POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE AND MADE BY EMPLOYEES. LOOK AT THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS FOR THE TRUTH. Will damage your car and deny responsibility even when given 4K video proof.My wife brought her beautiful Alpha Romeo in for a software recall. They had her car for three hours and chipped the paint badly.I took a 4K video walk around of the car before I dropped it off with audio voiceover stating the date and time.The car was in absolutely immaculate condition.I even took pictures.When the car came back, it had at least six nasty chips all the way through the paint on it.I tried getting them to fix it, and they became arrogant, condescending and hung up the phone on me.They stated, and I quote, we had your car for three hours, you had it for 11 months. As if that s some valid excuse for them damaging my wife s car. You can destroy a car in 10 seconds.Even when provided with video proof of the car before, and after they still refuse to take responsibility for damaging her car. My wife is absolutely distraught and I am beyond furious. You have not heard the last from me but you have definitely lost two customers.Even some of their reviews are fake. Alberto works there. I wonder how many employees leave reviews to try to make the place look better than it is.

What an amazing experience at Criswell. The entire team was helpful and efficient. They helped to select the perfect car for me with a spreadsheet of options based on my personal preferences. Between Danny and Harry and Kristie, the buying experience was flawless. I was appreciative of the dedicated time to ensure that I am aware of all capabilities of the car. And it is So fun to drive!!!

I recently had my car serviced at this dealership, and I was blown away by the level of customer service I received by Harry at Criswell Maserati. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way. I will definitely be coming back for all of my future car service needs and would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car

They destroyed my paint and refused to fix it.Brought my brand new Alfa Romeo in for a software recall and they offered a complimentary car wash. When I got my car back, there were chips on at least 10 different spots, all the way through the car s red paint. Now my red Alfa Romeo has white little spots all over it. When I brought up the issue and showed pics of the car before I brought it in, they refused to fix it and were extremely rude. I hope karma serves them well, these people deserve nothing good in life, damaging people s property and spitting in their face afterwards.

I came in for regular maintenance ( oil change and multiple point inspection) and I m glad I did! They found a nail in one of my tires, which explains why I had to keep adding air into one, but couldn t patch it due to location of nail. Good thing the tire was covered under the tire manufacture warranty Road hazard. After the work was done, my car was returned clean inside and out! Super thankful for the guys at Criswell Alfa Romeo!

My worst experience at a dealership yet and I've been to plenty of them. Terrible customer service, dodgy answers during test drive, condescension towards prospective clients AND to top it off the car went into limp mode! I set off to a local dealership noticing it for the first time and realizing how close it was to me. I've heard some news about the new Grecale and MC20 so I was curious to see what all the hype was about. Admittedly this was purely a curiosity-led endeavor and a purchase probably would not occur during this visit. However there is always an impression that could lead to a purchase in the future.Upon arrival, I noticed that the parking lot was stacked with brand new vehicles. I took a walk around and started appreciating the unique characteristics of some of the vehicles on the lot, separating ones that excited me from those that seemed fairly generic. After identifying a test model, I walked into the showroom to locate a sales-person. It was a ghost town. Sure its lunch time but there wasn t a single employee in the showroom to cover or help any customer that arrives. Finally someone sees me sitting in the MC20 and comes over to help me. Then I was directed to a sales rep named Mike.Fast forward through car selection, startup, and into the test drive. Mike tells me to 'floor it' on a back road to get a sense of the sound/acceleration of the vehicle. The first round went OK. Not very impressive but it did have a growl. After that initial launch the car went into a 'limp mode' and would not pick up any acceleration. I was baffled and let the sales person know my disappointment. He offered to take me on another test drive but the same model (4 cylinder Grecale). I said I wanted to try a 6 cylinder model to get a feel for the difference between both. Mike said no.This is where things took a turn for the worst. He claimed that typical clients for those 6 cylinder models are in a different budget, and knowing what I currently drove (BMW & Lexus) started throwing shade about my ability to afford the vehicle. Granted it would be a stretch for me to purchase at the Trofeo price point at this time but, I've always been a fan of the brand and always considered it to be something I could purchase in the future. However this deliberate shaming episode at the dealership has left a very sour taste in my mouth. I will definitely not be going back to this location and maybe never buying a Maserati.The brand has definitely lost a potential enthusiast and customer today thanks to the extremely poor customer service experienced at this dealership.

My wife and I walked into Criswell without notice or a reservation and asked to test drive a Giulia. Mike D. was happy to help us and let us go out for a spin. It's so much fun to drive! After answering all of my questions and hearing my requests, I leased a 2018 Giulia Ti Sport with Mike's help. He was very professional and the buying process was smooth. Thank you to Mike and the Criswell staff for a great experience!

I recently had my Giulia serviced here and was impressed with the standard of customer care I experienced. Although my wait was longer than expected, Pai S. was courteous and took the time to thoroughly explain each aspect of the repair process to me, ensuring that I fully understood the work being done on my car.His commitment to my safety was evident as he went to great lengths to ensure my vehicle was repaired properly.I can't recommend this shop highly enough for their exceptional customer service and exceptional expertise.

