I bought a RAV4 from Tricars in October. It was a great experience. AJ was great. He was very knowledgeable and even got me a lower interest rate than my bank offered. I went on a 16 hour road trip in the car after buying it. I drove well but once I got to my destination I found that an oxygen sensor needed to be replaced. AJ got me hooked up with the local Toyota mechanic and the dealership paid all the expenses. I m very happy with my car and my experience with Tricars!

Tricars is truly an awesome place to buy a car. I had been looking for a gently used BMW for weeks and came across their website. They had a 328i in stock with low miles that had literally everything i wanted, down to the color. The prices they advertise are legitimately the prices you pay. I ended up paying on the low end of my car's KBB value with no need to negotiate or haggle. Their dealership looks great and very professional. The Tricars guys are really chill and they really embrace the pressure free mentality. Matt took care of me and he was a pleasure to work with. He let me take as much time as I wanted checking out the car, which was really appreciated since its always annoying to have someone staring over your shoulder. They show you the carfax report up front so you know the vehicle history, and they have a 10 day any reason return policy. I took my car to my mechanic the first week to look over and it completely checked out. I had originally came to the dealership to just browse, but everything was so perfect that i ended up buying my car that night. Matt stayed well after close to make sure we got everything set up and they delivered my car the next day. If you want a great deal on a slightly used luxury car without having to haggle or pay extra dealership fees, this is definitely the place to go. Thanks Matt! I will definitely be back for my next car!

This was by far, the best car buying experience, I ve ever had. There was no pressure to buy any other cars, than the one that I wanted. Matt helped me, and was very knowledgeable of the car I was purchasing, as well as personable and professional. I came with a pre approval, from my credit union. In the past, at other dealers, I was pressured to let them run my credit for a better interest rate. I told Matt, I was approved through my credit union, and we proceeded with the car buying process. I was extremely relieved, that he did not try and run game on me. If you want luxury( they have plenty of it), at a great price, with excellent customer service, go to Tricars! I love my 14 Lexus ES350!

Upstanding, honorable, professional. A great dealership that I would recommend absolutely wholeheartedly to all my friends and loved ones. Had the pleasure of working with AJ & Matt who literally did absolutely everything possible in their power to make sure I drove off the lot with the car of my dreams--looking, running, and driving in every single way that I could ever have imagined it. You will only find the most solid hand-picked stock at this dealership and the folks here truly are above-board in every step of the process, from their [more than] fair prices (absolutely no hidden fees at any point whatsoever) to taking care of you every step of the way (extremely reasonable trade-in offer, happily addressing any/all concerns & questions). Great dealership with truly great people who set the bar in every single way for how a car-buying experience should be. There's a reason they have the phenomenal rating they do from so many people including myself. Do yourself a favor and call/come in & see them.

Get in here and buy that car...best service I have ever experienced from a car dealer new OR used. These guys know how to do it right. Ask for Matt - super attitude - great service - friendly & helpful. I came all the way from Arizona to buy from them - and I'm glad I did!

I rarely leave reviews, but I bought a 2016 Lexus IS 300 F-Sport (my first luxury vehicle, pretty big deal for me). The whole process was swift, they didn't try to tack on extras or additional fees, and they took care of my tag (we all know how the DMV can be, so for me, this was huge.) I couldn't recommend this place more!

I'm from Tennessee and I flew to Baltimore to buy a Mercedes from Tricars. They were fabulous to work with. First, they let me use the flight reservation to "hold" the car. Then they picked me up at the airport in the car so I could drive it back to the dealership. The car was exactly as advertised. Then, the most unbelievable part was that after getting it home there were a couple of minor things that weren't quite right on the car and Tricars cut me a check to make it right. I would definitely buy from them again - shoot, I will probably buy my wife a car there, and fly there again to pick it up. AJ was excellent all the way. I highly recommend!

This was my first purchase from Tricars and I will definitely be back when it is time for a new car. Matt made the transaction easy and seamless. The whole process was simple, from applying online to final delivery. Highly recommend!!We were able to get the exact car we wanted at a great price. They have an amazing stock of luxury cars and the team has a thorough inspection process to ensure the highest quality.

This was first-time buying car online for me.Tricars was a no hassle and no pressure experience. Mr. Matt was very courteous and helpful throughout the process. Car inspection was very detailed and every small defect was shown to me and explained well. Buying experience was excellent and customer service was unmatched. Delivery was smooth and car was in excellent condition. Overall it was 5*experience. I will certainly by a car again through Tricars and certainly recommend this dealership to all of my friends.

