I just went for a quick exterior wash, but holy hell, they did a great job. I really love the fact that an actual person was there to physically dry off the rest of the car. They also did a quick detail on my wheels.

Wonderful amenities and customer service. Originally signed up for a membership at one of their express locations up the street but after trying the added interior cleaning option at this location, I called to upgrade my membership. Customer service has been great. The phone call to upgrade my membership was effectively handled by the associate, and the on-the-floor manager was very attentive to needs of customers and their employees. They offer a seated area with tea/coffee (keurig) and chilled water bottles, but most times they are so quick and effective that your car is ready to go before you re even done making your coffee. And a great bonus is your membership still gets you access to the various express locations in the area. Overall very smooth operation and will likely continue my membership for quite some time to keep my new car clean and shiny.

The waiting time and chaotic traffic is a problem for me and others. Especially on weekends. Need more employees , better process, and management. Too expensive for slow service I m getting, 20-25 minutes average, speed-clean your car! Looking for something new. Just stopped my membership; NOT worth $69 p/m for this. Owners making too much money off us clients and Getting careless!

For My 1st time, it wasn't too bad however, some somethings could have been better. They cleaned my cup holders and completely lost or tossed one of my cup coasters, then I had to tell them which wash I paid for because they didn't clean my rims (they did a poor job cleaning my rims), and they didn't wipe the inside of my door well by the handle. I paid for the membership so I'll continue to go this month to see if it gets better.Update: yass they took good care of my car this go round. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! Terrible work ethics by the employees. They obviously don t take pride in their work. I ve given this place 2 chances. The 2nd was just as bad as the 1st The 1st time I paid $45 for the service and a $20 tip. The second time I paid $45 for the service and $10 for a tip. It s a rushed job on the inside. The outside looked fine, but the inside it a shotty job. No attention to detail just hurry up so we can stand around and talk I m in the area every Sunday and would have given this place weekly business, but I ll use the place down the road for an $8 car wash and free vacuums. Don t waist your money. Pictures will be added They ask you what fragrance you want when you pay. I said Cherry. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Paid for the $33 package that included vacuuming and wiping in the inside of my vehicle. Onlyto get into my vehicle after to see that there was no interior cleaning done. As you can see in the photos there s clear evidence they did not clean as I PAID for them to do so. Save yourself and just go to the gas station and clean the inside of your vehicle yourself.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I would give zero stars if I could. I have had two terrible experiences at this auto spa. The woman who directs you into the lane is awful, she doesn t even try to get your vehicle in without hitting your rims. First incident-I went directly to AutoSpa from the car dealership where I had my wheel worked on. My truck went up on the rail and came down hard doing major damage to the rim. The manager, Roy Whitehead tried to tell me that the mechanism that pulls the car in couldn t have done the damage. I asked him to look at the video-he did, saw what happened and still tried to tell me that it was damaged before I came in. I showed him the invoice from the dealership showing that I just gotten that wheel worked on. He said that he would contact me in a few days after he spoke with his manager. We heard back from him and they agreed to cover the repair. We followed up once we got the estimate and never got a response from him. They did not pay for the repair. I should have canceled then. Today I went in and the same lady was directing people into the lane the car in front of me went up on the rail, so I was anticipating the worse and of course my car hit the rail. I immediately looked at it once I got around to the dry off area and saw that it was damaged. I asked for the manager on duty, who was Sam Solares. He was EXTREMELY rude and dismissive. He said that the part that pulls the car in couldn t have done the damage and said if you are coming from the member lane, you have to make a wide turn, which I did. He then said that some people just can t drive and don t listen to the direction that is given to get them into the lane. I asked him if he was saying I couldn t drive and he walked away-rude. I immediately went to the cashier and canceled my membership. This place has terrible customer service, and the membership fee is too expensive for the quality that you get. Will never return. Don t waste your time or money.

