Milton, Dave and the entire crew are AMAZING! I live super close to the garage & ran a flat. They came out, put my spare on so I could get to the garage and changed all four tires and aligned them! I am so grateful for their kindness and customer service! Thank you Wilson Tire & Auto service crew!!

Really feel like this shop got over on me when I purchased my tires about a year ago. Im not very familiar with tire up keep & I wasn't given proper instructions on how to do so once I purchased two separate sets of tires. Had I known, I wouldn't have wasted $2000 worth of brand new tires, not to mention that even a warranty wasn't offered with them! As much as a good reputation they claim to have this customer will NEVER patronize this franchise again. Seems they are only concerned about making a dollar and not the integrity of informing their clients on how to better manage their vehicles after they've invested in their services.I'm thankful for the new shop I visited today that actually explained the type of tires that are best for my kind of car (I even Google and he was correct!). I was also appreciative of the maintenance instructions he told me so I won't have to experience this nightmare again. I use my car DAILY for work as a freelance and back and forth to my studio. I rely on my vehicle to make the income for me to survive, and this was an unnecessary financial situation to occur within a year span.P.S. I'm not even interested in their apology reply as I see from the rest of the reviews.

FIVE STAR A++++ Called Wilson Tire and Auto Service this morning after I found out that BJs couldn't provide me tires and install them until a week later - was pleasantly surprised that WIlson Tire not only had the tires I needed for my truck but was also able to install them that afternoon! Team at Wilson Tire [Gambrills] was very knowledgeable about what tires would be best for my truck based upon my usage and you could tell that they were truly interested in the best tire for me and my truck! I am definitley converted to their service and will be back for the other services they offer!

Nice people and fast quality service. Decent waiting area with free coffee, TV and WiFi :)About $1000 for 4 new tires and an alignment. Not cheap but competitive.

Went to the Wilson Tire on RT3 North in Gambrills on Saturday, 08 June 2019 for an oil change and tire rotation on my Volvo XC60. While driving to work on Monday morning the car started vibrating loudly and I pulled off of the highway. Come to find out that they only installed the one locking lug on the driver side rear tire. All four other lugs were missing. There were metal shavings from the stripped lug inside the rims and the wheel was barely on the car (tilted sideways). Called a tow truck and he wouldn't move it without jacking up the car and putting extra lugs back on the wheel. Thankfully I had a new set in the back with my spare tire still in packaging. Dropped it off at Wilson Tire and called them later. All they offered me was a new set up lug nuts to replace the ones I had to use. Their negligence put my life in danger and the lives of others on the highway. I would NEVER recommend going to their garage. This is the second time in 5 months that a repair failed within 20 miles.

This is a very professional and friendly automotive mechanic shop. I was very pleased with the quality of work they have done on all my vehicles they have enough mechanics to service your car with a quick turnaround time

Great service! We had a flat tire from a nail. Made an appointment same day and they patched it right up. Front desk was super nice and explained things well. Even gave advice on how to best avoid flats in the future. When they were done, they noticed our battery died too Gave us a jump that lasted until we were able to get a new battery the next day. Will definitely be going back!

I have been using Wilson Goodyear W & T Serrvice in Crofton since 6/10/22 when they replaced my air conditioner's condensor and refrigerant. ($1072.99)I returned for an airbag replacement and low beam head light replacement on 9/7/22. ($807.49)On December 5, I returned under the headlight warranty and was told it wasn't the headlight it was the connector. ($29.69)I have only 60000 miles on this 2008 truck. I drive it very infrequently and had put less than 300 miles on it since 9/7/22.BUT, I was told my truck is old and...I don't believe this connector could corrode in less than 300 miiles and if so the original "mechanic" should have noted it when they charged me !$100.43) to replace the headlight less than 3 month/300miles beforeWhat do you think? Are you sure you want them to service you?Paul McHugh

My elderly mother stops by Wilson s on a regular basis to have the air pressure checked on her tires or whenever she hears an unusual noise coming from her car. The staff always makes time for her. When she needed additional service, the price was reasonable and the repairs are done as scheduled. Everyone is always so patient and friendly and she really likes going there.

Got new brakes. Great service. I am a lical Realtor had to work in the waiting area and they were cool with me setting up using another chair. I will go back for tires soon.

My family and I have been getting our cars serviced at Wilson Tires for over 5 years+ now. I have had oil changes and new tires placed on my cars as needed. The customer service has been outstanding. For example, when I recently had a nail in my tire, I was able to drop by Wilson Tire's (Rt 3, in Crofton, MD) with no appointment, and they offered to take a look at the tire and repair it. I appreciated the flexibility and quality of work put into addressing my tire. I want to recognize the technician that completed the actual repair on my tire and also recognize the service manager (Bobby Kitchens) that took the time to evaluate my tire and pay special attention to my car in making sure the work was completed in a timely manner. I hope the Goodyear corporate office will take the time to recognize these individuals for their customer service.

Horrible customer service. Never again. I ve been going there for years for tires, but management/staff must ve turned over because now horrible. Ordered 4 new tires couple days ahead for my daughters car and made arrangements to have them installed early Saturday morning. Finally done that afternoon, after follow up and waiting. Noticed the car wasn t handling correctly (drifting) later that night and found both front asymmetrical tires were installed inside out. (tires have inside/outside markings). Called when they opened first thing Monday, wife took time from work to have them reinstalled. She ended up waiting almost an hour and a half to get them fixed up. Save yourself the hassle and frustration, go somewhere else! I don t trust them to work on my vehicles, especially with the mechanics spending more time on their phone than focusing on how to install tires.