Best car buying experience we ve ever had. We had done our research, knew what we wanted and the price we needed to hit. Matt was awesome to work with. Will buy from him again in the future. No doubt. You should too.We had just experienced the typical in person dealer dance between sales person and sales manager at several dealers and I was over it. That process is a ridiculous waste of time.We were crazy nervous about buying a car sight unseen and not test driven. We live in NC and Tricars is in MD. However, after going over the car via FaceTime and being pleased with the level of detail and care that Matt shared/showed, we gave it a shot. The entire discussion/process when all was said and done, took about an hour, over 2 days, from the comfort of my sofa. I ve never been more pleased with a process and level of service on a vehicle purchase.Heck I was that person who didn t fully believe all the great reviews I read, because anyone can write a fake review... but something made us step off the cliff. I m very very glad we did.I have recommended specifically Matt at Tricars, to everyone whose asked about my son s car. We will definitely buy from him again, without question!

Best purchase experience hands down! I was in the market for a BMW 4 series convertible for over a year. I frequented all the car sites and dealerships. I normally purchase from large dealerships but decided to checkout Tricars. I m so glad I did. The moment I walked in I was greeted warmly by Matt and others. They had a great inventory. Took a couple cars out for a test ride and decided to move forward. Matt went above and beyond to address any issue I had with the vehicle. There was no pressure and I was out the door in a few minutes after deciding to make the purchase. Matt was amazing. I would text anytime and would get a response in minutes. Always helpful and willing to do anything to make sure I was a happy customer. He always made me feel as I was his only and most important customer.These guys are the real deal! I will definitely be back for a future purchase.

This was my first encounter with Tricars and I had a wonderful experience with the dealer. The service is outstanding. They are straightforward in their business dealing. They took care of everything in terms of the car registration and they also deliver the vehicle to my house free of charge. The sale person, Matthew, was wonderful. He answered all my questions in a professional manner. I only have good things to stay about Tricars and I recommend this companyto all my friends.

I never purchased a car online before, but decided to explore Tricars because of their 5 star rating. Let me tell you, now that it's been a month since I had the car, I will definitely buy a car from them again! Our sales rep Matt was very accommodating and easy to work with. He did everything I had requested of him and always reply back via text/email. The free car delivery experience was awesome! The 7 day return policy gave me a peace of mind. It's nice to know there's a company that can deliver quality goods while understands the meaning of great customer service !

Great customer service and prices. Shout out to Matt for being. A great guide through this experience. This was my first time buying a car a new nothing about the process of doing so. Matt made it so easy. Purchased the car out of state and it was delivered as promised and as shown. Purchased the card on Friday and it was delivered to me house within 42 hours. Updates were given upon the travel time of the car. I don t live in Maryland but would recommend using this dealership from anywhere. Once again...great customer service....great car selection and great prices. I am over joyed about my car. Thanks Matt.

I recently purchased a car here. Overall experience was fantastic. These guys made the process so easy. I would absolutely but from them again. I worked directly with Matt. He made an exception to their normal mostly online process to cater to a local. The car I bought was missing a second key and they took care of it quickly, no questions asked. If you need a car, this place with give you the service you are looking for with no gimmicks.

Outstanding experience all around!Purchased a SUV from Tricars 100% virtually, and had it delivered to Wisconsin. Matt at Tricars showed the SUV virtually, arranged delivery and ensured that everything was handled to my satisfaction.Working with Matt through all details via email, text, phone and FaceTime was easier than that of going to a dealer physically. Tricars was highly responsive, upfront and honest.Vehicle is in great condition and exceeded expectations. I highly recommend Tricars! I'll be buying from Matt again.

We got a BMW last month from Tricars and couldn't be happier with the whole process. Once we decided on the car, the paperwork took less than 15 minutes. Matt was professional and very accommodating to our needs. He answered all of our questions. Never once did we feel any pressure to buy. Since we lived 3 hours away, they were also able to have someone deliver the car to our home. On inspection we found an issue with the tires and they reimbursed us for the total cost with no hassle. Very impressed and will use again in the future. Recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a personalized feel to their car buying experience. You won't be disappointed.

