Don t give business to the place that has no customer service.I asked for quarters to use the vacuum and Miriam told me that she has only 5 and I need 8($2).I told her that I have 3 quarters so that will be fine, she refused to change into the quarters because she needed them for customers . I told her that I am also a customer and I ll give her change but I need quarter, she refused.Place that treats people poorly shouldn t get business no matter if it s $2 or $2000 .

This has to be the worst location for a gas station. You can only enter and exit off Quince Orchard Road and the aisles are so narrow with so few pumps that you have people waiting to get a pump and cannot pull through. The attendant also refused to give me change for quarters because I wanted to use a card to do so.

If Andy( the head mechanic) refer you to someone(other mechanic shop) don t listen. It s all affiliates and they give him commissions. Save your money. Cause the other shop will charge you his commissions and there bill.

If you like dealing with a person who hates their job, this your place. The manager/mechanic was working on a vehicle when I first arrived and told me to leave the car and he could get to it in 45 minutes. There is no waiting area and the temperature was in the teens with the strong winds. I told him I would bring it back and arrived as he was finishing the vehicle he had been working on. He takes my keys and pulls my car in, but doesn t tell me that now he s taking another ar first. 40 minutes later, the headlight up was finished. I told him I would have appreciated if he had shared the info that he had another job in front of mine and he just walked away without an apology or even acknowledging the issue. Unless you find yourself in an emergency situation, go elsewhere, there are plenty of options that are close

Witnessed a fight here between the auto mechanic and a customer. The mechanic couldn t wait 5 mins for a customer to fill their gas tank, and was attempting to back a car out of the garage, nearly into the customers car. When the customer asked the mechanic to wait a min so he could finish pumping gas, the auto mechanic, and older balding white male, instigated an incredibly rude exchange with the customer, telling him he had work to do and didn t have time to wait for the customer to finish. It escalated quickly to cursing, insults, and horrendous customer service. What an incredibly ugly way to conduct business, and I will never give this place my money again. I also felt bad for the shop assistant who was being told by the manager to keep backing the car out into the customers car. No one should have to work for someone with such a trash attitude.

The hours are a lie. I stopped by at 9pm just to get some bottled water (98 degrees with humidity!) and the attendant inside not only refused to open but didn't even speak and just made an impolite dismissive gesture. DON'T GO HERE!

I use the Shell app and Giant rewards. Prices are ALWAYS lower than other Shell stations. ALWAYS. No comment on mechanic, store, etc. I drive up, fuel up, and go. Never had an issue. Shell app saves me time and frustration.

This is for the service and repair services, not the gas prices.I highly recommend the auto shop here - Andy is easy to deal with, fair, and will tell me if something does not need to be fixed. I have never felt that the service and repair prices are high or that I was being charged for something unnecessary.There are bad reviews based on the gas prices. Yes, they are high for the area, maybe because it is on a busy route. Gas prices are not a reflection on the service center.

This place will steal your giant rewards cash back. I had $0.30 off per gallon and the guy accidentally reset my pump after I redeemed the points but before I pumped my gas. When I asked him about it he refused to help at all.

Drove around like a crazy person trying to find a place that could figure out why my engine light was on. Two Advanced Auto stores and the Criswell Chevy dealership couldn't help (Chevy wanted to charge me $140 to figure out why my diagnostics weren't coming up and then another $140 to fix the actual problem). A really nice guy who works there sent me over to see Andy at Shell. He took care of me right away and fixed my truck within minutes. I recommend him to anyone.

Andy is awesome! I have had great experiences with the managers. I can only recall one time in the past 4 years where I have not been satisfied, even then, my bad experience was rectified after I mentioned why I was not satisfied the next time I went back. All the mechanics are nice and willing to help. Just talk to them, but definitely get to know the manager. I will keep coming back for sure.

Best shop I've come across in over forty years of driving. Knowledgeable, they work on my BMW, Mini Cooper S, Miata and Honda Element and keep them in top shape. I'm lucky to have a resource like this.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would have given this gas station 0. The manager is a thief and very disrespectful. He needs to go take customer service classes. He charged me for charging my car battery when I go to pick up my car the battery was dead and he refused to give me a refund. He Raised his voice and threw the receipt in my face I had to chase the receipt down the grass. It was unbelievable and unheard of how he treats customers. DO NOT go to this gas station for ANYTHING.

