They were absolutely awesome! I had a great experience, they are professional and efficient. They also have great prices and are friendly! After having an AWFUL experience at another shop, Dan made me feel comfortable and safe. Will definitely be going back to them in the future.

Zimmerman Automotive is friendly and professional and were able to accommodate me for an oil change. I am happy with the results. My car always drives smoother after a visit here. They are very knowledgeable about BMWs, and keep me abreast of my car s service needs.

Highly recommended. I had a screw penetrate side of my tire. They allowed me to bring the tire that was purchased elsewhere. Scheduled me in asap and was back on the road in less than 30 minutes.

I took my 2018 Mercedes CLA 250 to Zimmerman Automotive this past Saturday to get its 70,000-mile service. This mechanic is for generations to come. My mother introduced me to Zimmerman Automotive when I was a little girl, and I have been following in her footsteps, and now my daughter is getting her first car. Three generations in and this is the only place we have ever trusted to give us the honest truth about our car. Zimmerman Automotive is the most trustworthy mechanic with the most reasonable prices anywhere. If they tell you your car needs a service, it does! Do not even waste your time even calling around other automotive shops to compare pricing because I have done the homework for you and the price, they are offering you is always the lowest price around and with the quality of service and care they provide beats anyone out there. They truly do specialize in luxury German Cars. They even beat the original Mercades dealership when it comes to cost, quality, and customer satisfaction. They are extremely knowledgeable and can answer and explain any questions or concerns you may have about your vehicle. Spent over 1,000 for them to fix my car and they gave it back to me like this. They didn t put back my vanity cover or my cabin air filter. I had to go back and get it and there wasn t even any type of apology

First thank you guys getting everything done on same day request.Very professional and willing to help out their customers. I have tight schedule with my work so I had to switch up appointment dates and they had ordered everything and got the part and installed in 2hours and I was out the shop. They have great team of mechanics that work well together. If your in the gaitherburg area and you need car worked on don't look any where else.Car estimate quote: they beat all shops in the areaWaiting time : they got it done faster then any shop I been to and they get to it right away.As a customer those two thing are most important.I know I'll be back in this shop in future.

0 stars. Recently bought a used car. I called about a quote for an oil change and other fluid changes about a week ago, too expensive so I got it done elsewhere. Called back a week later to ask about a quote for brake pad replacement. The guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and salty because I got other work done at a different mechanic. I told him I needed OTHER repairs done and wanted to know the price, then he said he'll transfer me to the manager and hung up on me and blocked my number - comical actually. Listen fool, if I get work done elsewhere, that's MY decision, I have a right to ask for quotes if I want to. Real professional buddy. Honestly, don't go to these scam artists for literally anything. They'll likely rip you off on the price or do incomplete work based on other reviews. It's a real shame because years ago, I've gotten work done there, as have my family. Never again.

My brother-in-law visited us recently and had issues with his car. I took him to the shop and received timely and excellent services to repair leaking radiator before going back to Indiana. Additionally, the shop honored the original estimated repair costs even the actual repairs required additional labor hours.

This Shop is run by Scam Artists. They ruined my vehicle and returning it in WORSE condition than it was in to begin with. They have no idea what they are doing, they give you the run around, and then blame each other for their lack of knowledge. DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANY WORK! They also broke my windshield and said that it was already like that when it came in. Don't bother dealing with these scammers, trust me. Just a 5 minute conversation with these idiots will tell you why. They installed my brand new air struts and compressor but could not figure out how to inflate them a left them un-inflated as you can see below.His response below shows his unprofessional and ignorant attitude. Brand new parts all the way around, parts he recommended but could not get to work....laughable. You won't be in business much longer with your scamming, bet on it.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I had gone to Zimmerman for 3 years and have serviced two of my cars with them. They left a glove in my engine bay of my previous car, and will sit on your car so they can overcharge you on labor costs. Not to mention my brother had his car serviced there and it was in the shop for over a month while they were figuring out the problem . They also forgot to put back his vanity cover and cabin air filter after the car was in their shop for OVER A MONTH! If you don t know anything about cars they are most likely scamming you. They even asked me to give them a good review just to replace all the bad ones. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I got my Mercedes in 2019 and never had any oil leaks. I took my car to Zimmerman for a oil change and the very next day I had a oil leak under my car. I took my car back to Zimmerman and Dan told me they didn t tighten my oil plug and that fixed the problem. The next day I check under my car and it was still leaking and now they will not take my calls. Stay clear of Zimmerman automotive. Service: Oil change

Dan Zimmerman is quiteeasily on of the most honest and straightforward gentleman whom I ve had the honor of meeting. His staff reflects the character of the business he operates. Based on knowledge and understanding of the automobile being brought in to them to diagnose and repair.Mr. Zimmerman represents integrity and commitment to honesty in a world where these qualities are becoming more rare each day. If you want an honest evaluation and diagnosis of your vehicle s malfunction please know that you will get honesty and sincerely appropriate advicehere. I know nothing about space travel or heart transplantation but I do know people. Mr.Dan Zimmerman is what I regard as the Real Deal . I don t normally give reviews unless it s to expose extreme practices. This company is extremely professional.
