My Acura was hit and USAA recommended them for the repairs. I am completely satisfied and happy with the results! Can t even tell there was ever damage! Thank you for an amazing job!

Overall a quick turn-around and pleasant experience with this shop however, better care could be taken in handling of customer vehicles. On top of finding scuffs and dirt throughout the interior of my vehicle I watched this particular technician going well over the typical speed limit in a compacted parking lot such as the one surrounding this shop and then disrespect myself and my brand new vehicle by smoking in it.

Arrived late, but called ahead to advise. The young woman I spoke with was very accommodating. Found it a bit challenging to find the building, saw the sign from the road, but had no idea it was housed in a strip mall like location. Took a bit to find parking close to the store. The decor was surprisingly warm and welcoming, the waiting area needed some attention but it was close to closing. Cannot day too much about the decor as I wasn't inside but 5 minutes, if that. The entire process took less than 10 minutes. I expected a call from the adjuster, but received a check from my insurance company within a few days.

This was such a smooth process & I love the work! Amber and the whole team did a great job keeping me informed and getting the job ahead of schedule. I took my car here after I had a little fender bender and I didn't think the damage would be too bad, however with these newer cars just a little dent in your bumper will screw everything up. These guys were great!!! They took care of everything for me and walked me through the process, and I am always hesitant about people taking me for a ride because I am a girl. However, I did not feel like that here, I felt like the genuinely cared and did not over charge me for anything. The front office staff made me feel like family. One of the managers, Matt, was extremely helpful and patient with me. I hope everyone has a great experience with these guys, because I definitely will be taking my car there again (hopefully not anytime soon however, getting into accidents is not something I would recommend). You cannot even tell that my bumper was pretty much replaced. The paint colors matched perfectly, and all of my sensors are working better than before.

Was sent here by my insurance, everything seemed fine. On a Monday I initially stopped by first my first examination so they could take pictures of the accident damage. I asked how could they determine if there was damage underneath that we couldn't see,i was told that during breakdown of the vehicle at a later time they would determine that, I also advised them that the vehicle was driving a bit off, they advised that alignments were only done if I tire was struck, since I have lifetime alignments somewhere else, that was fine,but what about those who don't an added cost would then be applied? . I then scheduled a drop off time later in the week, Thursday. I dropped off the vehicle and was then told that I may need to check with my insurance to see if the vehicle was OK to leave at the facility over the weekend as they may not be able to start work on the following Monday. I've never heard of that before. I advised them that I was OK as we were not in a rush. Later that same day, I was contacted and asked if they could tow my vehicle to another location because they were backed up and did not know when they could start the vehicle. I again advised them that we are not in a hurry. But they insisted on sending it, I hesitatingly agreed. I did get a call that my vehicle had arrived and again later was contacted to see if I wanted to fix damage that was not accident related. Now my vehicle was 30 minutes away and could firsthand examine what was being indicated. They did send pictures and an estimate. Still not the same as seeing it in person. I advised them that I could not make a decision without contacting my spouse as it is his vehicle. I called back the next morning to tell them we did not want to move forward with the repair. No answer. No return call. I call the original location and advised them that I was feeling uneasy about the process and they had taken my vehicle to another location, I was then told that the reason they did that was because the location was not supposed to take any new repair work as they are book through the holidays. Had I know I would have waited to avoid any confusion. I was told that a supervisor would call me back to discuss the problem. No such call happened. On Saturday at 1130 I was contacted and advised that my vehicle was back at the original location and was ready for pick up, but the store closed in 30 minutes, 12. So my vehicle stayed the weekend anyhow. I have not yet checked the work and will be picking up on Monday. If needed an update may follow.

Quick and painless repairs. Would highly recommend using them. I ve unfortunately been involved in 3 accidents this year and Gerber is by far the best of the 3 repair shops I ve experienced. They had my car in and out and fully detailed the inside and outside of my vehicle upon return. A+

Great folks!staff treated my case as if I was the most important! Quote was on the mark for time to be completed and cost.They even took care of all my insurance needs.The work was excellent...my car looks like new!Highly recommend these folks for any of your repair needs!!Kc

I took my car Acura MDX in March after a fender bender, I had explained to the guys if I can have my car ready the same day by 5:00 pm. These guys were great!!! They took care of everything and explained the process and promise to try and have the car done by the end of the day if not the following day.I received frequent emails/text from them with a status update, on the progress of the car. The mechanics were top notch, even worked out a good deal for my husband, they suggested doing the opposite of what we thought we should do and that cut the cost down so we come out paying a lot cheaper than other mechanics around the area. They did not overcharge!!!!!The front office staff was friendly polite. One of the managers, Matt, was extremely helpful and patient with me. Lamont was the man!!!!I will definitely return here, hopefully not soon and I will recommend GC&G to anyone.Oooh yeah and my car was ready by 1:00pm

Disappointed!!! Do not bring your vehicle to this shop for any form of repair!!! I brought my car here for collision repair. The shop returned my car with two different colors. I took it back for re-inspection and was guaranteed by Amy that they will repaint my car. From that point on I was called multiple times and provided with several excuses why they should not repaint my car. Amy emailed me today and is reneging on her promised to repaint my car. this has been the worst customer service have experience. I emailed their corporate office in IL to address my grievance but was just referred back to Amy and Rick . I did ask them if they were in my shoes if they would accept the repair and drive a two tone/colored car. The worst part is the car is a gift for my daughter's 16th birthday which is tomorrow and it's in their freaking shop!!! what a freaking mess!!!

