I am an AAA member and roadside has saved me more than once but today I am getting an international license. Never been inside the building here but everyone is super sweet and happy. Like walking under a rainbow lol. Whisked me in, no wait and done in about 10 minutes.Happy customer. And there is coffee and snacks!

DO NO let this shop repair your vehicle. They can't even keep managers much less fix anything. I've spent more than 4K from 22-23 and most of the time and money went into fixing the same thing without my knowledge. In fact, they claimed to repair something twice that was never repaired and told me the part I had previously paid for had been sitting in their shop for months. The third time, they claimed it was something else. I'm still having the same issues and don't have the money for someone else to fix at this time.I've contacted customer service and I'm awaiting a call back. I've also emailed the same place the manager has told everyone else with a 1 star rating to email. We need to band together and contact MD state officials or our state representative. This location should be shut down.

Warning! Do not get your car serviced here. This place is a complete mess, total disorganization, no customer service, jacked up prices with sketchy auto-mechanics. I ended up spending almost 5k on service here. They kept my car for 2 months, every week I would call (they would never call me for updates) and they would lie to me, telling me my car would be ready in a few days. This went on for over 60 days until I complained to the regional manager. Soon after my car was "repaired" it started leaking oil. I took my car to a different mechanic to get looked at and it turns out many of the installations were faulty or they had used old broken parts to make the repairs. This was after I paid almost 5 thousand dollars for repairs! Honestly this is criminal and this place needs to be investigated. Also they led me on the entire time initially telling me I would only need 1000 dollars worth of repairs, then each time I would call they would say they found some other issue and add on another thousand. If I had known the final price would be 5k initially I would have either sold the car or gotten a second opinion. I feel that I was taken advantage of by this kind of predatory business practice. Also I had another experience here where I took my car in after someone had tried to steal it and they quoted me 4k worth of repairs. I got a second opinion and ended up only paying 1k and not having to replace the expensive part that they had suggested I do. Honestly this place is a total scam and I will never bring my car here ever again. This experience has also deflated my trust in AAA as a whole and I will be canceling my membership with them at the end of this year.

The manager at this location went above and beyond to help me figure out a solution for my car. I have been a member for years and have been to different locations but this was by far the best experience I have had with AAA. The manager Danielle definitely is an expertise in her field and provided phenomenal customer service. The environment is very calm and everyone is friendly.

First of all let me say that both Andrew and Marley by far are the best!!! I received amazing service when I called last minute for an issue with my car. As opposed to turning me away with the holiday hustle and bustle they were both very accommodating and were able to squeeze me in. Thank goodness they did because they helped prevent a potential accident due to the issue with my car. I highly recommend this location and I will be a returning customer.

I came in to get a plug in my tire that had a screw in it. It took over 2 hours, and when I left I didn't check my tire because they told me they had fixed the problem. When I went to drive to work the next day the screw was still in my tire. They charged me and did not fix the problem.

Absolutely amazing service. The Retail Office Manager was extremely kind and helpful when I was running late to obtain a International Driver s Permit. She helped me through the whole process and was knowledgeable about all details. Would recommend this location for a great AAA experience!

I would like to thank Andrew, Car Care Service Advisor, for his help. He was cheerful and at the same time professional. I brought the car to them because the TPMS indicator came on. He spent time inspecting the tires and found no issues, checked the pressure and interrupted his team to topped off the air. All at no charge. This place shouldn t even get 1 star. My boyfriend dropped his truck off this morning at 10 am and returned from work at 4 pm for a simple inspection and his car wasn t touched or moved. After waiting on hold via phone for 20 minutes to walking in and seeing 4 dudes straight chilling doing nothing to being told his car would be ready at 4 pm. He walks in and is told sorry your car slipped through the cracks we can get it done in the next 10-15 minutes AFTER IT BEING THERE ALL DAY?! My bf began to wait the additional 10-15 minutes until he noticed that NONE of the guys took initiative to grab his keys and get started on his vehicle. He proceeded to ask for his keys back and left. Is this gan actual joke? Who is the manager here?

I just wanted to take the time to extend my appreciation and thanks for the outstanding customer service and car maintenance rendered at AAA Crofton. Leadership starts from the top--Mr Andrew Baylor, the Assistant Car Care Manger attitude and the passion he displayed for me the customer is noteworthy--hence me writing this note. Thanks Mr. Baylor for treating the customer with care and displaying concern with a people focused mindset. Continue the great work!!

