Direct-To-You Oil Change is awesome! Especially Pedro, the owner. He came right to my house for an oil change, which saved me a ton of time wrangling the kids and sitting in traffic.Pedro wasn't just fast, he did a great job. He changed the oil quickly, but also checked all my fluids and tire pressure. Most importantly, he didn't leave a mess no oil stains, no greasy tools lying around, just my freshly serviced car.The price was super reasonable too, which is a big plus. This whole experience was perfect for a busy parent like me. Pedro took care of my car while I took care of my family. No more stressful car maintenance appointments! I highly recommend Direct-To-You Oil Change!

Pedro is an awesome and trustworthy individual. From the beginning I felt comfortable he would take care of me and my vehicle. Pedro took the time after he was done with the oil change to clearly explain questions I had. You can tell he is passionate about providing a great service.

Pedro is kind, communicative and very professional. It was super convenient for him to come to my home and very helpful to schedule the service through text. He was even able to fix an issue caused by the big box place that caused oil to leak from my car. He cares about his customers and it shows. 10/10 recommend.

5/5 service.-I normally take google reviews with a grain of salt, but every review for Pedro is spot on. Pedro showed up on time, explained all the services, took pictures and showed me the things he did during final review. He took the time and cared for my car as if it's his own. Pedro always does such a great job! He comes straight to your house and will even pick up the oil and oil filter that you need for your car. He is very friendly and thorough with his checks and even remembered small details about my car from months ago. Great guy who provides great services. I ve used Pedro and his Direct-to-You service twice now and had great experiences both times.First time I came to him after my wife s out-of-state car failed MD inspection for brakes. Since I knew next to nothing about cars, Pedro walked me through what type of brakes and rotors I needed to fix my wife s car. Then, Pedro showed up, fully equipped with his own tools , and having researched the proper specs for my wife s car. He was able to swap out my wife s brakes and rotors in a few hours, letting me watch what he was doing and walking me through the process. (Wife then passed inspection). If you re put off by the few hours remark - remember he s coming to you, and doesn t bring a full mechanics lift or a team with him, which slows the process down, but you get to keep working around the house while he s outside fixing your car.After such a great experience, I had Pedro change the oil and brakes on my car when it was time. Again - he explained what he was doing along the way, which seems way more trustworthy than another mechanic taking your car into a space you can t see and doing who knows what with it. He also stripped out my cabin filter which is hard to get to, and explained due to its disgusting state, it was unlikely any shop had previously exchanged it. Once he s done, he takes away any fluids, oil, or removed parts for you, so clean up is a breeze.He vacuums the car as part of his service, and makes sure the car is driving smoothly before returning the car to you.Overall - if you don t have time to take your car to a shop, I highly recommend Pedro and Direct-to-You for your routine vehicle maintenance needs.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Oil change