I recently visited AutoSpa for a car detailing service, and I am beyond impressed with the results! The team at AutoSpa went above and beyond to ensure that my car looked immaculate inside and out. From the meticulous attention to detail to the use of high-quality products, it's clear that they take great pride in their work. Not only did my car sparkle like new, but the customer service was also exceptional. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to address all of my questions and concerns. I left AutoSpa feeling like a valued customer, and I will definitely be returning for all of my car care needs in the future. I highly recommend AutoSpa to anyone looking for top-notch service and a sparkling clean car!

This was the first time using this car wash. This is also the list time I use this car wash. I got the platinum package for $45. After going through the car wash and moved onto the "Detailing Phase". They were done in 5 minutes. They were to supposed to wipe down the door jams. After I got through, the car was still wet, the door jams were still wet and the still dirty. There was still crumbs in the dust and debris in various places. The package including cleaning the wheels, but they were still dirty. The quality of service was poor. Been holding off on this review for so long because I have used this Auto Spa for at least 10 years and the quality of service continues to take a steady decline. The staff is initially friendly but please know it s pins & needles if you ask them to do anything after they did what they think is a good job. They used to steam my seats and my floors and today I m leaving with stains on my seat and carpets. I intentionally told the staff my car was very dirty and needed a careful review. Today I m leaving with trash still on the floor, dirt still in my middle console, and poorly vacuumed interior. So disappointed & I hope they start to take customer s loyalty seriously. Going to take a break car fragrance aromas are still awesome. Outside got a good wash!

These two stars are for the one lady who tried to make my experience better. But overall the guys working inside the vacuum area suck!!!!! I have rubber all weather mats inside and I also have kids. When I pulled in I said hey I have kids and there is food everywhere inside can you make sure you get it all. They nod to me yes. I get the car and literally find piles of food under the mats. They didn t even pull the mats out to vacuum. Why!!!!!!They take it back and pull mats out and try again. I ll say it looked better but there was still crumbs in between seats and in crevices of seats. The mats were wiped down and not sprayed with pressure washer. So although it looked clean when it was wet and freshly wiped down, once it dried it was still dirty and dirt was stained.For the 35 bucks I paid the vacuum and inside job sucks. Outside looks good but they rush the inside and I ll prolly never come here again.

Tuesday January 2nd I had to pick up clients. So I stopped there to have it cleaned. I paid $45. After it was done I jumped in and left. When I picked up my first client I had time to look at the cleaning job.I was very disappointed. The vacuuming in my front and rear floor was good. My third row seat was down leaving the back exposed. The vacuuming job in the back was poor. Still partials left behind. Actually I don t think it was done at all. My fur baby nose print was still on the driver side front window. The panel was not cleaned off. There was still dust visible on my dash board and vent. I had asked the young man to please throughly clean the inside wind shield as it was very dirty snd smudgy. In the back there was still dust on the armrest and the rear window was not cleaned at all.There was only my car being serviced at the time and it was at least 4ppl cleaning so they just skipped the obvious details. They seem to work way too fast neglecting their personal touch. If I weren t very busy I would have gone back but time was not on my side. So today,Wednesday, I ended up having to clean it myself.If this is the kind of service I get for $45, I won t be returning

I stopped taking my vehicles to this place along time ago. Like most of their reviews say, quantity over quality is what this place is about. There s nothing like washing your own vehicle at home with the right products.When I brought my complaint to the assistant manager, she responded by saying why do you keep coming back if your not satisfied. My response was wow, I won t be back and she said okay have a nice day. I haven t been back since.I was a platinum member, I was extremely disappointed with the way the situation was handled as well as the way I was treated.I had my nephew bring his vehicle that day to be washed as well but he also was disappointed and told me, he will not be returning. I was upset that this establishment made me look bad.

Just went to have my car washed and cleaned here. I paid for the Platinum service ($38) and am beyond disappointed with the quality of cleaning offered. Besides the outside, the inside looks hardly touched. Will not be retuning. Do not recommend. I really love this car wash. The interior clean is really thorough, and when they put in a scent, it lasts for weeks! I could see a membership being useful if my car were a little nicer. The staff was polite and they did their job quickly and with quality.