Terrible service. Completely disorganized. No communication. Waste of time.I stopped by yesterday to ask if they could diagnose my car since I had a Check Engine light that was coming on. They told me to leave my car and that they would call me in an hour to let me know what they found. I informed them that I needed the car within 48 hours for a family trip. They assured me that they could diagnose and fix it within that time. So I left the car with them.An hour later, no call back, so I called them. I was faced with a variety of automated menus over and over again and no option for a live person. I was on hold for the Auto Service Department for 30 minutes. The "Hold" recording kept asking if I wanted a call back rather than waiting on the line. I finally gave up and opted for the call back. The call never came.The next morning, I tried calling again. Again, no one picks up the phone after multiple calls. Just the same automated system, except this time, when I try to register for the call back, it tells me I'm already on the call back line so I can't request another call back!Unable to speak to anyone I end up walking to the service center. My car was still exactly where I had parked it. No work had been done. Nothing. I asked for my keys so I could take my car back. They couldn't find them. I had to wait 20 minutes for them to find my keys.In the end, they did nothing but waste my time and didn't diagnose anything. In fact, it wasn't even in the queue. BEWARE BEWARE my car cut off and I needed a tow so naturally being a member I had AAA tow my vehicle and I decided to have try their car and care shop. That was a big mistake my car needed and alternator which sounds simple but the people at this shop had confused my car with others like min currently being serviced they took a week to repair my car and when they called me to pick up my car I needed a boost to drive it off the lot so they never checked my battery also my AC was working when the car came in but after they replaced my alternator now my AC is not working. I had other issues with this shop after I took it back so they can check why all of a sudden the AC is not working they called me to pick up my car saying it was fixed and when I got to the shop they said oh your car is not ready I don t know why we called you we meant to call a different customer. I had problem after problem at this location so do yourself a favor and avoid this AAA car care location they are not good. I will NEVER go back there and needless to say they never repaired my AC but I will be taking my car to my regular mechanics shop to have the job done right and know that whey will not confuse my car with another persons car. This place should be called FFF for their score is an FService: General repairs & maintenance

I had an appointment and was promptly checked in upon arrival at the shop. I was having a full set of tires (ordered from tire rack) installed. I received an excellent price as an AAA member. The waiting area was clean and provides a view of the mechanics working on the cars. They installed the tires within 1 hour and didn't try to add additional services. Overall, it was a stress-free experience. I recommend this location and will not hesitate to bring my car here again.

If I could give a complete -10 stars I would I would give a -20 stars AAA as a company has caused intensive damage to not only 1 but now 2 of my vehicles issues started Wednesday evening when I called the customer service number and they left me stranded from 6pm -11pm on the side of the road walking down route 50 for 2.5 hours my vehicle was dropped off Thursday and I was told my vehicle would be done Friday my vehicle was not done Friday I had to wait till Monday here we are Monday 530pm I m walking into this location I pay my bill and I notice water on my floor Matt s then I dump water off them and find water on my carpets why does my vehicle smell like mold and mildew my carpets are soaking wet!!! My seats are soaking wet!!!! My door panels have water in the cup holder and now my door panel switch isn t working properly due to water damage my driver side door lock doesn t work due to the switch getting water in it I storm to the back and ask the techs who worked on my vehicle to which Adrian the guy in the back he then says that another tech was driving my car but he was the one working on it so why is someone other than the service tech that s supposed to be working on my vehicle inside of it not only was my interior ruined but I was also told by o told by a tech Jordan these words ohhh yeah sooo someone left your windows down while it rained Andrew my adivisor failed to mention anything about this . They had me pay for 3 belt replacements and then fail to mention they compeltly ruined my entire interior of my work truck!!!! Thanks AAA for the great experience the only person at the crofton location that took the pictures and actually was like damn that s messed up they did that to you was diondre he was very helpful in trying to calm me down through this whole ordeal. I have time stamps ,videos,and countless proof of my interior being destroyed at this facility Jordan the tech told me that another worker left my windows down they also stole my phone charge out of my vehicle I had a 3ft black cable iPhone charge in my vehicle at time of drop off and at time of pickup my phone was dead and I couldn t charge my phone to contact AAA claims because my phone charger was stolen my a tech at this location. I was very displeased with the customer service and car care I received. After informing me that my car would be repaired 2 days after it was towed to them, I received no communication and had to call to inquire about my car. When I called, after being on hold for a significant amount of time, I was told that the part wasn't even ordered and my car would not be ready for another 2 to 3 days, in which there was also limited communication. The excuse was a change in staffing at the customer service desk but that excuse is lack luster when you don't even take the time and consideration to inform your customer regarding any delays or issues. Not only that, they failed to repair all of the issues that were initially quoted to me. I was promised a call from the manager.... still waiting for that.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My keys fell out of my hands and into the trunk of my car without my knowledge. Of course could not get into car after closing trunk. Called AAA, they came right away and opened the trunk. Thank goodness. I was on my way in no time. Thank you.

