Don't know what I would do without Edelen's Auto Repair! I have been using their service for several years. They have always repaired my car correctly at a very fair and reasonable price. I can quickly get an appointment and the repair is done quickly. Shannon is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Bob keeps my car with over 230,000 miles running efficiently and reliably. I highly recommend them.

Great customer service. Shannon was very friendly and kept me updated on the repair of my 07 suburu forester. Took care of the repair in timely manner and for fair price. Highly recommended!!

Never had any problems dealing with the staff and mechanics at Edelen's. I've been a customer for over 15 years and will continue to bring my vehicles there for servicing. NOTE: As a fisherman who takes his SUV and boat 750 miles to Canada for annual fishing trips, it's imperative that my SUV be in tip top shape for the journey. My pre trip checkup at Edelen's has always given me the confidence to make it up North and back with no issues whatsoever. Thanks to their whole team. Gene McCarron

Great customer service , fast turn around. No non sense repair plan. And very communicative. Has been an absolute pleasure working with this company for all my personal vehicles and my commercial fleet account. I couldn t recommend anyone else more in the central Anne Arundel County area. Edelen s has always done great work on our cars and doesn t try to oversell things. They ve also fit us in when we had some more urgent repair needs pop up. We highly recommend them. Great quality and service.

I full heartedly recommend Edelen's! They are the best garage around. I've taken my Raptor there several times and they treat me and it extremely well. They've done repairs and replaced OEM with aftermarket parts always exceeding my expectations!

I went to Edelens with a list of items from my Honda dealer that need mileage/age checkup. They saved me almost a thousand dollars from what the dealer wanted. I love them.

We have gotten the most honest and reliable and amazing service at Edelen s. I refer everyone I know to them. They handle everything for us, from oil changes, brakes, you name it. Truly a great place.

Every time I've taken my vehicles to them they've done a great job fixing them the young lady at the front counter is always nice to me and explains everything in detail about the work that needs to be done,pricing, Etc. Being in business for myself cleaning carpets I know that I have to keep up on my work vehicle it has to be in top shape as well as my personal vehicles that's why I take them to edelen's.Service: Engine repair

Great experience overall. Shannon at front desk was great. Friendly and professional who fit me in on short notice. Had issue with brakes, they fixed Quickly and affordably. Nice to have someone these days underpromise and overdeliver. My 2nd-3rd time in to Edelens, each time better than last. Will have to make them my go to shop for repairs. Tired of poor experiences with others. Definitely recommend for any and all repairs.

The people at Edelen s are great to work with! They re always helpful. We maintain a fleet of work trucks. Edelen s is always there when it s too much for us. They ve helped us out of a number of jams. Edelen s offers truly excellent service! I ve always been apprehensive about repair shops because they usually push you to buy/repair more than needed. That is so not the case here. They re honest and upfront, every step of the way. Shannon (front desk rep) is INCREDIBLY kind and she communicates all the details/prices with such care and professionalism. I needed some help with my son's car that failed to start at a nearby mini-mart n a rainy Sunday night. Very few operators were able to assist, even if scheduled for the next day. A quick Google search brought me to Edelen's. While they were rather busy, even during the pandemic, they towed and repaired the car in a day. I had driven by the shop hundreds of times, but had never stopped in. Now they are my first choice for repairs. Exceptional, quality work. Extremely fair costs. Very professional service. Highly recommended!

Got a major tune up on my Mustang GT. The car runs likes its brand new again. Fast service they kept me aware of the completion of my vechicle. They even called me with a reduced price from what was originally quoted. Receptionist is very helpful and polite. Will definitely return in the future.

I have taken my car to Edelen's Service Center three times and have had nothing but a positive experience. The first time I used their tow service and then two more times since they did such a great job each time. They are professional, thorough, and fair and have completed all repairs in a timely manner. I highly recommend them and will continue to bring our cars in for service.

This was the worse mechanic shop I ve ever been to . They false diagnosed my vehicle 3 times I ended up paying over a grand just for my vehicle to come out even worse than when I drove it in to get looked at . Instead of Telling me they had no clue what the issue was and was not competent enough to fix the issue because it was something they were not familiar with they found what they could charge me that didn t help the issue at all and in fact got mad at me because I had to call for updates to find out I paid them for services I did not need nor came in for . This shop is a total rip off and I would never trust this company again . The woman who is the receptionist got mad because she couldn t articulate what was actually fixed for the money That was charged to me for service that didn t take care of my initial concerns.Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair
