After my vehicle started shaking, I took it to a nearby Mr. Tire, where they advised me to change the front brakes and rotors. Despite following their recommendation, the shaking persisted. In search of a solution, I decided to visit your establishment, Tire Plus, where I was informed that the tire rods needed to be replaced.I would like to commend your manager for their outstanding assistance throughout this process. Not only did they keep me informed every step of the way, but they also went above and beyond by helping to cover the cost of my rental car until the repairs were completed. Their dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction truly impressed me.I am delighted to report that my car is now driving like new again. The shaking has completely stopped, and I am thoroughly satisfied with the results. Tire Plus has earned my loyalty as a customer, and I will gladly recommend your services to others. I look forward to continuing our relationship in the future.Once again, thank you for your exceptional service.

Please be careful when dealing with this shop. Recently moved to MD. Needed to fix a leak and needed an alignment to pass inspection. Was told I needed rack and pinion to fix the leak and alignment. $3k job. Did notice some clicking and clunking the day after the job and drifting to the left but my schedule is really tight couldn't take it back right away to have it looked at by TiresPlus. Eight days after the job took for reinspection and had to present invoice as proof the work was completed. The inspector called me saying the car had still failed for the very same things. The leak was still there and alignment was off. They felt so bad for me that they wanted me to see for myself that the work was done poorly. Went to the shop to view for myself. And sure enough the work was crap. I even took photos to have proof The tire rods that was invoiced as replaced was clearly the old, rusted one from before. The steering boot on the rack and pinion was cracked, squeezed into place, just thrown together. The clamps were the wrong size for the hoses. Old hoses from rack were still there. The power steering was topped off to the brim of the container well passed the max fill line. And the alignment was still off.I am in the process of trying to get this fixed but I wanted to post this email because I feel others should know what type of work is being done in this shop. Clearly taking peoples money, not doing the work correctly and being careless and negligent. Charging for parts but not replacing them. Not installing and doing the work properly. In my opinion if I told you these issues needed to be fixed to pass inspection you would think they would do their best work because it would be seen by someone else. But no. So as I said I just want people to be aware of what could happen to them if they take their vehicle to this shop.

I worked with Keith over the phone to help me find tires within my budget and still appropriate and safe for my car. The time and patience he gave was greatly appreciated and I would def go back to them again. The rep in the store helped me with taking pics of the old tires for my records and was also very helpful.

It was easy to schedule an appointment. The staff in the counter was accommodating. They will not installed parts if it did not come from them. This is to avoid any complication in the future. I also like that they listen to the customer that if you tell them that what just to be repaired/fixed. They give suggestions but it's always the customer suggestions that were followed. The staff were all honest on what needed to repair more.

The folks @ Tire Plus have always looked out when I ve hade l issues. Needed an alignment and the brake fluid flushed. Definitely my go to when I can t do it myself.

I took my Mercedes in due to red warning light for rear left tire. I was met with pleasant staff member, Katie R. who is the service manager. Katie's team quickly assessed the reason (internal deterioration). She also explained my front and rear tires were different sizes. Gave a very good price. A pleasure doing business there. I would go back again.

The WORST place to get your car serviced!!! BEWARE!!! I took my GLC to get new brakes, rotors, and pads. 2 hours after I left, my car was vibrating and I called to let the store manager Keith know. Keith said it's probably because i'm not used to the drive or I'm heavy footed. I know a different drive and vibration when I feel one and my car didn't do that before I brought it in!! He told me I could bring my car back but I couldn't that day. I had an appointment with Mercedes that following Wednesday and they told me I needed new brakes, pad, and rotors!!! Meanwhile I'd just paid Tires Plus that previous Saturday. I was told they put bad parts on my car. I called immediately to Keith and told him what was shared with me. He pleaded with me to make it right and I tried to give him that chance but faulty communication and lack of empathy sent me back to Mercedes to do the right thing of getting brakes that Tires Plus lacked!! I have been waiting for a call from HDQ and Lehrman(area manager) still has yet to give me a call!! BEWARE of this business and their shady business tactics and lack of customer service!

