If you're scrolling through different reviews and looking for the best place to snag a used tire stop. I ll save you the time and energy by urging you to go ahead and go to Paul s. Honest guys doing honest work. I went for a used tire, but ended up only needing some patch work which saved me like $40. They could have got me for a few extra bucks. However, thats exactly how you lose consistent business. Instead they got a customer for life. I will be returning for any tire related issues in the future and I highly recommend you do the same.

These guys are life savers. I was on my way to road trip back to California when I got a nail in my tire. I went to Pep boys and a local shop before Paul s and both places told me they couldn t repair my tire at all because the nail had damaged the side wall. I was so close to buying an entirely new tire. A friend recommended Pauls and when I got there and showed them my tire, they told me no problem and fixed it within 20 minutes. They offered great suggestions on my other tires considering I was making a long journey but didn t haggle for anything other than what I came for. I really appreciate the work and recommend Pauls 100%. Really friendly team and they know what they re doing!!!

I went to Paul's used tires the first time today 11/01/2023. I parked in front of the shop and spoke to the first attendant I saw. He asked me to wait and that the next available attendant will take care of me once they were done working on other vehicles. After waiting for a while without anyone approaching to help, I went into the workshop and spoke to yet another attendant and explained that it was my first time. It seemed like there was no intake process! He also asked me to wait and that I will be served once an attendant was free. I waited for a while, I noticed someone other than the two I had earlier spoken to, approaching my vehicle. I was excited. Finally, I'm going to be served. I was so wrong and unaware of what was about to happen next. The young man approached me upset. He yelled at me for park elsewhere speak to someone in the workshop or I won't be served. I explained to him that I had already gone in and spoken to 2 attendants. He got upset yelling further and questioning why I was not parked by the fence if I had indeed spoken to two attendants. Yet, there were no instructions on where to park or what to do. It's just complete chaos and utter disrespect towards new customers !!! As this was going on, other customers had come in and parked right next to me. I heard one attendant asking them to move their vehicles to yet other different area! At this point, I was already done. I did not have the time to argue with anybody. I drove off to a different tire shop and got the best service! If you cannot put up with chaos, incompetence and stupidity, please don't waste your time going to Paul's Used Tires. Customer Service is dead at Paul's used tires. Don't go there. You've been told.

Customer service was exceptional. My husband is disabled and they let us stay in the car and brought all paperwork to us. They did the job quickly and efficiently. I would never go anywhere else other than Paul s!

I only write 1-star or 5-star reviews. Paul s used tire gets five stars. I rushed for a new tire before picking up a client at the airport. I was in and out within 15 minutes. The place looks like a backyard warehouse and doesn t have a fancy waiting room with a TV or a coffee. However, they get the job done. The guy was very efficient and professional. Transparency/honesty is always appreciated. I will definitely come again.By the way, they also carry new tires.

Horrible service & treatment. The men that work there are rude and vape the entire time they are working. They also live on the property with extension cords running to the nasty trailers they live in. They also have a turtle or tortoise (they don t even know) that has filthy water and NO FOOD!! No heating or UV lights. Pure animal abuse!!

Great savings if you're willing to get your hands a tiny little dirty... pick out your used tire, they lift your car for you and give you everything you need to do it your self... in and out in 5 min tires usually range from $25-50 depending on tread.

This place is awesome!!I needed a tire patched from the inside that no one else would do.Not only did they patch the tire, They also let me use their air gun to rotate my tires. You don't see customer service like that anymore!

They might have what you need and if they do you re going to get the best price and a guarantee. If you need help they are quick to take care of you. Make sure to tip the fellas if they help you out!

My dad told me about this place, so glad there s a super affordable way to bring in your own tires to change! I was confused about who worked there, but once I talked to someone, they switched the rim from my broken tire to an extra in about 10 minutes

I purchased a new used tire about 2 weeks ago and have had to refill with air 3 times already! Returned to find out that it had a nail in it! That s another $20 to plug it

Needed a tire in a pinch and went bete because it was nearby. When i walked up nobody said anything to me or would even look in my direction. I realized after some time that all the people I was seeing did not even work there. After reading other reviews i found out that they expect you to pick out and install your own tire. What is the point of this place if you have to do all the work yourself?

Just went to fix a tire but the service was horrible I ask this guy if they could install the tire back. I didn t ask if they could do it for free or neither they told me that I had to pay or anything he just told me to move my car and then he expected me to change my tire by myself he did not tell me anything he just left me standing there. And then he ask me what I was waiting for. It was a pretty stupid situation.

Had a nail in my tire. Went to dealership to get scheduled maintenance. Had a nail in 2 of my tires and the dealership told me it couldn't be patched and needed to replace my tires. I found this place and thought I give them a call. Came here expecting to replace my tires and the guys here was very honest and told me there was no need to replace and said they can patch it up. So I did and saved me lots of money and headache!

Good price and fast service. They patched my tire for $25 that other places couldn t fix. Tire Shoulder damage. Patched from the inside which is recommended. One guy had a bad attitude but overall I was happy:

They really got me in and out. Had to get one tire re mounted after I patched it. No other place really wanted to help me out but Paul s did.

First they gave me a price over the phone. Then they added $10 twice. After that, they added another $10. We re never clear in price. I also have a brand new car which they dented by letting the Jack bar slip and damage the back hatch if my brand new car. As I left, it was clear that they thought it amusing to swindle me.

I could not be more satisfied with the service! Every time I have come I have been blown away by the cheap prices and the kind, knowledgeable workers. One in particular, I believe Pratt was his name, had me in and out, with service that was such a relief and made my day. Don t go anywhere else!
