Had a really good experience here! I felt welcomed the second I walked in, and everything was seamless. Got a great value on my trade-in and picked up a nice F150 at a good price. Brenda, David, and Robert all were a pleasure to work with, and I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Super happy with my purchase, and plan to be back for the next one!Update it s been a few months now and the truck is still running great. Still happy with my decision and will be back for my next one!

I ve been a customer of Bob Bell Ford for many years and have never needed another dealership. From sales to service, Bob Bell has always been pleasant and fair to deal with. Recently I bought a 2023 f150 and was thoroughly impressed with my salesman Todd Schulze. Todd has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to trim levels, packages and options and had me narrowed down to the truck that would best meet my needs in no time. Thank you everyone at Bob Bell Ford for another fine vehicle!

I had a few recalls I'd been putting off because of my work schedule, etc. Out of no where, I get a text from Bob Bell asking if I'd like to have a tech come to my house and do the recalls! Yes, please and thank you! The tech, Andrew, was friendly, sharp, and on time, and he got the recalls taken care of in 20 minutes. Absolutely brilliant idea to have mobile techs - customer first thinking

I took a vehicle to their service department for insurance repairs to the body and interior on June 29, 2023. It was towed in after being stolen and trashed. The vehicle was immediately seen by the insurance adjuster and payment was issued.To this date, August 28th, absolutely nothing has been done to the vehicle. It hasn t even moved the spot where it was dropped by the tow truck.Anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealership should take my experience into account before making a BIG mistake.

I'm an educated buyer who approached this dealership with financing approved by Capital 1 in my back pocket, Thanks to the professional staff I was able to find out that you can trade in a vehicle for a fair price, start a new finance deal with no games, gimmicks or stress in about an hour. Then Flor found that another bank was offering me a lower rate, saved me some money on the deal & only took 10 minutes to wrap it up. Thank you to Dave Morgan, Flor & Renee Martinez. Class act. I bought two brand new cars from Bob Bell in the past and they were fantastic. I purchased a used car for 14k in December 2023. I ve had nothing but issues with it since. I brought the car I bought back to Bob bell in February 2024 to be fixed since I was having so many issues.. they fixed the breaks and told me I was over reacting about the other issues.. snow/rain getting in the back seat, the car not accelerating or jumping when it does, windshield wipers falling off while driving, after market radio never working, etc. I tried selling it to three different dealerships and was offered $3500-$4000 every time. I was told by Bob Bell that the carfax was clean, no accidents & I was the third owner. The other dealerships showed me the carfax and there was a major accident and I m the fourth owner!

I will never come back here again!!!!!!! This was absolutely the worse experience I ve ever had here in the past 5-7 years coming here. And the crazy thing is my gut told me in the beginning to take it to another shop that I usually go to for my other truck, but I came here anyways since I come here for the quick lane service with my warranty . I brought my ford f250 into bob bell on the 3rd week of January 2024 noticing a louder than expected noise when starting and driving the truck. They called me days later and said it s the rear differential and that it will need to be replaced. After 4-5 weeks I started to wonder what was going on since I did not receive an update. I constantly received back and forth responses when I called multiple times whether it was waiting on parts or finding a technician for it. So now 7 weeks in total go by since Ive dropped the truck off, so now I asked Cary to speak to a manager, he said he would refer my message to one, but never did so I had to go up there 2 days later. It took me coming up there, speaking to the manager in person, and getting offered a courtesy loaner (which usually means they will finally get to it and speed up the process) to finally receiving my truck back 5 days later. The rear differential is changed BUT THE PROBLEM WITH THE NOISE IS STILL HERE. I ve noticed the loud noise still there seconds after driving it which I m confused how they did not. I instantly drove to another shop where I take my other truck to tell them what happened. So they had one of their guys ride in the truck with me and he instantly noticed the noise, he looked underneath and instantly seen the problem! I am confused how the hell ford did not see the problem after it being up in the rack for weeks. I m so fed up with them!!!

I took my truck in for service and everything went smoothly. I was quite impressed. They even asked if I needed a ride anywhere. Everyone was so polite. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles here from now on!

All I can say is dealing with Todd Duncan in sales and Rob in finance made this a great truck buying experience. I drove from NY to Bob Bell Saturday 8/12 to trade in a dually and leave with a 2022 F-350. The entire process was top shelf. From the first phone call until I left the dealership everything went so smoothly. I can t thank you two gentlemen enough for making this happen. Wife and kids love the new truck.

I purchased a vehicle 6 months ago. I had had to put the car in the shop twice now for major issues and not due to normal wear and tear. I was mislead about the warranty left on the car and found out the truth after i signed the dotted line. Asked for a refund first week I had it. The staff are not responsive once you made your purchase but always available during your search. Avoid going here if you can, worst car experience ever!

Dropped off my f150 for an oil change scheduled for 3:45. Dropped it off early because I understand they need time to do their job. Asked for new tires as well. Was promised by the service advisor the tires would be in by the next day and I could be by to pick it up early afternoon. The next day comes: I m notified the tires won t be in until Monday no big deal. However the oil change never happened when they had my vehicle for 24 hours. I use to strictly only do business with you all but now my faith and trust in your organization is gone.

Although we had a very rocky experience, Bob Bell stuck with their word and took care of us! They helped me get out of a rough situation and ultimately put my needs first. (UPDATE 12/20/22 STILL NO PHONE CALL BACK OR RESOLUTION. I LEFT MULTIPLE VOICEMAILS) Maybe this will get their attention so I can get a phone call back. I very rarely leave bad reviews and honestly tried everything I could before leaving this review. This dealership does not stand behind what they sell. They even sold me a diesel truck that has emissions equipment removed, they ignore phone calls and are leaving me in the dark. I bought a truck 9/24/22 out of state (I live in NY) and I have had a couple problems that I have showed my sales person and AM Dennis Kane since the day it came in my possession. It had a dented front bumper that was hidden by the Bob bell plate, it had a leaky transmission and engine seal, it had a plate light out, mirror puddle light out and had a light on dash to service engine soon (CCV Filter). I had to replace this filter ($100), replace the plate light and the puddle light. Then I find that when the truck gets hot, the coolant leaks from the resvior tank. I have to fill my truck up with coolant once a week. I ve called multiple times and it s always impossible to get through to any one. Dennis Kane said he was going to call back with a date that the warranty inspector will look at my truck but I have heard nothing so my truck is still not fixed. 9/24 to today 12/1. Nothing has been done, I have had no refund for the parts I had to purchase to fix the truck and my truck is still leaking on the trans and engine and coolant. Today I was under the truck looking at the leak and I find the euria controller unplugged from my emissions system. This needs to be taken care of right now this is me asking for someone to take care of me. What a horrible experience please shop somewhere else. Hopefully this will get their attention and I will get some help and remove if I am satisfied.

I give 5 stars because I had excellent service !!! And am so pleased I chose Bob bell and Todd Duncan was a great help with what I was looking for. I went to look at cars and walked out the very next day with a great car! I wish I knew the lady's name that did my trade-in because she was amazing too!! Iam so happy with my new car! I got a great deal!! I would never choose anywhere else. Thank you Todd !!! I'm sure my dad will be back next to get a car lol.

I have purchased 3 cars from them in the pass. Recently I purchased a 2018 h Hyundai Santa Fe for our 18 year old daughter in College . A couple of weeks go pass and I take the car back complaining of noise from the front tire. They look at the car and say it s nothing wrong. 4 months go pass and the noise gets louder. We take the care back to Bob Bell and was told the car needs new stocks which will cost us $1,400 dollars. My husband and I explained to Bob Bells this problem been there since we purchase the car. They refuse to assist us with assistance with the repairs. I will never purchase a care from them again. Very disappointed and the service we received

They offered 2500 on a trade that s NADA value and carmax appraisal was 8000, after I took issue with that ridiculous appraisal they jumped up to 7400. Zero room to negotiate on a car that s been sitting for 195 days. Prime example of a dealership that would rather take a loss selling their cars at auction than pass any level of savings on to their customers. More power to them won t be purchasing here., looking to spend 45k on a used car. Dave was a nice guy though.

If you buy a vehicle here, good luck getting it serviced. They recently went from over night drop offs for oil changes on vehicles to appointment only and they're always a full 30 days out to sometimes 2 or 3 months. It's pretty damn frustrating when you buy a vehicle new there and can't even get a oil change.

We had such a wonderful experience. Every single person there was so friendly and welcoming. I wanted a car with a very specific color and upgrades. They did not have one in stock, but they went out of their way to find that car for me with additional equipment for a very good price. They actually had one of their employees go and get the car from out of state, and bring it to the dealership with no charge. They were very fair with my trade-in and the process was very easy. I would absolutely use this dealership again. I highly recommend it. 10/10

About a week ago, I bought my very first car on my own with Todd Schulze, a 2019 Hyundai Sonata. He was very responsive and understanding , took time to explain everything to me in detail. and did everything he could to meet my needs and make it all workout. I was in and out. They got me approved for a car and the guy I was dealing with van Lewis told me to come in I get there to look at the car I ask him about price interest rate and all he told me he didn't know....well I look at the car and the trunk is full of mold and water the car was in a accident and they didnt tell me. so they had me wait there for almost 2 hrs while they tried to figure something out then just sent me home they ended up cleaning the car and said they fixed the issue and asked if I would be interested I asked about price and all he couldn't tell me again told me to just come in as soon as possible and at that point I was already there and it has been a day so I didn't wanna go up for nothing and said when I get the numbers I'll come up there and he told me he didn't have the information again but after a while gave me the info I wanted and tried to hit me with a 24% interest rate when I asked what the full price of the car would be with that interest rate he told me I can use a calculator for that

I purchased a used certified vehicle from this dealership and they did not mention the car was modified. So when we needed them to honor the extended warranty, for which they charged extra for, they refused to honor it. I will never shop at a Ford dealership again.