Dissapointed. Not worth making appointments. 1 st appointment was told to wait 3+ hours bc too busy. Rescheduled and walked in to an overbooked schedule. Manager apologized but it would have been better to get a call before driving all the way there. Waste of gas and time.

Brought my 2013 C300 for tire installation (tires purchased at TireRack). This went well without a hitch. (reason for the two stars). Manager asked me to take a look at the brakes/rotors. All four wheels needed new brake pads/rotors. I gave the go ahead to replace, I had to make three additional visits to the locaiton to address squeaking/squeeling. I estimate a total of 10 extra hours I spent in the waiting room. It is my understanding the front brake pads/rotors were replaced twice as well as the rear. It looks like in my case, incompatible parts were used instead of materials used for Mercedes. I will never bring my vehicle to a TiresPlus again.

This location was going to steal someone's pipes off a car and took a car for a joyride. This is exactly why I don't trust shops. I would never LET them touch any of my cars. I will be reporting this location to their headquarters, the person in the video who said, "let's take his test pipes" should be fired, along with the employee who was doing pulls in the customers car on a public road. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

When the weather triggered the TPMS light to come on, I took my car to these amazing guys. They promptly checked the tire pressure and added air. Great service right before they closed for the day. I ll definitely be back when I need to purchase tires.

Brought my car in because it had a flat - like many new cars, it does not come with a spare, it comes with a can of fix-a-flat and a small air compressor so you can limp to a garage. We used the materials to get the car to the garage without having to tow it. As soon as we explained we used fix-a-flat customer service went out the window. The tone of the person at the desk was condescending and rude, he immediately said we would just need a new tire and no one should ever use fix-a-flat etc... Fast-forward to the call after they actually looked at the car, again the representative was condescending and rude regarding us needing a new tire and having used the tire materials THAT CAME WITH THE CAR! I don't care that I need a new tire, what I do care about is the attitude from the employees. We have come to this location for all of our car repairs for years, the prices were honest, and the people were very nice and personable. We will not be back after today.

$31 after tax to patch a tire when I picked up a screw. I have had to pay $40 per patch at other places in the past so their price seems like a bargain.The wait was a little long, but that should be expected for walk-ins. Luckily there are a few restaurants nearby, so I walked and had dinner while waiting.

Keith and Greg are beyond amazing!!!!! They are willing to work with you to get the job done. I was referred to them from another Auto Care facility that didn t have the equipment needed and I m glad they sent me here! When I called about my situation the guys said can take a look but car probably wouldn t be done today (the time I came in was around 1pm they closed at 6pm)these guys ordered my parts and completed the task within 3 1/2 hours! Greg also gave great conversation while waiting for my car!Truly angels their whole team! Will definitely recommend to anybody! Best car repair in MD! ( btw this is first time I ve had the mechanics actually engage with customers and aren t rude or degrading you if you don t much about cars

I brought my car in to have a tire checked out. They replaced the stem and put a sealant on the tire. I had no problem with that. I live 5 minutes away, and when I parked my car I noticed a medal clip partially extending out from the driver's side mirror. The mirror mechanism is partially broken. I brought the car to my dealership and they said either a car or a person knocked into it and broke the mechanism. There's no doubt that this happened at Tires Plus (in the lot or caused by a tech from Tires Plus). I'm not happy about this.Service: Tires

Tried to make an appointment online after looking at prices and tire reviews online. Website wouldn't work so we called to make the appointment. The person on the phone said they required a down payment and made us pay over the phone before our visit. When we get there at our appointment time, the guy Keith said he didn't know who we talked to on the phone even though it sounded like the same person who took our phone call and that they usually don't take pre-payments. Finally, they were able to locate the record of us paying by searching our phone number. Nothing populated when they searched our last name. Then, he told me to enter some information on the pen pad if I wanted $50 off. He didn't tell me that I was applying for their credit card until after I got approved. Then they proceeded to not even give me the $50 off upon reviewing my receipt after they were finished. On top of that, they ordered the wrong size tires and I needed my car done today so I had to settle for a different brand then I wanted as the brand they had available to install had much worse reviews. On top of that, they kept trying to perform extra services that I didn't ask for which I assume they intended to charge me for until I called them out on it and told them I didn't ask for any of it. On top of that, when they took my down payment over the phone when I called to make the appointment, they took way more then they should have and now I'm waiting on a refund. Sketchy and unprofessional all around. Avoid at all costs.

