Had my car fixed with this company and I really appreciate the assistance from the perfect repair, the frequent updates on where my car was in the process, the assistance of the staff who also helped with some issues with my car rental, and the quick process of the fix. I was also recommended by GEICO to go to them and I have no regrets. They also fixed a repair from a previous claim that kept getting messed up so I would highly recommend this place.My repair consisted of a dent, paint chip and damage to some of the plastic parts of the rear of my vehicle. Paint matches vehicle perfectly, dent gone and all pieces replaced.

Took my truck back twice due a rear end accident they missed the repair on the exchaust due to accident never again now off to another repair to get it done right I guess the pocketed the money from geico as this was noted on estimate also issues with bumper never again!

I had an accident with my daughter's brand new car. We had it towed to Bob's because our insurance company recommended them. Sandra was very nice and kept us updated. It took 4 months due to delays of parts from Ford, but Bob's kept us abreast. And they did a great job. There was a few minor issues so we had to go back to them and they resolved them quickly and courteously. Thank you Bob's.

First off, I have no idea how this place got anything above 2 stars. Unfortunately I have brought my car here before as it is a "Geico" approved shop. The first time I had to bring it back 3 times. First it was covered in tape residue all over the rear windshield. Second the molding for the rear window was damaged. And third, I found a handprint of paint on the inside of the trunk. All of these should have been found in a quality control check. Now the newest one. I have to bring my car back as parts they charged for, were not installed. Second they did not line up bumper parts correctly or calibrate the parking distance control so none of that works. And third, for some reason they disconnected my dash cam which would have shown me how they handled my vehicle. It seems they do no QC check after a car is done as it took me all of five minutes once my wife got home to find all these issues. I would never have used them a second time, but a body shop I know does great work, will no longer take vehicles insured by them. What does that tell you? And funny enough they would have been cheaper than this place. I do not recommend them at all.Service: Body & Trim

When a deer demolished the front end of my car, Bobs Automotive worked extremely quickly to get me an estimate and get the work approved by my insurance company. They fixed my vehicle in the time frame that was promised and went above and beyond with their service including leaving my vehicle spotless upon return. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Auto windshield replacement, Auto body & trim replacement, Auto glass replacement

I am very disappointed in the service I received at Bob's. I only went here because Geico recommend them as one of their authorized shops. I had an accident back in 10/2022. From the beginning they lacked in communication, I had to continually call them for updates. My car was there for about a month. When it was finally done the hood was noticable not fitting properly, it was an after market instead of from the manufacturer. The hood finally arrived, they finished with the install today. When I went to pick it up not only was the hood a shade darker but the fit was worse than before. When I pointed it out to Sandra she told me it was only noticable from certain angles ( as if that was justifiably). I left it there to be fixed properly, hopefully they can get it corrected this time.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Honestly, the most laughable repair job I've ever had. The vehicle was under 4000 miles and is a current model year and they used non OEM parts for the repair. They did a poor job the first time which, I pointed out and was informed a new bumper would be ordered to replace the subpar job they did the first time. They called a day later to inform me my car is ready once again to which I find none of the issues fixed and further issues with the repair made. This leads me to believe not only do they not care about their work but also their customers. Disappointing seeing as you're being paid to do a job on someone else's property. If GEICO informs you of this place because its a "Express Guarantee" choose another place.

My car repairs were great ! My issue was the paint smell. Such a strong odor even spray couldn't fix it, so I decided to crack the sunroof. Then my tire pressure light comes on my vehicle. Which after a car sits for sum time I understand that can happen as well as changes in the weather. So I called and they were willing to check it and add air. So he hands me my keys back and I asked if it was a specific tire and he says "they're all fine , I just hit recalibrate" ( which I could've done ) 2 days later my light comes back on again ! So I recalibrate taking his word that that's the issue.. ( the light comes on for a 3rd time in the same week ) so I decided to take it to a tire shop , I had been riding around with 2 nails in the same tire ! Extremely dangerous,

Second time in a year Bob's has repaired my vehicle damage. Last time was a deer, this time rear end hit.Total professionals. The estimate was quick. Then we waited to drop off until the parts had arrived and when they did I was in and out in 4 business days. Thanks again Erik. I will recommend you to anyone who needs their vehicle fixed.I like dealing with local professionals.Tim

My insurance company referred me to a few auto shops for repairs on my car. I gambled with this shop and was very glad I chose them. The lady that checks you in at the front desk is very friendly and professional. She gives you brief details about the process and what to expect.Eric inspected my vehicle and was EXTREMELY helpful in explaining things regarding the existing damages as well as giving additional advice that has been soooooo helpful.I m satisfied with everything and really appreciate the advice because not everyone is nice some people are just serious and straight to the point. I d recommend this shop!

Super nice and helpful staff. I ve never had to take my car in for a minor fender bender so I wasn t sure how long it would take. After giving them my car they called the next day saying it was repaired AND they vacuumed the interior! I m sure it would have taken longer for major damage but I m still really happy I got to work with them. Kudos to geico, State Farm, and enterprise to help me along this process as well.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Customer service was professional and polite. Work done on rear bumper was quick and like new!! Eric was definitely helpful during the process (this being my first repair) definitely a 5 Star employee in his own right will definitely make this the place I return to for any bodywork that I might need in the future.