Only giving 5 stars for one employee and that s Billy A! I called and left voicemails just to clarify some information about an appointment to not get a response. I called full service and Billy answered. He was polite, answered all my questions that needed to be answered and was very detailed on what I needed to do. Billy A that does oil changes on the service side DESERVES a raise! This is the type of employee that you want to represent your company!

Issues, left and right is the easiest way to explain this.Every car my family has gotten from Bob Bell in the past couple of years has turn into a chaotic mess. My aunt's routine oil change turned into her engine going up because they didn't put oil back into her engine, then they refused to do anything about it because my aunt couldn't prove she didn't purposefully remove her oil.My dad CURRENTLY has a car that's been in the service department for WEEKS. He purchased an extended warranty that covered engine issues after my aunt's issues. He keeps getting the run around. He was originally told two weeks, two weeks has been over a month at this point. At one point, he was told the parts were there and the technician would be replacing them soon, a few days later a technician calls to tell us the parts still have not arrived. He's called multiple times a week and is either told, "They'll be here soon" or "they're not here yet." We've spent money on a rental because we were told 8 days. That 8 days has come and gone and still no update on the cars estimated fix time. They won't even provided us with an exact estimate on the back-ordered parts.Every interaction with Bob Bell is frustrating, condescending, and borderline disrespectful. I know customer-forward jobs suck, but you can't disrespect your customers and still expect them to be understanding.

Best experience ever at Bob Bell Ford. Marc Bortnick (General Sales Manager) and Todd Schulze (Salesman) were an absolute pleasure - true professionals, efficient, knowledgeable and fair. I got an amazing deal and wouldn t hesitate to purchase another/my next vehicle from Marc and Todd. Wish all dealers were as straightforward and transparent as the folks at Bob Bell Ford.

Latest update:After being in the shop since Saturday afternoon, my Edge was returned to me with a full tank of gas, detailed, and with all the requisite and requested work performed.Yesterday there was a reimbursement check waiting. No questions asked. Not a single cent contested.Rick and the guys at Bob Bell even went so far as to get us a gift card for a nice dinner since they ruined our weekend trip.They made a very dangerous mistake. They admitted it. They made it right.UPDATE: Bob Bell tried to kill me and my husband! The tech, Chris Ford, didn't attach the caliper properly and it locked up the front end going 70 mph on I70. $250 for emergency PA State Police removal from the middle of the highway. 130 mi back to Bob Bell. No offer of assistance with arranging a tow. Stopped retuning my voicemails. Can't wait to see them in court with my lawyer.Would give negative reviews if I could. They've had my car for 6 working days now and it has not even been diagnosed, despite having had an appointment. They own the rental car company. They're just trying to max their billing back to Ford's ESP. I was promised a shuttle to the airport. Couldn't even deliver on that.

Purchased our 2021 F250 truck new from BB Ford almost two years ago. Nothing but GREAT service. Special Call Out to the PARTS DEPARTMENT! These guys are FANTASTIC. Vic, mgr of parts dpt., has some really special & talented employees in Eric & Jason. Helpful, courteous, and VERY patient with me, a guy who can barely spell parts .HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Will likely never return. Called on a Friday about getting transmission filter and fluid changed on the most popular truck in America, as Ford calls it. Sure. We can get you in tomorrow morning. Great. Come first thing. 7:30 or 8:00 am. Great, see you then. I get up at 6am to make sure I m not late. Get there just after 7am, check in, and sit in the waiting area. 3 hrs later at 10am, hmm, wonder what s going on. Walk outside and see my truck sitting there. Go the the desk to inquire. Service Tech overhears me asking. Hey, we don t have the gasket, we re waiting on it. Oh, ok.(Thinking to myself, That would ve been nice to know 3 hours ago). Go outside and sit. 30 minutes later, Service Tech comes out( Thinking to myself there good news, they have the gasket) Service Tech, maybe we should reschedule and you can come back another day. (Thinking to myself, It s been 3 1/2 hours waiting, they ll likely offer some sort of discount for this inconvenience). Service Tech, How about one day this week. Sorry bud, have to work. Yeah, I ll call you guys another time. I don t think so Bob Bell. Head to the service department to order the parts and make it a DIY project. Service Dept, we don t have the filter or the gasket in stock. They told me only the gasket was not in stock. Nope, someone should ve told you that yesterday or at least this morning instead of having you wait all morning. No kidding. Well I looked these up on Fords website, linked to Bob Bell Parts, can I order them. Sure. Wait, why are you re prices higher at the counter than what s online? Oh, you can order them online for cheaper and pick them up right here where you are right now. Huh? What an epic and complete waste of Saturday morning.Update: I just received a phone call from Bob Bell Fords Service Department. Almost 3 weeks now to tell me that they have the parts in the change my fluid. I ve already changed it myself. They clearly aren t reading their reviews. Thanks but no thanks.
