Incredibly kind staff! They worked on my car super efficiently and genuinely had good energy. Offered me beverages multiple times while I waited and overall 10/10 on the customer service aspect. Got a voucher for a free car wash with service as well. Will be returning to this location next time I need an oil change for sure.

Always get top service! Even if I'm just coming in for a top off of fluids they make sure to answer all my questions and check things.. or if I'm having trouble and stop by they will help me out.. I live in the neighborhood and thankful I have a place I can stop by where I know the employees and manager and they will make sure my car is good to go and I always get good customer service all the time!

Awesome service. Great advice and good atmosphere. Will be coming back for more work when needed. Don t wait till the last minute like I did! Overall, I m happy with my visit and the work that was put in.

Came in for a Mobil 1 synthetic oil change and had a $10 off coupon for my 2018 Chevy Suburban. Net cost was $145 since the posted price in the shop only covers the first 5 quarts of oil. My truck stayed 8 quarts. Good to know for next time. Professional and courteous staff, not pushy or trying to upsell me on anything in particular although they did offer an induction service for another $145 which I declined. I was in and out in less than 15-20 minutes and the staff seemed to be professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

#1 in Customer Service. I visited the Lube Center again and was impressed yet again. I got my coolant replaced and tires rotated. The team at TLC was amazing and the work was done quickly.

I had been coming here for years but had not been back for a while with my car needing more than a oil change and fluids. I came in a Monday around 1:30 pm. No wait and super fast, friendly service with no pressure to buy additional filters or upgrades. The oil change and fluid checks/refills were done in less than 15 minutes.Nice waiting room with 4 chairs, Keurig coffees and water, bathroom, and TV.Jose explained what packages were offered and the minimum my car would need and higher options. No pressure. Keem performed my maintenance with a smile. Jose processed my payment and let me know I could come back for a free fluid refill or check before a road trip. Jose and Keem were very pleasant and professional,and I was relieved there was no pressure to replace dirty filters or higher priced oil.All in all, a very quick, easy, pleasant way to get your oil changed, lights, air pressure and fluids checked for $90 plus a cup of good coffee. I plan to come back.

This place is great. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Real professional, but also very friendly. The customer lounge was very clean, and comfortable. The prices are very reasonable, and the quality of the work is excellent. I highly recommend this place. Will be going back. You are in , and out. As I was leaving one of the workers was singing. I thought wow even the employees are happy.

I ve been to this Lube Center location about 3 times this last Sunday was the best service I have received by far they not only changed my oil but checked my lights and took away this annoying message that kept coming up on my car. Awesome service and attention to detail my car is driving like new. Thank you so much.

Thank you to both Lube Centers located at 355 & Gunner s Branch Rd and near 355 & Gunner s Branch Rd in Germantown, MD. They provided outstanding customer service to me when I was in a difficult situation & needed help. I called one Lube Center to ask if they could put my spare tire on my car because I picked up a screw in my regular tire. He said come on over and he would take care of it. Dopey me didn t realize that there were two Lube Centers less than a mile apart. I went to the wrong one but they still took care of me. What makes these actions so great is that it was closing time for both these work places! Fantastic job everyone. How refreshing to enjoy the milk of human kindness in this day & age!

This is my go to place for an oil change! They get me in and out and have a record of all work done on my car the techs are professional, they explain any work that may need to be done and recommend what you need to do now and what can wait they always offer a car wash coupon and water

Just like a F1 pit stop ... They were very attentive and knowledgeable and with great suggestions for my vehicle.Although, they suggested to have the cabin filter replaced ... They took it out to show it to me, but they didn't bother to put it back the way it should be ... The AC was making an odd noise and air was not coming through the vents .. coming to find out that the little door where the filter is located was not securely put back ... Something to be mindful of

The Lube Center in Germantown/Middlebrook Road is AMAZING. I was so impressed with the customer service; Emelin greeted me and kept me informed while the work was being done. She was so kind and helpful. Will worked on the car and kept me informed during the process and offered me a beverage while I waited. He was also kind and heIpful! I got an oil change, transmission fluid change and a new cabin filter; all with reasonable prices and no hassles. I plan to visit the Lube Center again !

I got my oil change in December and on February 1st my oil level was extremely low. My car wasn t due for an oil change until June. I feel like the proper oil level wasn t dispensed in my vehicle. They topped me off, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

I ve been using Lube center for a while and they always have a great service, yesterday went to change my 2016 f150 oil and they did a great job again, specially Kevin R who was prompt to offer me a drink and make recommendations for my truck, plus the opportunity to see on camera the guys working on your car, that s really cool.

Jordan was so informative and attentive to my inquiries. Made a point to make me feel comfortable asking what the fuel induction does for my ford focus. Very professional team. Jose the manager gave a courtesy oil and filter inspection because I had a bad experience somewhere else the day before. He replaced my filter at no charge -which was leaking -and double checked everything. I will definitely be back. Thanks to Jose and his team.
