I went to get my TPMS serviced and add air to my tires. I couldn t schedule an appointment online so I walked in and each and every one of them that I interacted with were quick, polite, and informative throughout the whole process. I will definitely be using them in the future. They are also very transparent from their website to the shop. 10/10Service: Tires

Service used to be fast and polite. Took both family cars to this location over the years- my last visit will be my last. I was told I needed to replace 2 tires, and steering and brake fluids needed to be flushed... despite being done within the last year for both. It was not mileage indicated, and inspection of the tires show all 4 have plenty of life left. They have become pushy and attempt to sell services that are not needed. I took my car to another garage who showed me the fluids in question in my car, and explained that they did not need to be done again so soon. I will not be returning to this location.

I think the individuals who work at Jiffy Lube are strong, but I think the business model is weak.I went in for an oil change. My break line broke some time between the oil change and before pressing the break pedal while leaving the Jiffy Lube parking lot - to be clear, my car was steadily dripping break fluid directly after my oil change, on Jiffy lubes' property. The response the owner was that this was a result of "poor timing".Again, my break line broke, sometime before leaving the Jiffy Lube parking lot, and the response can be paraphrased as - your car is old.This can be a coincidence, but in my due diligence, I must warn of my experience.In addition, as with any quick Lube location, they will try to try upsell you. It is in their business model to require mechanics to show you your air filter and offer to change it for $50, even if they KNOW, the change is not needed. I asked the mechanic when he offered to change my air filer. "would you change it?", and he said, "No, it's not that dirty." Super genuine guy, but Jiffy Lube requires him to upsell for unneeded parts and repairs. Kinda scummy.Overall, I like the Jiffy Lube staff and mechanics at this location. I am even going to give their mechanics a break here - I watched the video of the oil change, and while the video looked like it was shot using a potato, I could not visually see ANYTHING that suggested the mechanics did anything wrong. It is possible you should ignore my bad review and it is possible this is an unfortune conincidence and Jiffy Lube is getting the short end of the stick.I do need to warn you of the urgency of Jiffy Lube staff and ownership to deny any responsibility before understanding my experience. They tried to further deflect responsibility through distracting comments such as "you recently went on a road trip right?" or "I had this happen to my car once" or "you're lucky this happened in a parking lot". Which honestly, facts...but also, it is fair to acknowledge the eerie spontaneity of this break occurring at Jiffy Lube, the MOMENT I had my car returned from a Jiffy Lube attendant.I'd recommend building a relationship with your local mechanic and paying $5 more for an oil change. Jiffy Lube uses the guise of scripts given to their staff to feign customer service while providing, at best, average care, and at worst, expensive car repairs.

Went for oil change, had me in and out in about about 45 minutes I believe. The persons car before me was having their wipers changed, but it was still good timing. They are always welcoming and efficient.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service at Jiffy Lube in Germantown, Maryland. I drive a 2019 VW Jetta, and my most recent oil change service was on December 30, 2023. However, about two weeks ago, I noticed my car was leaving oil stains on the ground. Concerned, I returned to Jeffi Lub for assistance.Not only did they promptly diagnose and resolve the issue, but they also showcased the utmost professionalism and friendliness that I've come to expect from their staff. They were not only efficient but also incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. Quick service. Good price. Accepted coupon. My air filter was rather old but Jiffy Lube did not force me to get it changed through them (would have cost $50); they said I can buy elsewhere and come to have it installed by them for $10.

Great shop, always clean, each tech is friendly yet professional. Brake technicians took a good look at my car and determined that the service was not required at this time.... Place usually busy but very efficient.

My experience at this Jiffy Lube was excellent. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend that if you re looking for a quick quality oil change that you visit this Jiffy Lube. The team did a great job!

I love that I can get so much done for my car in one place such as brakes and tires as well as my engine needs. They are honest about showing me what does and doesn't need to be done. My own experience here i brought my 2005 Toyota Sennia to jiffy lube just for an oil change on 12/09/2023 @ 8:55 am. No Check engine light or VSC TRAC OFF lights where on.As soon as I left the shop my check engine light and VSC TRAC OFF on my way home which is about 10 minutes away.I immediately contacted the store and informed them of happened because since this problem didn t exist when I brought it into for the oil change. Well I brought the vehicle back and the manager cleared out the error that came up on the diagnostic tool. Like within 15 minutes it came back and I was too tired to go back but I left a message. So on 12/10 I brought the van back and the manager said it s not in connection with the oil change but it s because they removed the engine and cabin filter as well. I asked him if his Mechanic are ASC certified he said they take a computer test there that doesn t make them ASC certified mechanic period . So now I have this problem after spending $114.67 dollars there . All I am saying be careful because they will get you for other expenses that are relevant to what your vehicle comes in there for and make sure you are aware of your vehicle problems. Because I didn t have this problem with my vehicle upon arrival to jiffy lube.

They don't close engine oil filter and cabin filter fully if you don't buy the new one from them. Be careful!

They don't want your business. My last experience at Jiffy Lube on Walter Johnson in Germantown will be my LAST.I wanted a tune up - Natalie greeted me and told me she'd find out the cost. 5 minutes later, my car was moved outside without any explanation. I found one employee that acted as if he was annoyed when I asked why my car was just moved out of the garage. Then I asked the manager, John, who blew me off completely.So, THREE JIFFY LUBE employees acted as if they were bothered to have to do their job.Take your car to the Lube Center on Middlebrook Rd. !

Bunch a of employees standing around. Not one bay in use. Parked and waited to be told to pull in. After sitting and waiting for 10mins they finally called me into a bay. The little punk employee gave me a bunch of attitude as I rolled down my window. Clearly customer service is not their thing. I backed up and rolled out. Went less then a 1/2 mile away and had my oil changed with no waiting at a professional lube location. Don't waste your time dealing with a bunch of punks at this location.

Came in for an oil change and brake fluid flush. No appointment and they were able to assist on the spot. Very professional and made sure to inform of any other repair or maintenance suggestions. Highly recommend for a quick oil change at the Germantown location!I took my husband's car in, while with our baby, and fully planned on complaining to my husband about having to do so. However, the team was so professional, quick, and polite, that there was no way I could do anything but have praise for the team at Jiffy Lube and have a good attitude myself.In and out in 30 minutes. (Believe me, I was looking at the clock!)Price might be high ($113 for synthetic plus tax), but it is better than $90 elsewhere and waiting for 2.5 hours (the wait and price that Pep Boys quoted me).I don't normally leave reviews, but I hope this helps the team get raises or promotions because they all worked together really well and deserve it.Service: Oil change