Booked an appointment. I arrived at that appointed time. Was told that they could probably get the job started by the end of the day. This guy didn't even talk to me about what the appointment was for, so, how would he know they could get the job done by end of day?Seems they don't understand the meaning of the word "appointment"UPDATE (and reply to the "Owner")You had the opportunity. You had my number. I was told a manager would reach out. My car had to be towed here on Thursday, by Friday itwas finished and I picked itup on Saturday afternoon. Every one I dealt with was professional and beyond courteous. The facility is immaculate and well located with very convenient hours. (I do not understand these 1 star reviews.)

If you want more problems and a horrible experience then please ignore this review and others and continue on to use this shop. This shop does not deserve anyone's busines. If you would like quality repairs and an insured shop that warranties their work look elsewhere. They are not it! Fair warning now. I have not and will not ever use them, shops with repuations like this are why people go to YouTube for repairs. Avoid them at all costs.

5 Star service for sure. I came in and they saw me immediately. The young gentleman greeted me so pleasantly and assured me my vehicle was in good hands, he offered me morning refreshments and sat me in the waiting room where I was only waiting for about 20 minutes for them to complete my service. (Chris)topher was thorough in completing my transaction and sending me all the necessary paperwork needed. I have been to several locations in the Maryland area but this is neck and neck in competition for Outstanding Customer service with the Fredrick location. Great job.

I know people write reviews and you don't know if you can really trust those statements. I normally don't want to write reviews, but I felt compelled to say something about these guys.They are competent! Offer fair Pricing! Does truly excellent work! Really pleasant to deal with!In this day and age, the word "Quality" has nothing to do service. When you go to the average mechanic their level of interest in offer good service is absent, but NOT at AAA Crofton Car Care.I kid you not when I say, "GOOD PEOPLE"Truly QUALITY SERVICE!They still practice and understand what good service means!In addition to the excellent service, they do not price gouge you! Their pricing is fair and transparent.I took my car to Passport BMW and they are the worse!!! They price gouge you and work as slow as they possibly can!!! AVOID THEM!!!I brought my car to AAA Crofton and it was night and day between them and Passport BMW!It was the BEST decision that I've ever made going to AAA Crofton!!! When taking your vehicle to a franchise you expect you have you and your vehicle treated with a certain level respect, I don t expect royalty I just expect to have my vehicle worked on and be on my way, not having my vehicle taken on joy rides nor being left with the windows down during a storm. The worst experience I've ever had with any mechanic shop. If I could give them a negative I would. I came in for an engine diagnostics, I paid the charge ($118) and they told me I needed 2 new catalytic converters ($2000). I paid and got the job done. The same afternoon I pick the car up, I smelt a burning oil coming from the vent. I called back to explain and they told me I'll have to make another appointment. We made another appointment and they told me the oil filter housing needs to be replaced because there is a terrible oil leak (should've been caught during the diagnostic that we paid for prior to any work being done). We have been trying to get this problem corrected but no response no answer. They respond to your review with an automated response, a AAA rep will email you afterwards and tell you, you can only handle this issue at that location. No responses from anyone! Not the store, nobody that represents AAA will contact you or even find a solution. Why even become a member! NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER STEP INTO A AAA ESTABLISHMENT AND I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE I KNOW OR CROSS PATHS WITH WILL KNOW ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE. TERRIBLE COMPANY REPRESENTED BY TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. You put on a AAA uniform you represent all of AAA as a whole, not just a specific region or location when something goes wrong. Take accountability for your establishment negligence. CROOKS!! I ordered a new set of tires from Tire Rack and had them delivered to this location as it was the closest to home and also on the cheaper end for possible installation.I called three different times once I got the delivery confirmation. I spent nearly a half hour on hold before having to give up and accomplish other things. The following day, I called again two different times as was not able to get through for at least 20-30 minutes each time. I called early in the day and at other times throughout the day.I went a couple of days without calling as I was busy with work. On Friday of last week, my wife tried to call and again, well over 20 minutes of wait. She went online and found the website allowed for an open time slot to request on the next day (Saturday). That evening, I still wanted to confirm and stopped in around 5pm. I found multiple people all at their desk patiently waiting for someone to need help. Fortunately, the rep at the repair desk was not on the phone!!!That elation was quickly deterred when I asked to check on the reservation for the following day and was told that oh, those aren t reservations but mere requests and they would have to confirm. It was nearly closing on Friday and I asked well then at what time would they have decided to call and confirm? He did confirm for me that their was no way they d be able to do it the next day. If anything I am glad that wasn t another total waste of my time in an attempt to go there for drop off.So I said well when CAN we drop the vehicle off??? It was going to be at least mid week this week before they had a time.I noted to the rep that I had tried many times to call and always ended up on hold for nearly a half hour every time. He told me oh I always have at least five calls in the cue. Classic example of either extremely lazy customer service or very poor management to put their reps in situations where they cannot even do their job.So I m stuck now trying to call again as I can t just always drive down there to simply make them do their job. I m only putting up with this still because my tires are sitting there!!! I m about to simply demand my tires and find another store to install.Do not attempt to use AAA or at least this location for any repair or maintenance needs.