Great cars, terrible sales people and service. Don t get your car with Alberto. He did nothing but to complain and act standoffish. He even complained that he had to come in to sell us the car when he was supposed to be playing some sort of sport instead, as if he was doing me a favor for being there to sell me the car. He never knew anything, always had to go ask the manager everything, and he was never there. When negotiating he was very rude and I was about to walk out when the sales manager came in and saved the deal.The car was supposed to be clean when we bought it, instead it has smeared oily finger prints all over the inside of the car, when I asked Alberto if he could get the car cleaned, he said yes but when he brought the car back 5 min later, he had only wiped one spot on the drivers side door, everything was still dirty.He was also supposed to get Alfa connect hooked up but all he did was tell me to download the wrong app. Later on when I tried to do it by myself, I had an issue and when asking him for help he said I would have to call the app and figure out. My husband had to go to store another day and get it done.There were some minor scratches on the car, for which they promised us some touch up paint but it has been almost a month and they have no word on it. According to them it s on back order so I ve found some online and will just get it myself.Also, they won t respond emails. I was never given the information about how to make payments on the car so I emailed them to figure it out, but they won t respond. I don t think they care about getting paid.Someone that I actually liked as a salesman was Mike, he was there when Alberto wasn t (not surprisingly), he was very respectful and attentive, he showed me the car and all the features, and told me all the details about it and the company. Thanks to him I decided to buy the car, and thanks to the sales manager Robert we closed the deal.

My serviceman Erick was super helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. I appreciate the extra steps taken because I live so far from the dealership & wk long hrs but Erick offered many solutions to make the experience bearable and that to me deserves high praise for amazing customer service. The work on my car was no easy task but Erick made sure he stayed in contact w/the body shop & my vehicle was done to perfection. Thanks Erick, I absolutely appreciate you and all you did to correct the problem with my beautiful vehicle.

Great experience. Erick explained everything to me that was being done to my vehicle and what still needed to be done. Shuttle service was good because I did some shopping and went to eat lunch while I waited. I received text up dates while I was gone. I have already recommended Criswell and will be returning.

The purchasing experience was great. That's why I gave them only one star!I bought an extended warranty for the vehicle and at first I never had any issues with getting the appointment and a loaner. Then Alex I think it was his name, stopped working there and another Alex started and the customer service went down the drain. I called to schedule an appointment in October 2022 and requested a loaner. He informed me that "there aren't any cars to loan due to the car crisis and I should check back in February 2023". I spoke to the manager and he said the same. In February 2023, I called and even went to the dealership in Germantown and there still wasn't any loaner available till March I was told, I should schedule my appointment online...I was already there why couldn't he schedule it then!? I sent and email to the GM and he never responded. I got rid of the Maserati and bought a BENZ, they know how to treat their customers and they don't discriminate.

I had the pleasure of visiting Criswell Maserati recently to take a look at a Maserati Ghibli and was politely assisted from the moment I walked in the door by James Tan. James was absolutely outstanding to deal with! He was very attentive to my many detailed questions from the start and was extremely patient with all of my requests including multiple test drives and even putting the Ghibli side by side to my old car (Mercedes E350) to measure size differences and compare features. Since Criswell has such a large inventory of Maserati's to choose from, James had to move several other cars for me to test drive the specific one I was interested in - he did so with professionalism, patience, and with no pressure on me for a sale. Thanks to the attention I got from James (he spent an entire afternoon with me) and his facilitation of me getting a great deal on the Ghibli, I bought it and drove it home that afternoon. James even put a big red bow on the new car and took a picture (attached) of me and my son with it to help celebrate the purchase. As part of the overall process, the Criswell sales manager Robert Buchanan was also friendly and easy to work with and the finance/business manager (Krystie Zhang) was also outstanding in getting me a great financing arrangement. I highly recommend Criswell Maserati and James Tan as your go to person when you get there!

GO SEE JAMES TAN!! He was very well-informed and honest with my options and the best choice to ensure I enjoyed my new vehicle. Extremely personable. Yes, he's a car salesman, BUT he's also an educator! I learned a lot and spent about 1.5 hours talking with him about my needs and wants. He did not rush me, he took his time and gave me my space. I love James and all of the staff at Germantown Maserati.

What can I say? This is the absolute best place to buy cars hands down. We bought so many cars I honestly can't give a count but we've been clients for many many years with excellent service on all of our vehicles anytime there's ever been a problem, which is rarely. Our recent purchase Alberto was phenomenal in the sales department at Maserati, and Krystie in finance was an absolute rockstar! We always love coming here and we will continue to do so. My father bought cars there for many years and now the tradition has moved on to me as well as my children. Looking forward to the next purchase thanks team you guys rock.

For the Maserati brand to be World Class the Service Department at Maserati of Germantown is lacking. No Courtesy Cars. I booked more than 12 days in advance for a courtesy car which they require. I had to wait five hours for my car with no refreshments or even bottled water. They sent me home with a screw in my tire which costed me more money to fix. I think I ll go back to a Mercedes Benz. There service is First Class

Let me first start of with Mr.Criswell and his team are the most amazing people you can find. I feel bad at points just showing up because I m having or thinking I m having problems with my Alfa Romeo. They are the best in Communicating, following up and telling you step by step what s happening. If you re like me, that s eager to know what s going on with your vehicle. Don t worry about it they have more than 1 million things going on, but they will be in touch with you as soon as possible. They detailed my vehicle. After going in for service I couldn t ask for any better service team Anybody who has a Maserati or Alfa Romero should come here. Mr.Criswell gave me brand new 2023 Maserati SUV and I tell you what that was one of the best damn rides I had Take care of them they take care of you. Thank you so much for everything you guys have done.
