I recently bought a GLE 450 from this dealership and my experience was awesome! My salesperson was Liam Miller. He provided superior customer service from the very first time I talked to him on the phone right until I arrived at the dealership and drove the vehicle off the lot. He is genuinely nice, easy to talk to and will take the time to work with you while displaying total professionalism. If you are thinking about buying a Mercedes, I definitely recommend purchasing one from Euro Motorcars Germantown and ask for Liam Miller to be your salesperson. You will not be disappointed.

We got a lovely car from here and we love it. If you want to buy a car ask for Liam Miller he is amazing and is a great salesmen and really helped us a lot I really recommend him he is very honest and trustworthy he showed us the car we exactly wanted!! I recently bought a Mercedes C300 here and the process was incredibly seamless. I worked with Liam Miller at this dealership who was with me through the entire process of purchasing! He patiently showed me different cars until I was able to find what I wanted. The process of buying was really straightforward. The folks at this dealership were not pushy at all like we often see in most car dealerships. It was a no stress experience! If I were to describe how phenomenal my car experience was....you would not believe me! I have to give the BIGGEST thanks to Liam Miller (Sales and Leasing Consultant) who was deliberate with ensuring that my experience was unforgettable. He was patient, considerate and reverenced every inquiry I had-considering I drove close to four hours to purchase the car of my dreams. The beginning of my journey via phone was a little frustrating...once Liam greeted me at the entrance with genuine kindness I knew he would be the gentleman to eradicate my uncertainty of how this experience would unfold. So, again, thank you Liam and a special thanks to Al (Finance Manager) for providing the ultimate luxurious experience ever!P.S. Ladies....he's mesmerizing too!

I recently purchased a new EQE 350 from EuroMotorcars in Germantown and had a phenomenal experience from start to finish. I was an out of state buyer from New Jersey and our sales rep David made the process super smooth and easy. David was knowledgeable about the car, its options & features and was all-around a great rep to work with. Even after our purchase he made sure to follow up and make sure everything was running smoothly. I highly recommend seeing him for your next Mercedes purchase!

It's been at least 15 years since I purchased a vehicle from Euromotorcars Germantown. I have purchased and leased 3 vehicles with Eric Sofon at this dealership and his professionalism is just extraordinary. Eric knows his stuff. His calm, and welcoming demeanor make things less stressful and take the pain out of car buying. His dedication and follow through are exceptional. I have many experiences at various other dealerships, but none of them come close to the services I receive from Eric and the team at Euromotorcars at Germantown. For over 15 years Eric has always been available to help with anything, not only sales. He goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer. A couple of weeks ago my lease ended, and Eric assisted me again. Together with Jon Guess, they made the lease return process smooth. They also helped correct some issues with the new vehicle I purchased to replace the leased vehicle.Great team!!!

Despite my lengthy journey to the dealership, Charlie had the car prepared and waiting for me, sparing me any unnecessary delays. Their no-nonsense attitude and focus on meeting my specific needs were truly refreshing. Charlie even went above and beyond by graciously providing all-weather mats, a small gesture that speaks volumes about their dedication to customer satisfaction. Senayet's astute recommendation for a warranty option further underscored their commitment to offering practical solutions without the unnecessary frills. Without a doubt, this was the most enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had, and I've had my fair share. My experience at Euro Motorcars of Germantown was utterly disappointing. From poor communication with Mohammed to the shoddy repair work by the technician, my car was left in worse condition than when I brought it in. Since my insurance was covering this repair I only had to pay my deductible but was called and notified that I had to pay $400 more since they had to installed Mercedes part s without my knowledge and approval. Despite being there for weeks, I wasn't offered a loaner car, and upon pickup, my car was covered in bird feces and dust. The paint was chipped, the tire was left flat, and mechanical issues persisted, despite assurances of inspection. Mr. Miles' (service manager) abusive and discriminatory behavior towards me and my complaints added insult to injury. Also I was told to pay $219 dollars more to get my car diagnosed once more because per the service manager Mike Miles, they don t truly inspect cars with higher mileage and test drive on the highway after repairs. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

Had a headlight replaced on my smart car under a third party warranty. I live in northern Virginia, but the Mercedes-Benz dealer in Tysons wouldn't work with the third party. Euro Motorcars would, and did. Polite and professional from start to finish. Even provided me with a new loaner Mercedes while my car was being repaired. Much appreciated.

Service center is amazing! My advisor Dustin was extremely helpful. They even provided me with a video of the work performed!! This is light years ahead of the experience I had at Ourisman Cadillac service center.