Disappointing service. Took our car in to get the catalytic converter replaced, and came out with a louder running car that now leaks. When we took the car back to AAA to figure out why it s leaking they claimed the mechanic who worked on the car wasn t working and to come back the following day at 9am. Took the car in again today at 9am and they initially lied and said the mechanic wasn t working (although it turned out he was). All this to say they can t do anything right now and to come back again tomorrow at 3pm. We asked for the manager and he apparently wasn t working today either. I have since called and left a voicemail with the manager Adam Gregory and have not received a call back. AAA is giving us the run around after we spent $2k, ridiculous. We re taking it to another mechanic now to see what was done. Please don t bring your car here, you ll leave with more car issues!

Left windows down in my buddies car and severely damaged car over night and is refusing to fix electrical and moldy interior. Tony is racist and called him the N word. Do not go to shop!!! You will get ripped off!!

I have been coming here for about 4 years now and service has gone from amazing to bad. Seems like the changing of the auto management teams over the years has declined the customer experience. The latest is a service charge of $110 for a diagnostic. When I first start coming here they did not do charge you to tell you what they needed to fix. Then about a year or so ago they added a charge of around $78 but it would be applied to the work if you had it done. Now they just charge you to tell you what they will fix then another charge to fix it. Money grab! Called around to several other local shops and either they will apply the charge to the work you have done or there is no charge to diagnose the issue. They have lost a customer from their auto repair.

Been a AAA member for 15 plus years, love the towing, this was the first time, I let them talk me into bringing my car to one of their centers. I knew what the problem was(fuel pump)and I was told I would get 10% discount and $50 off my service if I used them, well I'm in!! $50 and 10% off at most $650. Deal!! Get the van towed up there, and get a call back with a price tag of $1250?? What?? For what I asked, well Mark tells me it's a $750 part?? Where are they getting their parts at? In what world is it ok to charge your customers 3 times what I can get a GENUINE GM part for? I'm assuming Rockauto is still making a profit at $225!! Really guys this is horrible and believe me I asked if I could bring in the parts, you know it, they said something about warranty, blah, blah, so I then asked if I paid for it to be shipped and warrantied in their name and the guy ran out of excuses and said look we charge what we charge. Got the van towed from the shop, I'd rather pay someone $150 to tow it across town and have it fixed for $625 labor and parts, half price!! Same warranty. $350 for labor is also high but I would have paid it. Don't bother with this place!! Brought my car in for an oil change. I was told my rear brakes were bad including the drum. I just had my rear brakes work done 2Months ago!!! I paid for brake fluid change even but today was told the brake fluid was filthy. What kind of scam are you running?
