From the start, we knew we were in good hands. Jasmine, at the front desk is very helpful, and welcoming. Brian, who did our estimate & repairs, was very thorough, and did a great job on our car! The usually difficult process was made as easy as possible for us. They work with Enterprise to make renting a car as simple as possible, too! We are very pleased. Thank you guys so much! I definitely recommend that you go here for any car repairs. Before & after pics included as well!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Caliber collision took care of everything that I needed. I was updated on the status while my vehicle was being repaired. Their customer service was great, they provided me with contact information for car rentals in the area to make it easier for drop-off and pick up. I would use them again needed.

Caliber Collision was on a list of body shops that my insurance company recommended, and it was the closest to our home, so we picked Caliber to do the work on our vehicle. I'm very glad we did. They were professional and did an excellent job. They kept us apprised of the progress on the work, and they let us know right away when they found the damage was more extensive than they originally thought (which they couldn't tell by looking at the outside of the vehicle). They were finished a couple of days before their estimated day of completion, which was a nice surprise. Overall, we were very pleased with the work they did for us.

If you are looking for car repair, look no further. Starting with Jasmine at the front desk, who was so nice and so informative. She made the process so easy. The tech was great and so responsive, I got updates for each stage my car was in. And when I picked up my car it washed and the front was vacuumed. It was such a pleasant surprise. They even made the car rental process super easy. If I ever need work done on my car, I absolutely will take it back to Caliber.

Satisfied with the work at Caliber Collision. Work was completed in a timely manner. The whole process was easy and stress free. Mark was our tech and he did an awesome job. Jasmine is the kindest and most helpful customer representative that I ve encountered. Definitely recommend their service.

Jasmine was one of the sweetest people I ve ever come across in customer care, and I really appreciated her most of all from the moment I walked into the store. Every interaction, Jasmine was very thorough, explaining everything efficiently and with care- to the very last check. I got updates via text then a call right away when my car was done. Pick ups and drop offs were arranged for the rental car at enterprise after I scheduled for one. My car was clean and repaired when it was returned to me (within two days!!)- appreciate everyone who worked on it. My car would ve sat on a lot for over a month had it gone through the liable party s insurance- glad to know mine contracts with reputable body shops. Thanks for making an otherwise stressful situation better and hassle free.

Mark and Jill are the best. I felt comfortable leaving my car with them. Mark did an excellent job on my car. Jill was very pleasant and thorough in explaining I even got my car back cleaner that I left if inside.

I have been here a few times over the last few years (unfortunately for my poor car, lol). When my husband was in an accident, I sent him here as well.Everyone here is so welcoming, super nice, very informative, and personable. Caliber is the only place I trust to take my car to. Their prices are fair and the work is wonderful. They were even able to match my specialty paint (which I will never do again). Their work is always guaranteed.I am greatly pleased that they have locations throughout the US so no matter where we go, I will be able to utilize their services if needed.Added bonus, my fresh out of High School cousin is doing his internship at a location in VA, they will train him and set him up with a position once his training is complete. We definitely need to have more blue collar, hard working people and I definitely support that.(Will add before and after photos when my car is ready)

No one likes to deal with car repairs after some mishap. First an estimate, then scheduling dates for repairs, rental cars, etc. Caliber Collision makes it as easy and pleasant as it can be. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They try to work around your schedule and are very timely, so no long wait times. They had the rental car company meet me at Caliber Collision to pick me up and take me to my rental car. Then we did the reverse when my car was repaired. Jasmine, in front office, sets the tone by being very pleasant and accommodating. She has a friendly manner and explains everything very well. I will definitely use Caliber Collision again if my car gets damaged.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Jasmine, Brian, and Joe are outstanding. The work took an exceptionally short amount of time to be done on the car and Brian and Joe were extremely thorough when explaining to me what was all done. This is definitely a place you want to take your car. No joke. I have been to other caliber collisions that don t even compare slightly to this one. Before you let caliber do any work on your car find someone else to get a second opinion first. We brought a vehicle to them and they immediately said that they wouldn't even work on the vehicle anyway because it was over 20 years old. And then they quoted us for parts at being $4,000 and that the total fixing cost would be $6,500. They did not look at the Statewide pricing of our vehicle just the nearest one that someone was selling for whatever price and based the value that they said with what someone else was selling our vehicle for and deemed that the price to fix it was already one third the value of what our car actually costs still to buy on a parking lot at a dealership which would be $10,000 to $20,000. We took our vehicle to a second place for a second opinion and we got told after they looked at our vehicle that our car is not a structural loss but a cosmetic loss and that it would only cost $3,000 to fix our car. A far cry from $6,500 and they looked at the full value of what our car would be right now and found the highest price that one of our condition would be sold for and we called our insurance company to adjust what caliber had put in their system about it being structurally lost and that it was really cosmetically lost. That is when we learned there are two kind of losses to structural loss and cosmetic loss. Structural loss would be the one that is considered hazardous or unsafe possibly for your vehicle to be on the road but clearly our vehicle was still able to drive and the second place told us your car is just cosmetically lost and we can fix it. Cosmetic laws just means the outside of your car it's obvious you had an accident but the rest of your car is still drivable and that has nothing to do with your car getting a salvage title. Caliber automatically listed our vehicle as structurally lost even though we drove it to their parking lot and back off their parking lot with no problems. We will never bring any of our vehicles to caliber again we will not suggest it to anybody either. Before you let caliper do any work on your vehicle get it looked at by a second Auto Body place. I would also like to point out that I've looked these guys up on the BBB and it says Caliber Collision is not even accredited or backed up by The Better Bureau Business it was revoked. If there was a way to give zero Stars I would because these people do not deserve it

Great service, professional, friendly employees, kept us updated with the repair timeline. Our car was returned looking brand new, running perfectly and we could not even see where the damage from the accident had occurred. If you need your car to be repaired Caliber Collision is the place to go they are quick on fixing your car very efficient and they keep you well informed what's going on with your car and are very upfront with everything that needs to be done and the cost that you don't feel like you're left in the dark oh yeah the popcorn for snack there is fantastic

Brian completed the repairs on my vehicle ahead of the time that he estimated and kept me informed about the work during the process. Jasmine was also very helpful and extremely polite and the service was very professional. They will definitely get any future work I may need to have done and I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

I had a great experience with Caliber for some recent body work that I needed done. I ve actually used Caliber at this specific location for multiple incidents in the past and each time both the work and service has been great. They ve recently upgraded to texts to give you an update on the vehicle and when it s estimated to be completed. Jasmine at the front desk was really sweet and nice as well. Will always plan to come back to this shop for any future body work I need done.

Great experience with Caliber Collision. Starting with Jazz (Jasmine)being the most kind and efficient as anyone I ve ever had to greet at a place of business. Everything was set up and ready for me to start the repair process, including the delivery of a rental. After meeting the assigned service person (Mark), all was up hill. I had continuous updates on completion of repairs and it was done on time as promised. My vehicle was fixed beyond repair and so far I have NO regrets . These guys are fantastic and I will recommend this establishment (location) to everyone needing collision repairs. Thanx Guys!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