I wish I could give this 10 stars! We worked with Liam and will be forever customers of his and this specific Mercedes location. We walked in not really expecting to purchase a vehicle right away and were absolutely blown away by the service, the education, the conversations we had it quickly became a no brainer. Liam did an incredible job navigating me through different models to make sure he was getting me the car that made the most sense for my needs and was a PRO at all the features and technical components of the vehicle. No question was unanswered and we learned so much more about the car industry by working with him. The quality of the entire place - from the vehicle itself to the people and facility were over the top. I feel so set up, so taken care of. Not detail was missed and I know I made the best decision!

First of all, I LOVE my A220 sweet little beauty. Alex Roomets is my service advisor and always helps me take care of my car. Whether it be finding a nail in my tire or giving me a discount on service.I know I can count on Alex and the service folks to be top notch. The added bonus is the video of my car being serviced. 2020 GLE450 4MaticWith average appointments stretching into weeks (with a loaner) at my Virginia dealers and with an approaching end to the factory warranty, I booked my 50K mile service at Euromotors who were flexible to provide a next day appointment with a loaner on a Saturday!. This dealership is 50 miles away in Maryland but I was pleasantly surprised first and foremost with their facilities and with Mohammed my SA who went out of his way to process the service documenting my concerns and arranging for a loaner. I was expecting that given the weekend I will get my truck back in a couple of days but was surprised to be advised that the truck will be ready by 4 PM and it was I was also provided with a video of the multi point inspection and findings by the technician (This was very helpful and should be adopted by others) I have subsequently also had the opportunity of a followup call with Mike the Service Director who was very welcoming. Given very positive experience and quick turn around I will gladly drive the 100 miles round trip for any future work.Good job Mohammed and Mike and the tech who worked on my truck (GLE450). Can't praise service (Dustin and Mike) any higher than I will. They were amazingly accommodating when we took our SUV in for a service light that came on prior to a 700 mile trip we have planned.Suffice it to say they worked their immense magic to get us on the road safely.We live an hour away and will ALWAYS go to them for service. Much better than the local to us mercedes.Thanks fellas!

Eric Sofon is the type of salesman you always wish you could have at other places but never find. Patient, kind and genuine and sold me my Mercedes. Last night, I had car trouble with the car I DID NOT BUY from Eric but I had the good fortune of breaking down outside Euro Motorcars. Knowing what a kind guy Eric is, I went in and found him and he immediately began helping me until my problem was solved. I will always recommend my friends and family do business here.

I cant help but to write my first review regarding my terrible experience with the service department, even in the past year I was cheated to pay GAP without refund when bought brand new M500 from this dealer, so long story short, bought used 14 Gl350 and the cel was on, the error msg " remains start xxxx," took to eurocar, I believe they just simply reset it and charged a couple of bucks and let me go. after a couple of weeks with no more than 1k miles the light was back on, this time they said they found the issue of contaminated def liquid and replaced whole, got bill of more than 7 hundred, I knew it was not that issue, but hoping I was wrong, Last Christmas, driven about 3 hundred miles, the same error msg came back, guess what, I would not let them rip me off, found a reliable and honest mechanic to fix it up, so my lesson learned, will I go back them? definitely not

We were looking for a specific GLS450 and for a dealership that was willing to negotiate a fair price for that vehicle. We were not willing to pay a $10,000 convenience fee just to pay a vehicle. When a car arrived, we worked a deal and purchased the vehicle that day. We were in and out within an hour and there was no pressure finalizing the deal. This was by far one of the easiest and most pleasant experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle.

We had an absolutely amazing experience while buying a car here. We drove all the way from Virginia because in Alexandria, VA the customer service was so terrible and we didn t buy anything from them. But when we came to Euromotors in Germantown, we felt so much welcome! And ended up buying a great car of our dreams! We worked with Julia and David Stokes. Their levelof professionalism is incredible. They made our process nice and easy and helped during every stage. I will refer every friend to this center! Great job guys :)

Horrible service don t go here customer service is 0. I had an appointment set for 9:15 and a loaner setup. when I go in for my appointment they say there is no appointment and there only answer was sorry you have to set another appointment a different day .. they don t care if you have job or at least try and make the situation better. Just horrible customer service

This dealer is one of the more equipped service centers I've been too. Shout out to Alex (service advisor) and John(technician) if you got an older car you really want them to be working on it as they have a lot of experience.

Ramesh is a best salesman and very knowledgeable. The reason I bought my car from euro motors Bcz of his excellency and customer service that he provides to his clients. If you in the area or looking to buy a new or used Mercedes Benz my advice to you is to go to Ramesh in euro motors in germantown MD before any other dealership. This is my second car buying from euro motors in Germantown MD. And I will buy next from Ramesh too.
