I had a great experience trading in and purchasing a new motorcycle at Crofton Honda. I got a great deal on the trade and the new motorcycle, and the process was easy and fast. Even over several months of looking, there was never any pressure to buy; instead they were focused on making sure that I was happy. I d definitely recommend Honda of Crofton to others, and will definitely be back for the next purchase as well as for service. I also want to give a shout out to Caleb on their sales staff; he s friendly, knows his products, and was great to work with.

A++ across the board! Can t say enough good things about the sales and service team at Honda of Crofton. Eric, Kris, and Jason were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable from the time I asked about their bike until the time they picked up my trade-in and delivered my new ride to my address. They gave fair market value for my trade and made me a great deal on my purchase. Then to top it all off, Eric did all the back end registration work to swap over my plate (I m in Virginia) to the new bike and produce a registration document to carry, right away. Amazing . Great people and great dealership to work with. They got me on a hard to acquire bike. Everything from talking with Bob over the phone to pickup and financing went smoother than I could imagine. I would absolutely recommend them, and I will use them again in the future for more toys!

HIGHLY recommend if you re looking for a Honda motorcycle or other powersport vehicle, be sure to check out Honda of Crofton MD! I had an overall great experience, especially as I was a first time buyer looking for my first motorcycle. Salesman Bob was very helpful and knowledgeable with my selection for my first motorcycle! The staff were also ALL knowledgeable and friendly, and had great recommendations. I felt 0 pressure to make a decision which made the buying process easier. Excellent! Got a flat in rear tire of motorcycle. They towed me to the location and fixed my problem for my continued ride to Key West. Very friendly and respectful to my road partner [ Wife ] . She was comfortable and impressed. Thank you! Will be going there during my travels for service. They understand when a tour rider need help to continue riding. It s the journey not the ride! Safe travels!

This review is way overdue. We were experiencing issues with our relatively new Honda push mower (not purchased here). We took it to several so-called authorized service shops that said "This is not covered under warranty" and there were no other resolution. Well, we're glad we didn't stop until found this shop! Staff immediately took our call, and listened and noted our concerns. Then, they took our mower and set our expectations with next steps and timelines. They got the part through Honda's warranty and took care of it. At pick up, we tested it and it worked like new! Wow. Many thanks!This shop also does routine (or annual) mower services, and we can't wait to get ours serviced ahead of this season.

Bought my boat from the team here. No regrets. Beat nearest price for same boat, by 20k, but the best has been the service since the purchase. Very responsive and have helped with any issue that has popped up. I will 100% bring my business here in the future. Highly recommended!

I can t say enough about what a great experience I had with Honda Powersports Of Crofton. I recently purchased a 2023 Goldwing after finding it on cycletrader and was able to execute almost the entire transaction over the phone. Kris was very patient as I navigated this process. He over-communicated with pictures and updates on the status of the bike. All costs were exactly as indicated. There was no high-pressure sales effort during the process or at pick up. Thank you team for a terrific buying experience!

I saw a bike that I loved on their website, but it wasn t available yet. I emailed them for more information and they were very responsive. Once the bike was available Caleb was able to show me the bike and work with me to see if we could be on the same page with the price. Caleb never pressured me into buying the bike and said I could contact him at anytime if I had any questions. I then took a day to think about the bike and I could not get it out of my head. I then got in contact with Caleb again and he was very responsive and still didn t pressure me to get the bike. Caleb is very knowledgeable about bikes and answered all of my questions. I ended up purchasing the bike and I love it. Everyone in Honda sports was very nice, but a special shout out to Caleb for making the process easy!

Caleb was a pleasure to work with. I never felt pressured to make the purchase, he did not try to use any of the expiring offers to try to coerce me into buying sooner than I was ready. Overall a really positive experience.

I started out and I rented a goldwing from Honda of Crofton , And everyone there was very nice, the salesman I talked to Kris was very helpful and I told him that I would think about it but if I was gonna buy the bike. I buy it from them. I went home thought about for 2 days. Called Kris back and bought a brand new 2023 Honda Goldwing Tour Dct, they gave an exceptional deal on the bike and the parts I ordered. I brought the bike back down there to have the parts and accessories I ordered installed Jason the service manager Walk me through the process before, during and after and went over the bill in detail and gave me another really good deal. Carrie was the service technician that took care of my bike. And I couldn't be more happy with the quality of work and the way everything was done, it was done exactly the way I wanted and I'm very particular..This dealership is 144 miles from my house and it is the only place that I will be taking my Goldwing to for service a maintenance or anything else it needs. I wanna thank Carrie, Jason and Kris again, I appreciate everything you did for me and I will definitely be back.