After experiencing terrible service from other nearby auto service companies, it was a breath of fresh air to see that good, honest auto repair places still exist. The receptionist was very professional and helpful and the mechanic Rob took time to explain the ins and outs of my service. I would highly recommend this place for your auto service needs.

I brought my car here after noticing a nail in my tire right before a road trip. They pulled the nail and it wasn t causing a leak, so they sent me on my way, free of charge. They were very quick and friendly. I ll be coming here for any future tire needs.

Tried to charge me $35 for a tire plug and asked me to wait 30 minutes for the plug to be completed. I looked at them like they were crazy. They weren't busy at all. Ended up going elsewhere on Rt 3...paid $15 and was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Will not give my money to a business who try to take advantage of me for simple minor services.

I am a customer of theirs thru the years. I stopped by today around 1pm had a rear tire on my truck that was almost flat. I requested if they could fit me in to repair the tire very nicely. They told me that they would not be able to fix till the following morning..i said i was amazed i can see a couple hours they said no not till morning..i will never buy another tire from them and i suggest you don't either! Anyone can sell a tire but you get repeat customers by service!

Kudos to manager Bill and his team! As a periodic customer I am always greeted with courtesy, professionalism and great service! There is no other tire dealership I would consider taking my vehicle!

Odenton Location - Had a slow leak due to a nail and my tire had to be replaced. They helped me with my insurance coverage and the entire team was very helpful and friendly! Great service and communication.

Went there for a patch in one of my tires. They recommended a set of four tires for tires that have 20k on them. The patch cost $44 - I ve never paid more then $25-30 for a patch. Then I attempted to pay over the phone as I m high risk and they said we can t take credit card over the phone. They should be encouraging people to have contactless payment! Although they did do it when I mentioned I m high risk I shouldn t have to. I then asked the key and receipt be put in my car when I was five minutes out. When I arrived no key or receipt was in the car. The guy comes walking out with my key - so much for contactless checking out. No surfaces were disinfected, no protector on the steering wheel, etc. They simply are not changing the way they do business in a pandemic and trying to push services that are not needed.

Worst Experience Ever on 15 Oct 2020.I took my BMW to Wilson Tire & Auto Service in Crofton, MD for a tire service, and arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. After 1.5 hours of arrival, I was told a rim was bent while installing the tire. This was totally unacceptable and unequivocally the worst customer service experience of the year! The lady at the front desk was kind enough to point me in the direction to another shop to have the rim, while the manager pretended like he did hear a word about the incident. I later had the rim fixed at the RIm shop in Glen Burnie. I will not recommend the Wilson Tire & Auto Service shop to anyone!MaxCrofton, MD

I tell ya, I bypassed the Bowie location because of the lack of customer service, but the Gambrills location went above and beyond and surely received my business. I was provided excellent customer service, my service charge was very affordable, and my vehicle was repaired in no time. Special thanks to technician Bobby for providing me with an adequate quote without all the details! Will definitely tell my many clients to give Wilson's a try!!

I've been a customer of Wilson Tire & Auto in Gambrills, MD for almost 15 years, all of my tire needs are taken care of here. Outstanding service and staff.Wilson Tire & Auto again came through for me on 09 October 2017 for four new tires installed and out the door in less than an hour and again 16 October 2017 for a Maryland state inspection (ride-share driver). Had to have new brakes, and they were able to take care of that same day.

I went to Wilson's to have my tires rotated and while I was there they mentioned that my back breaks where in need of replacement. The price was about 250.00 since it was just the pads etc. They let me see the pads which were obviously in bad shape. They completed the repair while I waited and the price was exactly what was stated. I now need my front breaks done I can't think of a better place to go. Great place!...especially for "auto repair" we all know how frustrating it can be.

This morning as we were coming through D.C. a guy pulled beside us in standstill traffic to let us know we had a huge air bubble on our tire. The nearest Walmart with an auto center was in Vienna so we traveled slowly on back roads to get there. Long story short, Walmart didn t honor the road hazard we purchased for the tires. Instead we went to a local shop in Vienna Maryland called Wilson s. Scott didn t have the tires we needed but made calls to tire shops along our route until he found someone who had them in stock!!! Thirty minutes later we were at that shop purchasing a new set of tires.Thank you for helping us out! You could ve told us you could get them tomorrow and delayed our trip back to Ohio even further, but instead, you went above and beyond to make sure we quickly got on our way home....even if that meant we purchased tires from a competitor. That is top notch customer service ladies and gentlemen!!

Bought tires from discount direct and came here for installation. Couldn't be happier! Very professional and friendly group. Very close and convenient with prices that won't put you in the poor house. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

I've bought tires from these guys several times. They are expensive, but the tires are really good and they always helped me out in a timely manner.The last time I went in, I had a broken tire stem. They didn't have it in stock, but were able to find and replace the part in a matter of hours.

I don't own a car but was visiting my brother who does. He had hit a curb and was having his tire checked or something. They had coffee and a TV, they were quick and didn't try to rip him off.

Great Service Team. From my observation, during my numerous visits (tires), they have a steady customer following. More shops should take note of this operation. Repeat business is their reward for timely, and focused customer service. Thank you Wilson Tire & Auto of Gambrills.