My boyfriend has a membership here so I decided to give it a try. After the wash we both noticed small dings down in the paint. We were confused once we got home being that he have had our cars like than a month. He has a lot more since he has a membership I only had a few since I only went once. He will be canceling his membership. I wouldn t recommend this place if you want to save your paint. They need to inspect their equipment to make sure their not damaging people vehicles

So lately the vacuuming has been subpar and done very fast without attention to detail. It used to be much better but I think because of an increase in business, there is a loss of focus on quality.

Been here twice now and they are great. The first time I went, I wasn't that impressed. But the second time was way better. I even had someone comment on how shiny my tires looked. They are very fast too, which makes it super convenient. And since my car is now coated in pollen, I know they'll be seeing me again

Best carwash in the DMV area with in and out experience! Customer service is A1! Leave your car looking immaculate! Been going there for 4 years and I have yet to be disappointed! I highly recommend this spot if you want a job well done!

I've been to visiting the Lube Center and Auto Spa for years, but I wanted to share that Catherine at the auto spa booth went above and beyond to make sure my service was as perfect as I hoped, even after a personal mishap with my car as I was entering the car wash lane (which she personally assisted with), caused me to have to return at a later date. Visited here on December 20, 2022 at noon and bought the platinum service. There was only one other car ahead of us and many workers. Our car was cleaned by like 5 workers and quickly. We thought they probably did an awesome job, as this is our place we usually take our vehicle to. Boy was I wrong. Dirt under front mats, dirt on doors and honestly, the car wash itself didn't get our car thoroughly cleaned. Overall a disappointing visit. On top of it while we were waiting inside there seemed to be a meeting or function going on and folks rushing around....not sure if what was going on inside had anything to do with the rush job on our vehicle or not. Definitely disappointed with the service on this date!!!***update 12/24We brought the car back in and the staff on duty cleaned our car much better. Undergoing chemo and having no energy , I can t wash, vacuum, clean the inside of my car and shine my tires at home as I used to- so I splurged and tried the platinum package and it was worth every penny!!! The car looks and smells fantastic. Super fast service and everyone was nice. I ll definitely go back and would highly recommend! If you know someone that needs a get well kind of gift or a birthday gift for someone who has everything , a gift card here would be a great gift!Services: Polishing, Auto interior vacuuming

I have no idea what I just spent $39.99 on. I paid for the platinum package, which included a full interior vacuuming, and the photos attached are from when I came home to look at it. My mistake for not inspecting upon completion of the interior but this is an absolutely huge rip off. The exterior looks great, but in terms of the interior, this is an absolutely do not recommend.

This was my first time here and it was very busy. I would have given them five stars but I had to send my car back through a second time because they didn't vacuum my car well or clean my windows well. They had complimentary coffee but no water. It would have been nice if they had water too.I will check out their other spot that they have where you can vacuum yourself because $36 is too much. Especially since they had to send it through a second time to clean it right which is ridiculous.Checked again when I got home and saw they didn't vacuum my back seat floor eitherService: Auto interior vacuuming

I ve visited this location at least 5 times because of the convenience. The staff is very nice. They do a pretty good job drying the car after it goes thru the car wash. Unfortunately they do a bad job at cleaning/ vacuuming the interior. I always have to wipe down the inside of the car and pretend I don t see the dirt on the rugs that weren t vacuumed. I suggest just getting the free car wash if you have received a coupon from the Lube Center.Services: Polishing, Auto interior vacuuming

Auto Spa has always been my favorite for a couple of years. I am here about every 2 weeks but lately it s been less attentive. Today while driving away I noticed wet spray on the back seat and mats wet. I pulled outside the bay and an employee came over to take care of it but this happened 2 weeks ago also. Needless to say they are better than others. Lounge and bathrooms always clean. Kathy (cashier) really is great!

The customer service at the gate is exceptional! I do not know the name of the lady who works at the initial drive thru to pay for services. However, she is always very nice and greets you a warm smile. The car wash is good & I love the lemon scent fragrance.
