Our experience purchasing from CHESACO RV in Gambrills, MD was outstanding. From sales, finance to delivery. We traded in a 2019 Quantum RC25 for this beautiful Dynamax 3 Series RW. Our choice for this purchase was about downsizing to a Sprinter chassis while maintaining living space, storage, and comfort. This rig checked all the boxes.

Over a month ago we made the decision to trade in our 42' Motorhome for a small Class C. We visited several dealers in person and virtually, mainly looking at used vehicles. In addition to little inventory, we found the prices to be more than expected and decided to find a newer coach. It was our good fortune we happened upon the Chesaco website and found the perfect new RV. Kenny Main was our salesman. We cannot say enough about how wonderful he was in assisting us to get our coach to the Gambrills' dealership and his unlimited patience with our numerous phone calls. Ed Milani and Tom Alexander also deserve our thanks for making our purchase and the paperwork go smoothly. And finally to the knowledgeable Ricky who did our walk through and answered all of our questions. These people truly care about their customers and do everything within their power to make the experience pleasant.

I had an amazing buying experience with them. The sales person Marc and financial manager Rodney were extremely helpful, very polite and friendly through the whole process. They stayed with me after their close of business hours to make sure everything went smoothly. Marc even went with me to the U-haul to pick up the tow dolly and helped me load my car onto it. The demo of everything was also very helpful. Marc even checked on me after I left to make sure I made it home okay. I highly recommend this dealership for all your RV needs and I will definitely be going back.

I was looking to purchase my first RV, contacted the sales person by email and was encouraged to stop by and see the unit that day before it was transferred to another location. After asking for photos by email and being told I would be sent photos right away, the sales person didn't get back to me, so I stopped by to take a look in person. The RV was getting inspected and not at the location as I was told. I was told to come back Monday afternoon when the RV would be there. Came back Monday at 1pm and the RV was already sold....I felt like they wasted my time trying to get information and running back and forth just to see this RV. I talked to the sales manager about my experience, and he said I should have put a deposit down on a vehicle that I couldn't get photos of or see in person. I never got an apology for lack of communication by the sales team and the fact that they told me to drive there to see an RV that wasn't even on the lot. If you are looking for great customer service when buying an RV, this is not the place.

Having to part with my beloved RV was the hardest part of my recent divorce. James Chevas in Finance helped me with all of my finance questions and I m now able to purchase a new one. James is so knowledgeable and has been so patient with all of my questions. This store has a great selection as well as access to additional inventory, but it feels much different than some of the mega RV dealerships. The staff are all friendly and helpful. It feels like they truly care.

My wife and I recently purchased a new Georgetown G5 Motorhome from them. We had a fantastic sales team of Tim, Rodney and Mike. They gave us a deal that we could not believe. We spent over two hours after the sale reviewing and learning how to use it. Then Tim took us for a 30+ minute test drive and educating us how to drive it. Rodney did what we thought was the impossible getting us a financing that meet with our needs and budget. My wife and I highly recommend them for your RV needs.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Chesaco RV. If you want RV this is the place. James Chevas in finance department was extremely helpful and professional. He took his time to explain the process and helped me with all the questions I had , which made me feel very comfortable. James was very knowledgeable about the care of interest for me. The rest of the staff was just as great. The whole experience was pleasant and enjoyable.

Words can t explain how amazing my experience at Chesaco RV - Gambrills was. I ve been considering purchasing an RV for a long time, but didn t have the tools and information necessary to go through with it. James Chevas in the finance department was phenomenal. Without hesitation he was able to answer every question I had. He gave me the knowledge and guidance needed to finally purchase my first RV. I am very grateful for your kindness and help.

The entire team at Chesaco RV was outstanding. My wife and I bought a trailer there and every member of the staff was incredibly nice and willing to work with us. They made the process quick and easy and made sure we were happy every step of the way. Rick our salesman was awesome and super easy to work with. Special shout out to Ricky who was the one who gave us a demo of our trailer and made sure we understood every last detail before leaving. He also went above and beyond to make sure our trailer was perfect out the door.

James Chevas both our sale person and finance person. Tom Alexander was the sales manager. When our RV finally came in, it was not what we had asked for, the manufacturer made changes, and other things we not installed. James worked with the manufacturer reps and the the sales manager Tom to make sure we got the rig wanted done right. Everyone at the dealership was helpful especially Dee the tech who explained everything about our Rig and Jackie the receptionist who welcomed us to the dealership and made sure we were comfortable!

I've been to a lot of RV facilities in a lot of different states across the US in my 60 years and my experience at Chesaco in Gambrills was by far the best! Specially, Tom Alexander was amazing and unique in my opinion. In addition to a very friendly and calm demeanor, he was most interested in the features that were important to me and the price range I was targeting and comfortable with. From there, Tom presented the best options based on MY wants and needs versus some of the high pressure sales tactics I've experienced at other RV dealerships. 5 stars does not do Tom Alexander or Chesaco RV Gambrills justice!

My experience here was wonderful! James Chevas in finance went above and beyond to help me and answer all of my questions that I had about financing a new RV. I was pretty lost before but after speaking with him I now feel confident in my decision. All of the staff was helpful but I honestly can t rave about him enough. If you re in the market for an RV I would highly recommend this business and reach out to James for a great service experience!

