The office staff is amazing! The information that I received in the questions that I had in reference to my vehicle or answered and my car was done in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Kenwood Auto body in Germantown to anyone and everybody. I'm very grateful kudos to all the team members. My vehicle looks brand new. Service supervisor Kevin was amazing to say the least, and the staff was very amazing as well. They not only get a five-star rating. I'm very particular concerning my vehicles and this was the second time Kenwood have doneexcellent work for me. The staff is very professional (Jessica & Natalie) and manager's (Daniel) communications is very professional and caring lettings you know step-by-step stages on the finishing time on your vehicle. I highly recommend this place. Thanks again everyone

These guys are phenomenal! From the moment I walked in there where Jessica helped me and explain the whole process for me and how everything worked. I had to wait 2 weeks to set up an appointment to bring my car in which I was explained earlier and was more than happy to wait. Malik the body guy who is in charge back there explain the whole process to me and took wonderful care of me as well. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond. And then the final outcome was I got a beautiful brand new car back in mint condition. Amazing quality work and I am quite happy. My family's been using them forever and I highly recommend Kenwood. Backed up of course by a lifetime guarantee on the paint. Wonderful experience inside and out. Thank you Kenwood

They treat you like family and do amazing work! I picked up my car and went over it in great detail. I ve had bad experiences at other shops so it s great to have my car done right the first time.

My 2019 F-150 looked pitiful after a massive deer strike on the driver's side. Kenwood took my truck in and worked directly through the insurance company to complete repairs while keeping me informed of the progress along the way. It took a while to finish because they are so busy at this time of year with deer collisions, but the truck came out looking like there had never been any damage. The paint work is flawless and matches perfectly. I would highly recommend Kenwood Auto Body!

Our repair consultant Daniel was incredibly helpful and informative. The repairs were done perfectly and they handled all negotiations with the insurance company. We have always been extremely satisfied with Kenwood s work.

Daniel, Malik and Henry could not have been kinder. I had a minor issue which they went above and beyond to correct. They were knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. 10/10 customer service.

This place is amazing! Not only did they communicate via phone call and text throughout the whole process, but their work is 2nd to none. Being in an accident is a huge inconvenience! Fortunately, I had the pleasure twice within the past year of choosing Kenwood for my auto body repairs. Great communication, let me know step by step the process of my vehicle. Additionally, they worked directly with my insurance which made this process stress-free.If I have another unfortunate need for auto body services, this is my team!

I was in a car accident a few months back, and I needed to get my car looked at. I did research and saw Kenwood had high ratings. After the work they did and how easy they made the process, I can see why they are rated so high! I needed a new door, and they needed to order a few since they came damaged. They made sure the door was in good shape before replacing it. To my surprise, they cleaned a bit inside my car, and it appeared they washed the exterior too!! My car looked almost brand new with the wash and, of course new doors. I would recommend Kenwood to anybody who needs to get body work done on their car. Thanks so much Kenwood you guys are amazing and really helped my first time (and hopefully only) car accident issues go smoothly with the whole process.

The customer service was awesome from the front office to the mechanics. Communication was timely both in updates and any other issues that may arise. There were no surprises. My auto was returned like new on their repairs. It was timely in its repair knowing in advance that receiving parts are unpredictable. They stayed diligent in their attempt to retrieve parts and they did!!! Completed before date.Their work is also guaranteed giving promise to work well done!The best experience from start to finish!Service: Body & Trim

Kenwood Auto Body did a fantastic job putting my truck back together after my accident. Their whole team from the front desk to the technicians made the whole process stress free. This shop is nothing short of amazing. This is the second time I used Kenwood for my repairs through my insurance and both times the repairs were completed to OEM specs. They were in constant contact on the status so I never had to wonder about what was happening with my vehicle. Repairs were completed on time. Very friendly and polite staff. This is my second excellent experience with Kenwood. My SUV sustained many damages requiring an enormous amount of body work. Kevin, the manager, kept me up to speed frequently with progress. He s the most honest and transparent body shop ambassador you could ever deal with. He s friendly and down to earth, a calming presence for those of us worry warts about our vehicles. I went to Kenwood Auto Body in Germantown after an accident occurred - the team at the Germantown location was nothing but helpful! They kept me in the loop through the entire ordeal and coordinated with my insurance appropriately. After driving around for a few days, I am confident in saying that the team here did an AMAZING job with my vehicle, and I would recommend them to absolutely anyone.

Kenwood auto body in Germantown has exceed all expectations I've ever had for an auto body shop! My mother's 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid was rear ended on the highway (thankfully everyone was okay) and Kenwood made the process so simple. They kept her up to date, they were pleasant, helpful and did a beautiful job repairing her vehicle. We'll never take our business anywhere else. If you're unsure about where to go for auto body repair, I urge you to come here! Incredible folks who do awesome work.