The mechanic was so busy talking to the cashier that he didn't hear me say "just a minute" and walking in on me in the bathroom. Then had the nerve to say "You should have said something before I f***ing opened the door". Never going back to that station! The cashier has always been pleasant, but that mechanic being that rude and inattentive, and on top of that, having the nerve to cuss at me for HIS mistake? They lost a regular customer.

This is the place you will never visit for the second time.It is not because the price is expensive but the manager is rude, very aggressive, difficult, and combative. He must be a racist since he used F word on me, an Asian, meanwhile some other reviewers believe he is nice.I moved from CA to MD and need a State inspection. For a NIST employee, this is the most convenient location to do the inspection. So I went. I failed because of an old CV boot. OK, I knew that CV boot need to be replaced soon even before I drove 2700 miles from CA to MD. It was a good time to change it, so I asked a quote. It was almost triple of my CA dealer's quote. I went away just like everyone will do which made the manager very upset and he threaten to fail my re-inspection.I replaced my CV boot at another mechanic shop and went back for the re-inspection. It took the mechanics less than a minute and the manager want to charge me $35. I thought that it was quiet expensive and I have already paid $90 for the inspection. So I mentioned him I am a NIST employee and a potential returning customer and asked for discount. Suddenly, he lost his mind and shout to me, "Get out of my F***ing shop."I don't know what makes him so angry. Maybe just because I am an Asian. I paid and left because the cashier lady was so scared and the mechanics did nothing wrong. But I will NEVER go back.If you are not Asian and have unlimited money, this is the nearest shop to MVA for doing State inspection. Otherwise, stay away from it.Even the gas prices here are at least 10c higher compare to another Shell which is just 0.3 mile away and also on Quince Orchard Rd.

Andy and his team did a great job on my brakes. Work was done in a day and fairly priced.Worked on a flat tire and was honest about the issue. Highly recommended.

Brought my car in after hearing a strange noise, and because it needed an oil change.They checked several things to try to find the source of the noise that I had described (but had gone away). They told me that I could use some new tires and brake pads, but that they couldn't find anything that needed immediate attention. This is rare in my experience. When you bring your car in complaining about a noise, most places will "find" something that needs work, even if nothing was wrong.They only charged me for the price of the oil change and gave me a discount of 10% off parts and 10% off labor as a NIST employee.

Talk bout a racist clerk I came in as I normally do but with a jogging suit and fishermen hat had a fifty dollar bill in hand and she told me she didn t have any money in her cash register and then picked up some credit card tickets talking bout she just came in now I know these stores have start up cash and can give back change!! The cashier named Lena is a racist and she keeps it under cover serves who she likes to serve and then when you leave out heather store she starts tell other customers bad things bout people and that s not cool luckily I had a friend behind me and she told him some very harsh words bout me and that s not cool!! I waited for this gas station to have new pumps replaced and this the thanks I get please!! I ll never come here again!!

My car was due for the State inspection. I literally just walked off the street with my car. I am a woman alone and I had this car totally checked by my mechanic on a regular basis so I was pretty confident it would pass the State inspection. I eave the car and come back later and this guy has a list totaling thousands of $ of things wrong and fails me for the State inspection and need to be fixed immediately, one of which needs to be fixed or I will crash. I said thanks, took my car to my mechanic who told him what happened. He answered this: "I will take it to a different place". HE goes in to another State inspection station... and comes back with a slip that my car passed the inspection. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. DO NOT GO THERE unless you are ripe to be gauged.

They are a bunch of thieves...don't know anything about cars and will rip you for even a small job. They charged me $300 for a part which was easily under 100 and then could not fix the real problem...in total there are 3 guys and not even one of them is pleasant or knowledgeable..Again do not waste your time going there..

Number one place to get your car checked out by expert mechanics. Have been going to them for over 12 years and have never had a more pleasing experience than with Andy and his crew of friendly people!Will never go anywhere else!

Only few pumps would work properly. Uhh...such a awful one. Better go and check some other gas stations near by .Lady inside was very rude , she even dnt know that no one should not use mobile (talking on phone) while pumping gas..such a dummy

Very rude cashier lady, when one is trying to pay for gas. Why do people take this kind of jobs if they are always angry, and why do they hire rude people, I guess they cant find somebody better, they hired this employee from the bottom of the barrel.

The worst experience. I got Battery replaced at this place , after 8 months I was told I need a new battery. I use the older battery for 5 years. I also got Break change which later needed adjustment, trouble experience.
