The team is amazing!! When you go, ask for Byron - he is the BEST. Byron worked hard to make sure I got the exact car I wanted for a very fair price. The whole team stayed late to make sure I could take my new car home the same day and we had a fun time. Buying a new car is a big decision - Byron helped me sort through all the options without making me feel pressured. Do yourself a favor and buy your new Hyundai from the team at Bob Bell.

I would never buy a vehicle from bob bell again nor will anyone in my family. I purchase a used Hyundai Tucson in February. A month or so later the oil light came on. It was burning oil at about a quart every two weeks. Before I could make it back have it looked at the engine blew up. After a few weeks and lots of phone calls which non of which were a manger because they would return my calls it got approved to be fixed. Got the car back with a brand new engine that then died after 300 miles. I was on the key bridge when this happened. I was then rear ended at 60 mph and my car totaled. I then called the dealer a few days later to explain what happened and now a week later I m still waiting for call back from a manger. So if you re thinking about buying a car from bob bell don t you ll get screwed some how.

I had my local mechanic look at my Hyundai Sante Fe after it lost power while driving, and the engine started tapping. I was told to have it towed to the dealer because it was the engine and it should be covered under an extended warranty. I had my vehicle towed into Bob Bell Hyundai and was told I needed to replace spark plugs and coils because of codes (P1326, P0304, P0303, P0300). I towed my car back home and bought O.E Hyundai plugs and O.E coils and replaced them all. I towed my vehicle back to Bob Bell Hyundai and took another week to hear back from them. They told my that I had low compression on cylinder 4 and my engine passed the bearing test and that they were not repairing my car under the extended warranty. This place gave me a really bad feeling and I got it towed out of there and sent it over to another dealership in York. The dealership in York got it in and diagnosed my vehicle right away. I was called and told it failed the bearing test and to grab my rental at enterprise. I'm glad I went with my gut and went elsewhere or I would of been out 8k. I called to get a refund issued for the diagnosis they charged me and was told there was nothing they can do.

Never buy a car from this placeAfter buying a certified pre owned car that was driven by the dealership, on my way home I noticed a crack on one of the displays. They absolutely refused to cover it and even stated they had no idea it was there, despite them driving it for 3,000 miles, and sending it to be serviced by their team. So they drove it, worked on it and somehow never noticed, but I found it within the first 100 miles, they absolutely refused to do anything to make it right. This is on top of everything else that's wrong with this place. I highly recommend any other dealships if you can. They absolutely weren't in contact with me to fix this I called 3 different people different times after they assured me they'd pay for repairs, they took 0 responsibility and refused to even return my calls. Still having trouble getting title and registration done while receiving random spam mail from the dealership I asked about a few times, again with no response

Purchasing a vehicle at Bob Bell Hyundai was great, they made the process very easy and had so much patience with me.As far as the service department that Bob Bell Hyundai and Bob Bell Ford share, do NOT take your vehicle there. I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation (which takes WAY longer than it should with an appointment) and after driving my vehicle off the lot, it felt like my tire had came off, I could barely steer (mind you i was just shy of getting on the highway). Thank god i knew something was wrong and as soon as i got the chance, i turned around and drove back to the service department. They failed to put lug nuts back on my right front tire.... and told me the gentleman that did the maintenance was probably going to be fired anyways cause this wasnt the first time something like this happened.. They kept my car for a day to look it over and when I got it back, something still did not feel right.. It did not (and still doesnt) drive how it did before. I emailed and called a handful of times to let them know something was still wrong and after FOUR times of them looking at it, they continued to say "we cant seem to find anything wrong with the vehicle" so I gave up and its months later and my car still does not drive how it did before taking it there.

Bob Bell Hyundai deserves 5 Stars and my sales person, George Harrison deserves 10 Stars. It was my 1st brand new car purchase since 2002 and Bob Bell/George made me feel comfortable, with no pressure or rush. George listened to my concerns and answered all my questions efficiently. The sales manager (I m sorry, his name escapes me) was essential in the deal and negotiated a great price for my trade in (2012 Chevrolet Cruz). I couldn t have been happier with my experience. If you re trying to decide on an exceptional dealership, Bob Bell is for you. Ask for George.P.S. I m obsessed with my 2024 Hyundai Elantra SEL Convenience. I ve got so many compliments. It s been a week and I keep finding little perks/details I didn t know existed.

Had a great experience with the sales associate, but every deal management approved was outrageous. It felt like management wanted to keep us from buying a car. No wiggle room 2000k less for our trade offered than from two other types of dealership, higher rates, and higher payments. When we said it wouldn t be workable there was no room to discuss. Management does not seem to care if certain people are able to close deals. We got a nicer, more expensive car at another dealership right down the road for 200 less or timer a month in payments. Wild times. I would advise a really hard look at anything they offer and to comparison shop.

I had the BEST experience purchasing a new car for my family. The general manager Nick was especially helpful and attentive to our family s needs. They are VERY honest, upfront and amazing here. From the care salesmen to the finance department. I definitely recommend this place.