My experience over at Honda power of Crofton gets an A+. Bob and the rest of the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to me getting my first bike. Bob made sure he went over safety checklist for the bike as well as making sure I was given a fair amount of bike knowledge before I left. 100% recommend bob and his team and will definitely be back.

Updated Review:Bill and the folks at Honda PowerSports of Crofton did again. The wife and I went in for our Spring service before riding season, so of course we were looking around while we waited. Being able to wait for your service and get a same day work and out on the road is a huge plus. The service guys are great. While we waited the green beast pictured caught my eye, and Bill was nice enough to give me the full low down. The pluses and minus. Bill's knowledge was once again indispensable for our purchase decisions. Took the test ride that made my decision easy on a superb bike. I got a more than fair trade offer for my bike, and couldn't be happier with my decision. Rest assured, if you come to Honda PowerSports of Crofton, you never deal with the "hard sell" you will get the answers to the questions you may have, and all with a level of integrity that surpasses expectations.From start to finish a great experience. My wife and I are new riders, and we came into Honda of Crofton to look for a bike for her. It is her first bike so we were looking at the used inventory. The selection was excellent and all in great condition. Bill was extraordinary showing us around the store and talking to us about the different bikes. There was no hard sell, Bill got to know us, our preferences, and what we were looking for. He was engaging and helpful to find the right fit. I really appreciated the way they treat Veterans. Although the store was busy and I believe short-handed on the day, people would come by us to check on us, and let us know that we weren't forgotten about. At the end of the day we got my wife her first bike, and it is the perfect fit and quality. This was a great experience for us and that is because of the friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable team at Honda of Crofton, especially Bill who took great care of us. Honda of Crofton will continue to have my business in the future for accessories, maintenance, and future bikes.

May have to re-open a claim but I think it s been too long. This explains why a simple fall over took over 2 months to fix. The replacement parts either came in defective or the tech stripped the bolt while putting the bike together now I need a whole new front fork anyway.

Bob and Andrew did an outstanding job, everything about this purchase was easy and exciting. My first time purchasing a bike and was beyond nervous but both Bob and Andrew made this be a great experience and count on it that I will come back for my next purchase!

I bought a new bike recently, worked with Bob directly and was a smooth experience.About 2 weeks later I discovered I had some locktight bolts that ended up stripped. Bob and Jason, along with their team, got me in quickly and made sure they got the stripped bolt out, and the appropriate bolt in.It seems like a simple fix but it was frustrating to deal with on a new bike. The team at Crofton made it an easy experience and I would highly recommend for future buying/service.

The best experience I've had at a dealer so far!!! Even though the bank messed up, Josh and Eric were there to help. Josh was my sales person and he's a cool and funny guy as well as Eric. I purchased the Honda Grom and I love it. Thanks Josh and Eric! Everyone should buy from these guys.

I went in this past weekend to look at a pre-owned Yamaha they had taken in. Dave was extremely helpful, knew a lot about the bike, and guided me on a test ride. He also got me a good deal on the price and I was out the door in less than 3 hours total. Thanks again to Dave and the entire Honda PowerSports team for the great buying experience!

Came into to look at a 2023 crf450rwe on Friday bob was very helpful. I came back on Saturday when the bike was here. Dave came out and help with her financing. So if your looking for a new atv or bike or boat come to Honda Powersport of Crofton.

Awesome customer service! My old pitching machine tire came dislodged and I tried calling around to different auto repair shops to see if anyone could fix it. I called here and they told me to bring it and they would see what they could do. They were able to fix it in minutes and didn't charge me anything. Very friendly and great customer service!

Josh is only partly right when he says his job is easy as he sells things people WANT. Well I NEEDED a new bike and needed it pronto! Josh made it painless - allowed me to select a bike that worked for me, and having "rentals" on site to try before you buy really helps. Price was competitive, selection in-store covers the Honda range and there's no real sales pressure - the bikes sell themselves!
