco to have them installed like they told me to, and I after I checked my vehicle in and took an Uber to work, the Service Manager called me and told me that he will not put my Rims on because my tires were not purchased from there. I told him that I was told to come back there, and they knew that my tires were not purchased from there because I was asked multiple times. He said that I was given wrong information, and he will not touch my car. So they have no problems putting sensors & valves on my wheels, but not the Rims after they sent me home with 3 flat tires? Crazy. I will never go there again.

Never had a problem. I have been buying tires there for a long time for 4 cars.Always had courteous service.Takes longer when there's a special offer or weekends which should be expected.

Josh was very helpful helping with my tire purchase - a special order. All the staff seemed very helpful and put air in my old tires at no charge. It's Costco, so the price was great, too.

Gentleman up front had very poor customer service. They told me I couldn't use my mother's membership card without her present, I didn't realize that was the policy but was fine with that. However, he was rather rude and dismissive. So I walked out and went to BJ's instead. Much better experience! And comparable prices!

I would give it a zero if I could. The Glen Burnie location told me it would be approximately 3 hours put my tires on. There were people who came in after me that got out before me. I was the last to leave by 40 minutes after 6 hours. There was no good explanation from the staff. Unless you have a day to kill, stay away from this location

The service is horrible. It's taken me over a week to get tires installed in spite of several attempts. No customer service at all. You wait at the desk for about 20 minutes even after you've notifies them you are here. It's worth the extra money to go somewhere where they will actually do their job.

Every single time there is some issue that either means getting refunded or waiting another week to get it right...every single time. not to mention the ridiculous wait times. The customer service from the guy EL was the absolute worst and he was awful to each and every customer. Do not waste your time, they are the least helpful of any place ive shopped this year.

They are very good about honoring warranties and providing rotations and fixes. The tires are a good deal. You have to make appointments or wait a long time, though.

Hours on website are wrong. They do t open until 9 am. We stood outside until they opened and then the guy wanted to charge me because I did not have my husbands card only mine (member since 1994 BTW) for a repair. I suggested he search his database for my hisbands card number which he did and found it. Very LAZY customer service!!!! This kind of stuff makes me want to swirch to BJs.

Great service - very professional. I got 4 new Bridgestone tires on a promotion. Very good value. And, El is a great guy to work with.

Friendly but felt understaffed. Had to wait 15 minutes to even see an associate to ask about tires in stock. Online app did not help as it is not intuitive.

I made an appointment for 3pm. Was told it will be an hour and a half. In the past it has always been an hour. End up in there 2 hours!Appointments seem to be useless