First time Hyundai owner and brought my 2023 car in for the first oil change.BIG MISTAKE! I d had this appointment for weeks and I came in 30m early, pulled into the Hyundai service bay and walked in to be told that they had me scheduled for the Ford Express Lane, so get back in the car to look for the Express Lane.Dropped the car off and was told that they rotate the tires, fix the one tire that was leaking and change the oil and filter.Three hours later I get a call saying they didn t have time to fix the tire.I checkout and walk to the car to find grease prints on the door handle and drivers seat. I turn on the car and immediately see a change oil needed message and the low tire warning was still the right rear. So even though they listed tire rotation on then invoice they didn t rotate them! They never put the sticker on the window and could even fill the tire with air!!!!Car came back dirty and I need cleaner to get the seat clean again.NEVER NEVER NEVER GO HERE!!!

very bad customer service the representatives have bad service they deceived me with an air conditioning repair they told me that hera that is missing freezer they call me that it is ready and when I arrived it does not work and they charged me $503 to do anything and they did not want to return the money, the manager has a bad service he does not care the client just take venefio to the client. They are liars, they say that the car was cooling, they wrote in the review that my husband made, when it is a lie, they made me pay first because they knew that they had not repaired it and a clarification, the car never worked for you to say that it came back, they only took it to the door. from the office and new to back because it didn't cool at any time, I never saw it cool down, only you say it, how convenient, the truth is, they are scammers, they have bad service and I regret it.

DO NOT GO HERE! I was told by a women in services that I could get my headlight repaired & check my hazard light covered due to my warranty & I booked a appointment where they then did not fix the hazard light & told me they would not cover my headlight. As I was leaving the dealership my lower bumper cover fell off. They then said they would not fix it. Plus I was charged for just having my car there for 2 hours. If you do decide to go, make sure you DO NOT get Drew to help.

I bought my vehicle from the dealership and go back for routine maintenance every time. They know all there is to know about their product, do excellent work and ensure that everything needed is done on time.

Had a recall for my 2024 Hyundai Tuson for leaking windshield. By windshield leaking had a lot of water in the floor pan. Dealer said they could only fix the windshield leak but could not do anything for the water clean up and that I would have to take it to a detail shop and pay for it and hope that Hyundai would reimburse me for this. I feel that Bob Bell should have taken care of this and the they could have billed Hyundai not the customer. This is the 4th Hyundai that I have purchased from Bob Bell and may be my last!

This is Literally the worst dealership I have ever been to, this is a place where great credit does not matter 798, 788 & 800 and I m being told I can t use a credit card as a down payment, has to be a debit card, in what world does this happen?? You can t leverage you great credit to buy a car at Bob Bell Hyundai but I can go to Porsche of Towson and do the same thing the folks here won t allow you to do? I m so confused. Justin my sales person Amazing Finance Manager not so much it s the policy and there nothing we can do cash or nothing ok understood. Recommendation find another dealer, you ll be better off if you are using a credit card that is, if you are a cash buyer you ll be fine. So I went to Bank of America and got the CASH requested of me to put down a down payment on a 2022 Hyundai Sonata.

I was impressed by the customer service. I came ready to spend at least 3 hours for oil change as it's been the case in other locations. I spent less than an hour for oil change. Cost to change the battery was also very good. I will definitely come back next year or if I need any car service.

I have a 2012 Santa Fe (only 42,000 miles!) and I purchased an OEM Hyundai-branded remote start kit, all plug & play. Took it to Bob Bell service to see about having it installed and was summarily dismissed by the service writer. I was told the vehicle was too old without him even checking with the service manager or one of the techs to make sure. Service writer looked like a young hipster anyway who probably never held a wrench in his life. Oh well, I was planning on trading in the vehicle in a couple of years for a new Santa Fe or Palisade but I think now I'll take my business to JBA Kia or better yet Brown's Honda.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! We took out 2023 Hyundai in on Friday Dec 8th and it was a disaster! The stated that they rotated the tires but that was not true, they didn't. When we were walking to the car the first think we notice is greese prints on the trunk and door hanble and then when we opened th door there was greese the driver's seat. We took pictures and never expected this or occur to a brandnew 2023 car with 6,700 miles. It kept getting worse....as soon as we truned the car on the "OIT CHANGE REQUIRED" immedialty pops up, they never reset it and after seeing that the tires were not rotated we wornder if te oil and filter was ever done?Keeps getting worse - As we pulled out of Bob Bell's lot the low tire warning came on in the right rear tire, we had been having the low tire for over a month and they said that they'd fix it and yet they didn't and as we pulled out with a dirty/greesy car we had a Charge Oil Required and a low 22psi rear tire warning!!!! This is after making an appoiment three weeks in advance and then waiting for just over three hours!Waste of time and very discourteous service!Never, Ever, Ever go to Bob Bell - you'll be sorry and will regret that decision just as so many other's there that we witnessed who were alos having problems with the service and price quoted.