Never purchased a used car (before driving it) ever in my life. Matt made the whole process so easy to do completely virtual. Hosted a virtual session to view the interior and exterior of the vehicle, had it serviced and provided the breakdown of work done prior to shipping. Explained the buying process as we financed through USAA and not the dealership. Had VERY reasonable rates to ship all the way to northern MN from Maryland. SUPERB BUYING EXPERIENCE!!! So easy and convenient and love the vehicle. Would definitely buy from them again!

Great overall experience with TriCars and Matt. Found the car I wanted online and actually was in the area so was able to test drive the vehicle and see the dealership. Matt made the whole process easy and was very accessible to ask questions. They detailed the car, fixed one rim that was damaged and delivered the car within two days. I was kept in the loop by both Matt and the driver on when the car would arrive at my house. Great experience and would highly recommend them.

I live out of state so I did everything electronically and it was the easiest process ever! Matt was my consultant and he was very professional. I never felt pressure to buy and the communication during the whole transaction was friendly and courteous. The quality of my new car is legit and I m extremely happy with my purchase. They will answer any questions you may have and I m happy I went this route. Car dealers need to take note if they want customers but this is the way to go! Would recommend their services and purchase again in the future!

Hands down the best car buying experience I ever had. Came from VA, car was super clean and ready for show. Matt was extremely professional and explained the whole process in detail. No hidden fees, very transparent with pricing and all the staff was extremely friendly. Entire process took less then an hour. Military discount as well. Loving my Audi A7!!! Thanks Matt!

Bought a car for my day at Tricars last month and i wanted to thank the entire team for their hard work and great customer service. Matt was my salesman and he made the entire car buying process easy for us. There were no haggling or pressure tactics. The true car price was lower than the kelly blue book value and they had us in and out within an hour. Matt has followed up with us several times and continues to make himself available for any followup questions. Great experience overall and i certainly buy from Tricars again.

I had to buy a new Lexus because mine died and I don't have another car. The last time I bought a car by myself was in 1980. I took to the Internet and looked up the car I wanted. The first listing was Tricars and I gave them a call. After all, the car looked great! I got Matt and he could not have been nicer. He answered all my questions (even after I had the car) and gave me advice on where to sell my car and get the best price. Everything went very smoothly. Tricars has some great cars! I am thrilled with my used car! Go to Tricars and ask for Matt!

I purchased a Mercedes from Tricars completely online, site unseen! This was my first experience with this kind of purchase and I was very hesitant in the beginning. But let me tell you, the team at this establishment is outstanding! Communication and responsiveness was superb! Car was exactly as described and delivery to me was seamless! After I received the car, I did have a small issue I was concerned with (nothing major), and the team (Matt and Arash) were exceptional in getting it taken care quickly and locally. I have long hated purchasing a car, but these guys really changed the car buying experience for me. I would absolutely buy a car with them again, without hesitation! In fact, they will be the first (and hopefully only) place I look again!

Great experience with this company. Buying a car can be scary. Especially buying a car online that you ve never seen in person. However - Tricars made the process very easy. I worked with Matt and he was available from beginning to end (even after my purchase was complete) to make sure I was given all info I needed to make my purchase confidently. Let me start by saying that this car purchase by far was the best and stress free. I purchased a 2015 Lexus ES350, Gold and I love it. Matt was awesome and very professional. Other car dealerships need to follow their lead. Every need and concern was addressed promptly. Excellent customer service.. Thank you TriCars for such an exceptional purchase experience!!!! I am a customer for life!!!!!!!

I ve bought a lot of cars at many different dealerships and Tricars and Matt were by far the best buying experience I had. I searched for the Lexus I wanted for almost a year before finding it at Tricars. I called and spoke to Matt over the phone before making the drive to see the car. He went outside and stood next to the car and answered every question I had before I went for the test drive and buy. Would definitely recommend Tricars and Matt to anyone looking for a car. I will definitely be going to them in the future for my next LEXUS, and will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

I couldn't recommend this dealership more! After searching for a car for weeks at various dealerships, I discovered Tricars online, and found exactly what I wanted at a better price than what I had seen before. The whole process was super smooth. Matt was very clear, organized, and responsive the entire time. Everything was handled remotely, and my car was delivered for free to my doorstep in excellent condition - this is the future of used car sales!

Wonderful Dealership! Ask for Matt, he was so awesome!! After searching for a later model GLE Mercedes Benz for months I found Tricars and received a great deal! Working with Matt made the transaction very smooth. I will refer anyone searching for a good deal and great service to him. My next car purchase will be from Tricars.
