NOT RECOMMENDED !! They left a big piece of hard plastic inside the tire, they bend my Rim and big scratch on it!! NEVER AGAIN!For your safety don t change your tires in this location.They changed my car tires, picked up my car and start driving. Then i started hearing noise coming from one of the tires. I went to my mechanic to check what s wrong, we found a big piece of hard plastic inside the tire and it was making noise, the same tire ive been told from them that it is bent, and same tire they scratch it!

Poor customer service. The lady working front desk at the tire and battery refused to take my car in. I scheduled an appointment and still refused to take my car in. She lectured me how rotating my tires at 5,000 miles can ruin my suspensions and how it s better to rotate it at 6,000-8,000 miles. I told her go ahead and still rotate it, but she refused and she was being extremely rude by rolling her eyes, saying ugh and getting loud with me. Not to mention she embarrassed me in front of other clients waiting in line when I just maintained calm and didn t raise my voice at her.

Great prices. Lifetime tire rotation and balancing IF you pay the 15 to 25 $ per tire price. Not a bad deal at all. Call and they ship to your store. Not 5 stars because you can never get through on the phone. Hire a few more people and this place would rock 5 stars easy.

I am not someone who typically writes reviews, but people need to know not to waste their time here. I have given this auto center multiple opportunities to improve my impression of them and I leave each visit disappointed, sometimes even quite aggravated with their service. I would never recommend this particular Sam s Club Tire & Battery to anyone, and would have given zero stars if that was an option. I repeat, do not waste your time here.

Appointment was at 9am to install new tires but didn t get started until later... it s 1125 and still don t have my car ready... should be 1 star but the lady at the desk is extremely nice. They need to reschedule appointments for those that are late and not push everyone else back.

Go to Costco for tires. This shop is astoundingly unprofessional for an automotive business. The procedure for purchasing tires is unnecessarily difficult. When you visit the tire center to purchase tires you will be directed to order your own tires online from the tablet provided by the tire center.The issue that I experienced at this Sam's club tire center involved a lack of professionalism from the shop staff. I ordered tires to be delivered to the Sam's club tire center in Gaithersburg. I ordered wheels from Tire Rack to be delivered to my house. When the wheels arrived at my house I brought them to the tire center in the UPS box that they came in. When the tires had been installed I returned to the tire center to pick them up. I asked for the invoice and lug nuts that were included in the box from Tire Rack. The tire center employees told me that they had thrown everything in the trash. The tire center employees blamed me for the issue and insisted that I should have opened the box and retrieved the paperwork and included hardware to save them from the careless practices of the tire center staff.This is not the first time that I have had new tires installed on new wheels. This is the first time that I have done so at Sam's club. No other shop has ever disposed of documents or hardware that was included with wheels. The lack of professionalism at Sam's club forced me to buy a new wrench to install the wheels with used lug nuts that I already owned. Overall the experience that I had with Sam's club tire center was horrific and I will never use or recommend this tire center again. This is intended to be a zero star review and I regret that I must award this business at least one star.

Prices are good but service is slow. Also, they never answer the phones so you have to drive there for an appointment. The staff is friendly though.

Very bad service! They won t talk to you if you don t have an appointment at their tires shop. They can mess up your car but they don t fix their mess without an appointment. Unfortunately we don t have the option to put zero star.

It s truly amazing how bad the workers treat people. Nice to me but the lady in front of me was getting torn a new one just because she didn t have an appointment. Don t support places like this, I know I won t anymore.

Very friendly. But prices are alot higher than local shops. Ive been a member for years and have purchased tires in the past from them. But dont see the benefit of membership reflected in pricing.

Worst of the worst...I came 10:20 am to fix a tire repaired yesterday and I still waiting for the service. Do you spend your weekend in a place like this only waiting?