Save yourself the time, energy, and stress by going to the Gerber Collision and Glass in Ellicott City if you need any type of paint job done on your car. The Gerber in Gambrills did an awful job painting my car and their excuse was "Well, that is the best we can do." They did a sloppy job, there were paint drips, brush strokes, and the color did not match at all. They also decided to detail the interior of my car (sure, it was a nice gesture) and did a sloppy job on that as well. My car was brand new with less than 1,000 miles and when I came to pick it up the interior was scratched and there was a sticky substance all over everything. They gave us a chemical to clean it ourselves. The customer service was not the best. They would tell us "We will call you." but we ended up having to call them every time and ask for updates. Overall, I am extremely disappointed and will never bring my car back to this Gerber. The one in Ellicott City has much better customer service and the paint job was flawless!* My husband has better pictures on his phone but I attached just one example of the interior being scratched, and one photo of the sloppy paint job.

In the age of dwindling customer service, Gerber has gone above and beyond to make it right. After a repair from a collision 2 years ago, some lingering issues arose. Amy not only remembered me and to work, but did everything possible to make it right for the second time. Not only did the cover the repair for the second time, but really did all they could to provide the best customer experience possible. They covered a rental for me while the work was done, and Amy herself offered to drive me to the rental shop when I needed a ride. I am very grateful for them sticking to the warranty on their work (the 2nd issue was underlying and was not due to a bad job the first time), but I am blown away by the quality of care that we received from the shop and specifically Amy!

Avoid this place! I brought my car for a small $150 repair, basically a paint touch up, and they did a terrible job. Not also they charged $550 to my insurance company, they ended up causing electrical damage to my car, which by the way was brand new with only 200 miles on the odometer. To add insult to injury, they left tools in the engine bay and they couldn't open it because a screwdriver got stuck on the opening mechanism. A total disaster from beginning to end.

These people do a fantastic job, I couldn t tell the difference from the truck as it came off the showroom floor. Also, the repairs were done ahead of schedule. Communication between them and me was always very pleasant and clear. If you need a body shop this would be my first choice.

They are professional. They had fixed my bumper and when I went to pick car up noticed there was a small part in the paint that wasn't smooth, let them know and they were gracious enough to keep in for another day and redid the mistake.

To start, I have a 2017 Dodge Charger Scatpack R/T that is like my baby. Unfortunately I had a car accident that wasnt my fault. My insurance, USAA, had my car towed to Gerber and I had no clue who these guys were or what to expect. Needless to say, I am glad they are partnered with USAA and I am completely surprised with the result of their work. My car looks like nothing happened to it. My only complaint is with Chrysler, who is terrible at sending new parts out, obviously not the shops fault. Matt and the whole crew kept me informed and even had me come to the shop to take a look at my hood, which they decided to repair versus waiting for 150 back ordered hoods. Apparently, my car is the first car that has had welding done here. I can't even explain how impressed I am (even though the one welding didn't want to weld on my car because of what it was lol but did an awesome job). They even sent my car up the street to be detailed inside and out as a courtesy for the expected pickup date being pushed back. If I ever get in another accident, which for my sanity I hope not, I am requesting Gerber be the ones to fix it. Once again, thank you Matt and crew for doing awesome work on my baby! I cannot thank you enough!

The list of issues & extended dates I ve had is horrible. My car was dropped off to them 10/24. It was supposed to be ready the 15th, then Wednesday the 22nd at 4pm. I called at 1:15pm because I hadn t got a call saying otherwise. Glad I did because it wasn t going to be ready because they had to replace another part! That should ve been handled when they did the tear down of my car the first time. The same day I get an email saying it would be ready today the 24th. Now I get a call. It should be ready at the end of the day at 530-6 , we are waiting for the part and the person to come to install it and finally I get I ll call you by 2 with a time do they not understand I have a job and I can t just drop everything & run because they don t know what time it ll be ready???? Plus we have paid $600+ out of pocket for our rental because our insurance company wouldn t accommodate us with something the size of our pilot.

Great Service, very friendly and accommodating staff. Had auto glass replaced, and they use another company Glass America for a mobile service. Check their website before hand for any coupons! If their website quote comes out less than what they quote they will honor it.

Came in with an Altima window door that would not work. The guys at Gerber went above and beyond to offer advice and get the best price! Incredibly appreciative! Highly recommend!

Gerber made a terrible situation Amazing.I can honestly say that this is one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. Alex is on his game. I never had any questions because I was always updated and taken care of. I m truly Grateful that I was turned onto this company by USAA. If you have a concern with an accident Gerber is it!!!!
