I just want to give a huge shout out to Al and Sam at Direct Auto Access. My wife and I were reluctant to make a 3.5 hour drive to purchase a used Honda Odyssey especially after many of our previous prospects turned out to look nothing like the pictures. Sam made a bold statement to me on the phone prior to our trip, saying, "If you drive here to see the vehicle, I promise you won't be disappointed "... that was 100% truth... we left their small, but high quality inventory lot with a beautiful well kept Honda Odyssey.. Truly genuine and trusted sellers. Thanks guys!

I recently purchased an Acura MDX here. The staff was laid back, friendly and gave me plenty of time to inspect and test drive the vehicle, which I appreciate. The car was very clean and seems to be in great shape considering it is used. Drives and handles extremely well. The transaction was very easy (less than 20 minutes) and stress free. Extended warranties are available to purchase, but they don't push them. Pricing is competitive and transparent, though they are firm on the listed price.Great experience overall. Will update in the future if there are unexpected problems aside from normal wear and maintenance.

I just got a used Subaru from these guys and I am more than impressed with the car, the guys are super friendly and helpful. I was even able to set up an on the fly test drive appoint and our transaction of sale literally took 20 min. Cheers guys

I bought my first car from them! J took really great care of me, making sure I knew exactly what I needed to know when it comes to the car buying process. I was able to test drive the car without any pressure. Their cars are clean, and ready to be driven off the lot! They made the car buying process super smooth for me and I am so grateful for them! I originally passed by because of the good reviews. Placed looked closed. walked the entire lot nobody assisted me I asked to view a vehicle. First thing asked Was are you buying or financing. I was quickly disregarded once I said financing. Front desk guy looked completely uninterested, they told me the car I wanted to view was in inspection that I did initially want to finance. so I opted for the car I could buy cash. there for I asked to view it but the guy didn t seem to care to show me the car or anything because I said financing. One of the vehicles was a 6k, he repeated himself & than I was told there no financing on no cars under 10k an no financing for cars under 10 years , as a small businesses owner my self, this place definitely lacked customer services I was practically left talking & completely disregarded Not even help or any suggestions on how I can buy a vehicle, I did in fact have a couple thousand to buy the 6k vehicle, in the end II decided to walk out & rather not conduct business or spend my money at places that aren t in the benefit of the customer. Or at least find someone willing to be there for the customer, I ve also never herd of a local dealership not wanting to finance to the community it s not like there was luxury cars in the lot. It was the most basic vehicles. If your gonna take someone s money at least act personable & friendly goes a long way

The lot is so packed (probably because they aren't willing to negotiate at all even with cars that have been sitting in the lot for months) the car was blocked in and I wasn't even offered a test drive.It certainly felt like he'd rather have a power trip then a sale.

Bought a car from them, very knowledgeable and honest throughout the whole process, were very patient, never rushed to close the deal, gave me great tips on how to save in the future on my loan, car is in excellent condition for the age, will come back in the future.

I bought my 2015 sonata from them over two years ago. Although the mileage was a little high I didn t run into major issues so far.The car was clean with a very attractive price. Sam and Jamel made the buying process smooth and stress free which is very important when buying a car. I visited them couple of times over the years whenever I had questions about cars and they are always welcoming and provided me good informations. Thanks!

Purchased my 2016 Jeep from Jay yesterday, and I would like to say thank you for not being a pushover and letting me enjoy the car purchase experience on my own. Most dealers have salesman just hovering over you and you sat back and let us drive the Jeep and check it out. I enjoyed going up the hill and seeing the Jeep waiting for me to ride it around, I honestly planned going to Delaware to purchase a similar Jeep but Jay and his associates felt more welcoming and I m glad I picked you guys! They support you with the Car Fax, Car was clean only complaint would be I didn t leave with a full tank but besides that everything went well from finance, him explaining the process of purchasing car & how long it would take for them to recieve the tags and they overnight ship to the house! I mean I don t have to deal with MVA ! That s a bonus! Thank you again I recommend 100%! I m not a easy person to satisfy but this went beyond my expectations.

Direct Auto Access offered a very competitive price in the first place.Even after my paying for the used car they still remained honest and conscientious.Although they were a dealer, they almost acted on behalf of the buyer in making sure that the existingcar problems would be fixed without the buyer's worry.The sales staff was professional with no pressure. He was very kind and attentive to all our questions.You are in good hands with Direct Auto Access. It was a pleasant experience overall.

Purchased a 2018 Accord from here. The process was smooth. Al helped me out with a test drive & when it came down to financing, helped direct me to Jay with all my financing questions. I was able to complete the process in under an hour & was out of the door with the tags on my car. Thanks to everybody in the shop for the extra assistance!

I bought my car in Late April, it's early July and it's giving me all the issues in the world. One the brake just needed to be fixed bc it was stuck. I'm having Engine issues with the power train system. I spent $900 to get it fixed and now it's a problem that won't go away. In addition, my AC stopped working. Now I need a new AC compressor. I understand used cars come with imperfections. But this is a problem that any mechanic would have recognized. I know we may be desperate especially with the car shortage. Doing business here with buying a car with no warranty was the first mistake. I've had this car for no more than 3 months. They sold a car to me that was going to cause trouble future problems in the near future. This is unacceptable. Do not come here! It even took them forever for my tags, I had to call them because they forgot. I had this car 3 months and already spent $$ on it. I had a fully loaded car and you guys took all my money for a car you knew was going to give me issues in 6 months. I'm young and that was a lot of money I worked hard for to pay cash with you guys. I really do suggest to avoid doing business with everybody who cannot give a warranty.