My Crossfire (my baby) was taking in from someone hitting and dinging my passenger door in the party lot. They had me in and out, within the same day. I was blown away .Fast food restaurants aren't even this quick and accurate.The staff was so professional, the parking lot and waiting room were so clean and inviting. I have a lifetime warranty on the paint job.It is really refreshing to see that people still love what they do and that they value their customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone and they will be my go to body shop going forward.They washed my entire car and vacuumed it. I have had body work done in the past on one of my other vehicles and the body shop that I used in the past, only cleaned the side of the car that had the repairs.Bob's Automotive is amazing. I was in an accident several weeks ago with someone insured by GEICO. They suggested I take my car to Bob's. The only thing I'm not happy about is poor communication. They couldn't tell me when my car would be ready. I just picked up my car and they did a fantastic job. Very nice people and great workmanship. I would go there again.

I sent my car to Bob's Automotive after an auto accident (at the recommendation of my insurance company) and now I wish I had found my own body shop. They kept my vehicle for a month (I understand parts were delayed) but when I went to pick up my vehicle I could not turn my steering wheel. They said they wanted to keep my truck extra days to investigate, then came back with an excuse that that there was a recall on the Power Steering. I called Chevy and there was no recall for power steering issues. They also said they would get the billing straight with my insurance company to cover the extra days they had to keep the vehicle; however, Enterprise is now contacting me stating Bob's refused to pay. When I went to retrieve my vehicle the second time my light was on indicating there had been an attempted theft. Bob's just reset the message and said it was some sort of false indicator. But I honestly believe someone attempted to steal my vehicle while it was on their lot for repairs. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere for repairs.Service: Body & Trim

Got rear ended last week, and got an appt with Geico for this past Monday. They were very efficient, and got my beloved car back to me sooner than expected. Very friendly shop and work looked great! They also detailed my car prior to returning it to me. Only complaint I had was that the rental car, which was supposed to be smoke free, smelled like smoke from a previous driver (I am not a smoker and I am extremely sensitive to cigarette smoke). Other than that, the service was excellent and my car was returned to pre-accident condition.

Eric was excellent. Very professional and met or exceeded every expectation on our repair. This is the best experience we have ever had for accident repairs. The work performed was second to none. Have no complaints! Dropped my car off, showed the damages, waited maybe 5 mins for the enterprise people to come drop off my rental. Got a call before the estimated date of completion that my car was done. Picked it up, had a problem with my mirror and they rectified it immediately. Eric came out snd looked at the mirror, gave me his card and ordered the part immediately! When I came back to get the new mirror on, he did an excellent job! He was right there and took my car immediately. You can t even tell my car had damages- looks brand new!!

Bob's Automotive in Glen Burnie Maryland know their business! Automobile accidents will happen and I was professlally referred to, Bob's Automotive after being rear-ended . The Bob's Automotive staff are pleasant, polite, professional, prompt and competent. Intake was painless and the rental arrangements efficient. Quicker than you can say," Bob's Automotive" the staff started processing the repair (s) and I was on the way in a rental vehicle. The finished repair work is beautiful. Also, the staff had my car completed before the original estimate. I really try to avoid automotive accidents but, really I am pleased to have been able have Bob's Automotive, repair the car. Thank you.

This was my 1st time dealing with Bob's Automotive, and based on the service I received, it will not be my last. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. When I initially went there for the estimate, I was told that it would take 7 workdays for the repair - well, they were done in 6, and the repairs look so good, my car looks brand new. They also have a couple of Rental Car Companies within their shop, so I was able to drop off my car, and pickup my Rental, under the same roof. Although I hopefully will not need a body shop often, I do know that whenever I find myself needing one, I will be contacting Bob's Automotive in Glen Burnie.

My truck was rear-ended and the other parties insurance listed these folks as a shop to handle the repairs, so I selected them to do the job. All I can say is wow about Bob's Automotive. I took my car in there on Monday and it helped they had an Enterprise on site to help me get into a rental car for the duration of how long my car was going to be there. And made it easy for when I returned it. They texted me to keep me updated on the status of my car and actually beat their estimated finish date by a week and a half! In total my car was there for only 4 days as I just picked it up 2 hours ago. This is the third time they've done work for me and everytime they've done a wonderful job. They have a customer for life and whenever anyone needs any kind of body repair I always recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Bob's you have my car looking and driving like new again.

The repairs done on my vehicle at Bob's Automotive make it look as good as new! Everyone was very nice & helpful & I particularly liked that I received updates regularly letting me know the status of my vehicle.

People were nice and polite. However, after inspecting my Honda CR-V, I realized the bumper that was replaced was not the same as the other bumper. The replacement was course, and unfinished. The original was smooth. I pointed it out to them, and was assured it was genuine Honda parts. They acted like I was crazy for pointing it out. I took the car to my Honda dealer, who told me it in fact was an aftermarket part made by Keystone. Apparently Bob is comfortable lying right to my face.

Everyone at Bobs made dealing with the insurance company and getting my truck fixed a pleasant experience. The work was great and they even went above and beyond cleaning my vehicle inside and out. I would recommend Bobs to anyone who needs body work. They have a customer for life right here. :-)

I have always had good service quality parts an expert workmanship whenever I had to take my car here they stand behind their work 100% And I've never had a problem and unfortunately I've been here more times than I care too but they make an unpleasant experience more bearable

The time my vehicle was there was a little LONGER than expected but the professionalism,workmanship,and all around attitude of the TEAM is AMAZING!!! These Guys and Gals know their stuff and we work together to get My Big Red Machine back on the road. Thank you Paul, Paul Jr, and all the Mechanics and crew to make my Jeep GC SRT whole again...much love Highly Recommend