5 STARS for SUPERSTAR BOB Bell Hyundai Service Manager RYAN WEBB!! This guy knows what customer service is all about. BUT my experience at Bob Bell that day did not start out quite that spectacular!!! The day after Christmas, I was in town visiting my Daughter in Pasadena, while there my Hyundai Ioniq PHEV just died in the driveway-no sign of life. I was able to jump it after hours of research on line then I headed straight to Bob Bell Hyundai. I walked into the service area counter where there where 3 bodies not doing much and no other customers. I walked up and explained my situation and was directly told the battery likely needs to be replaced but the soonest appointment I could get was 2-3 weeks away. Stunned I sought clarity and asked 2-3 weeks wait to change my battery? Answer -yes. Stating I was from out of town I asked if they had a referral to another place in the community that changes batteries? I was told no but there are many to choose from. Again I asked what types of places do that locally. The guy said he did not know. Looking at him puzzled I restated, if there are many places can you just tell me what type of place I would have this done? Again he said he did not know. I turned to the other older man to my right and asked him. He said try Pep Boys , Walmart, Autozone, places like that. I thanked him for his input went out side and stated making calls while in the parking lot. I could get a appoinment same day at all of these places but no one had the special battery needed. My hubby went back inside to parts to see if there was a battery we could purchase and bring to one of these places and this is when we met Ryan Webb. He over heard hubby talking and walked over and introduced himself. Next thing I see is my husband and Ryan walking to my parked Ioniq. Ryan came out to check out the situation and stated-"it's a quiet day here today- go buy the battery and I'll put it in for you." My hubby and I looked at him puzzeled, and said we didn't have any tools. He said he had everything we need and walked off to get the tools. Ryan came back immediately with the tool needed and the battery. He had it changed out in about 5 minutes. That's 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

It s a hit or miss. My first experience was superb which convinced me to return. On 3.7.23 I went there for the WORKS including multipoint inspection and Anti Theft recall. In a hour I was told it was ready. Went to the service center signed that work was done on the vehicle. Immediately after leaving I could feel that the oil wasn t changed. So I pulled over check my dip stick, same dirty oil. Went there the service advisor said I didn t tell them I need servicing. So I said how would I click multipoint inspection only where there s not even a selection on the system for that. He said he don t know. So I asked if they checked the oil while doing the inspection. He said they checked everything and it was fine. I told him if they did their checks they would have noted that the date is overdue and the mileage is also overdue. Please fix your system, as if I didn t know about vehicles, I would drive it until I have a blown engine, then you would have said I signed that it was service. Beware of signing when you don t know if it was serviced.

My wife took her car there for service and they took complete advantage of her not knowing about cars. Predator companies like this should be put out business take your car somewhere else ladies they will take complete advantage will not be returning and will keep telling people about these Predator companies.

After waiting since January for a 2023 Palisade Calligraphy and the 2024 came out I jumped on one. So far exceptional vehicle for the price. Will know more because driving to Tennessee on Vacation My salesperson Marcus was great to deal with and very knowledgeable also the Finance dept was great and Bob Bell Hyundai gave me fair trade in price and fantastic to deal with. Although they are remodeling right now, they were fantastic to deal with! Keep them in mind when looking for a new Hyundai.

I purchased a brand-new 2023 Hyundai from this dealership and service was great going through the sales process. However, it's been a nightmare getting appointments for urgent services on the car. The Malfunction Illuminating Light on the car came on randomly, and everything I read advised to take it in to a dealership to have it inspected immediately (I'm not a car person so I was nervous and decided to follow instructions seeing as the car is just 1 year old). When I called, I was told the soonest appointment was a month and half away. When I asked if I could leave my car and have someone take a look whenever they found some time, I was told it could take up to a week for that to happen. I was almost discouraged not to do that. Unfortunately, the light literally went off as soon as I drove into the dealership, making them even less likely to try to diagnose the problem (was told to bring it back when the light came on again. Mind you, that would also require making an appointment, which could take however long to get). The experience left a sour taste. Even moreso because there was another instance the navigation software needed upgrade and it was a very involved process. Again, being nervous about screwing up a new car, I called. They refused to do it, saying they didn't want to be liable if anything went wrong during the upgrade. Had to drive my car to another dealership 40mins away and they helped me out ...with less than 24hr notice. I understand these dealerships can get busy. But there's not even an attempt to accommodate urgent requests, even if you purchased from them. Overall, service is meh.

Went to Bob Bell from a bad experience with another local dealer and emailed in and got a response from Riley. I obtained two quotes from him on the two cars from his stock, made an appointment with Jonathon and explained our issue with them both. I took my test drive, chose my vehicle, and did 85% of the paperwork by myself that night. I went home, asked my wife to do her application online, and went back together the next day to purchase the car. car was cleaned, and except for half of the stickers not being pulled off the car, was a quicker than usual experience. Thank you for accommodating us.Tom

Bought an elantra from here. After a year i started getting rust spots and tried to get bbh to fix it. According to them it was natural wear and tear. One year in. Then tonight, i finally had a flat tire. Guess what. No spare and thevroadside setvice is expired. Thanks bb and thanks Hyundai. I will do everything in my power to steer people away from your business.

10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Was told the best advice was to drive it until it blew .. that was from the service manager by the way. Now I have MULTIPLE issues with my car due to their lack of attentiveness, help, and overall customer service. I drove my car with engine light on & car shaking to the Dundalk location so I could get some actual help.