Went here and all of the staff were very friendly and very helpful. James Chevas was outstanding with helping with all of our finance needs. He was very patient and he answered all of the questions that we had. He made me feel comfortable with the purchase and understanding every detail of our financing. My husband and I went to Chesaco RV in search of the perfect RV for our family. Tom Alexander was absolutely amazing helping us decide which RV would suit us best. (DISAPPOINTED)...I stopped by today with the intention of looking at a Freelander 31MB that Chesaco has on the lot. I was greeted(sorta) by Rick J. and I told him that we bought a Mini-Lite travel trailer from them about 10-12 years ago, sold it, and now we are looking to upgrade to a class C. I told Rick that we are looking at a Cross Trail Class C that is the same size as the Freelander, but it is located in Texas, and we wanted to see the differences and possibly buy at home instead of out of the state.Rick TOLD me that Coachman does not make a Cross Trail larger than 26ft and this Freelander is much larger. I pulled out my phone and showed him that Coachman makes a Cross Trail XL 33XG Class C RV and I showed him the price and told him where it was located.Rick J. told me he cannot compete with that price and I should "jump on that deal" and go down to Texas and get it. I tried to explain again to him that we wanted to SEE the difference between the two and try to figure out whether it was worth it to travel to Texas when we have great RV locations right here in Maryland.Rick J. then went into the price of the Freelander and told me it was $117k and once you add it all the extras I was looking at $124k to $126k and he has had people come in before saying they can get a better deal in Texas and he tells them to "Go Ahead". I was never invited to look inside the RV, never got a card...What Rick J. did not know was that I am already pre-approved for $130k and we have a $10k down payment...so if the Freelander was close enough to the Cross Trail, and we did not have to fly to Texas...get a hotel room...drive 22 hours back to Maryland and spend another $400-$500 on food, gas, and lodging...not to mention the warranty issues that could occur with a RV 1500 miles away from where we bought it...I think I might have possibly made a deal.Very disappointing experience considering I am a repeat customer.

The team at Chesaco RV in Gambrills has been nothing short of wonderful.We wanted to browse a month or so ago and were told by Tom the sales manager everything is open, please look around and we'll come check on you shortly.About 10 minutes after we were there, one of the sales guys came up and greeted us. Kenny was a fun world of knowledge and I guess he's been doing this a long time.We will be ready soon to buy and have visited several other dealers and no one has been as helpful and kind to us.PS Jackie in reception is great too!

I lust purchased a 2023 Jayco Alante 27a from the Gambrills store. It could not have been a more perfect experience. James Chavez was so knowledgeable and courteous as the finance manager showing me all the additional items I might want. Dee took me thru the entire unit, all the systems and answered every question I had. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Kenny went on the test drive with me and taught me how to drive it and Tom, the manager was friendly, knowledgeable and gave me a good deal. I would recommend buying a rv from this team anyday

We've been thinking about getting an RV for quite some time now but had alot of questions before we could commit. I was pleasantly surprised how much time the sales rep and finance manager, James Chevas in Odenton, spent with my family to really go over what we'd need for our new life adventure. They weren't like most other car salesman. They were actually very helpful. I'll definitely be referring people to their dealership.

I am looking to purchase my first RV and thanks to James Chevas, he answered all of my financial questions. He was very patient and I didn t feel rushed at all. After speaking with him, I learned I am able to purchase an RV. We are so excited for this new adventure we are about to embark on!

Called and spoke to a sales person on the phone at length. We discussed the RV I was interested in and she was going to send me a quote via email. 2 days have gone by with no quote. 2 days later I get a text from a internet sales advisor telling me the RV's not in Maryland and wants to ask all the same questions again.So this place ignores there customers, does not take customers travel or time into consideration and they don't communicate with each other. I would 100% not shop here....

We were driving through Maryland after thanksgiving and happened across this RV center. It was small but inviting so we stopped ( not really in the market ). After browsing a bit at the higher end RV s we were approached by a salesman named Tom A. We were intrigued by his approach so carried on a conversation, immediately telling him we were not really in the market and appreciated that but carried on with friendly banter showing us the higher end RV s. After a short period we headed to the lower end and we re pleasantly surprised at the lower cost and Tom s continued demeanor. Enjoying his attitude ( no pressure ) we stayed for a bit but ultimately not making a purchase. If you want to get treated right stop by and see him.

I just have to say the employees at this facility were Awesome. Especially James Chevas. He really put my mind to ease and answered all of my questions. He was very patient with me and didn't seem annoyed at all by all my questions. Now and days you just don't get that type of service anymore. So anyone interested in a RV this is definitely the place to go. Great service all around.

I felt inclined to share this, I stopped by on a busy Saturday to look at RV's. Rick James (no relation) helped me and my husband understand what RV'ing is all about. He took the time to go over what we were looking for, he called it "Our wants and needs list" then he found us the perfect RV, we test drove it, sat at a table went over the numbers and now we're New RV owners, thanks to Rick James and everyone we met. I highly recommend Chesaco RV for your next or first RV purchase, They're the Best

I ve been in the market for a RV, but with endless questions and being confused about the best way to go at it, I have yet to do anything. Now I am excited to move forward with making a purchase all thanks to a lengthy conversation with James in finance! He was not only knowledgeable, but he was very patient with me making it comfortable to think out loud, ask questions and figure out the best game plan to making my dream a reality. I had a small issue with my new RV, I contacted Chesaco RV and spoke to Inna who reassured me this could be resolved over the phone. Inna went above and beyond to get me to the right person to assist me. I am a Chesaco RV fan for life.