My experience was very pleasant. The gentleman that was working the front desk was very nice, we had very nice conversation, he was very knowledgeable & kept me informed of what they were doing to my car & what the reason was that caused my tire to go flat. I enjoyed my time at three Gambrils location.

The whole experience from start to finish was pretty terrible. I had my car towed here after hitting a massive pothole on rt 3 so it was the closest place. It took forever to get checked in even though there was no line, then they said they didn't have my tire because it was "speciality" which is ridiculous because I never had this issue at other locations. They said they could order and would be there in a day. Next day I don't get any update so I call - tire not there yet. Don't know when it will arrive "depends on FedEx". Friday late afternoon I call (again because I have no update) and they said the car would be ready in twenty minutes. Good thing I asked I guess. I had also asked them if they do alignment check with tire install and oil change. They said yes. No further info. Show up to a bill which includes $93 for oil (maybe it has gold in it) and a charge to check alignment (which they agreed to refund). Pick a different location, or completely different company even if you are getting towed.

Don t waste your time, go somewhere else for tires! I took 6 trips back and forth b/c the tire they repaired kept leaking. They recommended a replacement tire then replaced the wrong tire on the vehicle. Then I had to purchase a second tire, a tire I didn t need. The new tire was still leaking. I didn t go back, I went to another tire shop, they fixed the actual problem, a faulty sensor for $45. The customer service was ok through the ordeal, they did try to make things right but just couldn t get there.

They did fast efficient work that seems to hold up perfectly to this day. Only after agreeing on an original price for the work. Then telling me it was going to cost almost $500 more me telling them don't worry about it. If you see where this is going follow me. After I said don't worry about it they said we will see what we can do about getting the price down and getting you any discounts. We did this three or four times in a single day. And then finally after me telling them I was just going to have the car taken off the lot and not to worry about doing the work they reagreed on the original price they had quoted me for the first time.

I had my tires installed at the Gambrills location because my brother told me this was a good trust worthy automotive store. My brother is a mechanic but no longer works in the field while do my oil change he notice that one of my tire was installed incorrectly. I call for some assistance in getting this issue corrected but was told that, "you guys don't look at vehicles after two years." I can understand that it has been a long time but I'm a female that has no knowledge about cars, this was the place i took my car and it was to get tires installed and wheel alignment done. I haven't had any issue with my tires since then. My brother just notice the error and i just wanted that corrected and was going to have you guys balance all my tires because told to do that as well. I'm disappointed in the customer service, no option was given and will definitely not recommend this store.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I'm sorry but this is the last time I am coming here. This is the second time I have had to wait over 4 hours for service. Today I had an appointment, put my car in hoping to get it back before the snow storm. Even brought it in a little early. I watched as car after car got taken in before mine. After 3 hours of waiting (oil change and flat repair) I said something. They told me my car was going in soon. 4.5 hours of waiting and my car finally got brought in. I was the last person to finally get my car back. The only reason they are even getting 2 stars is because of an apology and a discount when they realized their mistake. I understand being short staffed but to be constantly put on the back burner and everyone else being seen first feels pretty personal.

DON'T COME HERE IF YOU HAVE A TESLA. I ordered my tires from Tire Rack and selected this place to install my tires as it was one of thr 10 listed on the site. I ordered them and had them shipped to this location and then I setup my appointment to have tires installed on a Tesla only to show up a week later and be told we don't install tires on a Tesla. Now, it's on me to get the tires from the shop to another location.