Thanks to Jay, Samer, and Karina for a great car buying experience. This is a small lot but that is because they only sell high quality vehicles. I purchased a Toyota Highlander Hybrid that came with all the bells and whistles. The team worked with me to provide me a fair price within the terms of my financing. My whole experience of the final purchase lasted 15 minutes in and out. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Direct Auto Access. Because they provided the best product at the best price I was willing to make the 55 mile drive to get the best offer. Thanks Jay, Samer, and Karina. It was a pleasure to purchase a vehicle from your lot and interact with all three of you. Your level of customer service should be the model of other car dealerships.

I purchased a truck from Direct Auto Access last month. Sam and Jay went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with the sale and make it happen for me. The whole buying process was very easy and straight forward. I also needed to get my truck tagged out of state and the paperwork was delivered to me in a very timely manner and I didn't have a single issue getting my tags and title. I have a truck that looks and runs great. I can't say enough good things about this business. I will be purchasing a vehicle from them again in the future. If you want a good used car or truck you should look no further then Direct Auto Access. Thanks again, for all of your help.

So I bought a Chevy Traverse from these guys... failed to mention that in 2000 miles it would need about $1300 in scheduled maintenance. I've literally had the car 6 months, now the front timing cover is going....a $1500 job minimum, dealership quoted me 3k. They will sell you a car with a hamster wheel running it if you're not careful. Buyer Beware. Stay away from GM, used ones especially.

Working with Jay was fantastic, he is a small business owner, very military friendly, and very laid back.He specializes in cars under $10,000 with low miles, perfect for someone looking for their first car.When I got onto the lot I was looking at one car, but he recommended a different one that he knew I would like better, which I did.He had a very no pressure attitude and it was a very pleasant experience, and that is why I bought my car from Direct Auto Access.

I bought a car which had a broken radiator which needs to be completely changed and also needs to get a completely new axel as well. All of these problems appeared within the first weeks of the purchase of the car. I spoke to two different mechanics and both told me that this car definitely already had these problems. In addition, the mechanics commented that these cars probably wouldn't pass inspection before being sold in those conditions. Be careful when they sell you cars

We recently purchased a used Honda Civic from Direct Auto Access. Both Jamel and Sam were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. They provided clear and complete information about the condition of the car including the complementary Carfax. Pricing was transparent and extremely fair. They made completing the purchase simple and straight-forward including taking care of the Maryland title and registration paperwork. I would go there again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good, reasonably priced used car.

One day post purchase-- will update if any issues crop up. We were very happy with our experience at Direct Auto Access. It's a small office tucked up on a steep hill, but GPS gave us accurate directions to the office with the address provided via google. Staff was friendly and very flexible, office was clean and well-organized. We were running late for our appointment and they adjusted without complaint or change in attitude toward us. Mask policy was adhered to in the office. The man we worked with was knowledgeable, kind and laid back, not pushy. They gave us plenty of time to test drive a vehicle we had come in to see, and it was ready for us and clean when we arrived. When we needed time to discuss afterward and contact our loan bank to resolve an issue on our end, they let us take the time that we needed without making us feel rushed. Paperwork was prepped quickly and explained well. I would recommend them to friends or family!

Buying a used car can be stressful, but not at Direct Auto Access. It's a friendly and well-run business. We bought a vehicle there last month and got all our questions answered and were treated fairly throughout the transaction. It's a great option if you are looking for an affordable extra family car. Sam and Jay are very upfront and helpful, and the whole process was easy. Highly recommend if you are looking for good value and service in used cars in Gaithersburg and Germantown.

Best place to buy your used car in the DMV area. Samy and his team make the buying/selling cars experience seamless. I just bought my second car from Direct Auto Access end of January 2021, definitely not my last hopefully.If you want to buy a nice, clean, reliable used car for a good price and peace of mind. I strongly recommend this place.

My son needed a new car. This place is really awesome! I had the best buying experience ever. I saw a car on the internet, reasonably priced and went there to have a look today. "J" was very professional and polite. There was no playing around with the price... great deal on the cars. There are many options for high-quality used cars. I didn't feel scammed or taken advantage of. I will definitely recommend to others!!!!

I was looking to purchase a car for my daughter and found a 2007 Toyota Corolla at this dealership for the advertised price of $6995.00. I called to see if the car was still available and spoke with Sam who said the car was available. Sam also explained that the car was Maryland inspected and in perfect working condition. The only issue was a small scratch on the rear bumper.I told Sam that i was very interested in the car and wanted to take it for a test drive.I also explained that this would be a cash deal..no financing needed. Sam asked me to call first because the cars sell fast. So I called the next morning beginning at 8 a.m. and never reached anyone until 11:30 a.m. when I was told the car was in the shop for motor mount replacement. I waited all day for the car to come back from the shop and was told at 5:30 p.m. that the car was ready but the price would increase by $255.00. I was floored...the old bait and switch.I didn't want to drive 1 hour or more in holiday traffic to see the car that evening so, I arranged to see the car the next day. But, while I waited all day for the car to be returned from the repair shop, I located another car, same year with less mileage but more expensive but decided to check that car out before going to my 11:30 a.m. appointment with Direct auto. I still had a bad taste in my mouth about the price increase so when Alexandria VW agreed to lower the price to $6679 from $7500, I decided to buy the car from them for a much lower price and 3000 less miles!!!Sam offered to sell me a 1 year warranty plan for the discounted rate of $595 because they raised the price on the car....WHAT!!! So the plan is to get me to spend $595 more money in addition to the $255.00 price increase. Scam...BUYER BEWARE!!!
