Just had my Spring Service. Vernon Myers and Ed Park were the technicians. They did a great job and were very thorough. The service report was comprehensive, and they took the time to explain what they did, how the system was performing, what to watch for, and what to not worry about. On top of all that, they were very pleasant and very professional in their manner. I was impressed that they took their time to check everything and didn t act rushed when I asked questions. Excellent!

Jorg from Parker Pearce performed a duct cleaning service on our multi-story townhouse. He was here for almost four hours and was very thorough and professional. Before he started anything he laid down mats and was super careful about the hose around our white walls. He didn t leave a mark. Every register, return and grate was removed and cleaned. The service is not inexpensive for sure, but he was here about twice as long as the previous service we used and you get what you pay for. Everyone from Parker Pearce is super nice, very communicative and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Parker Pearce is always reliable and provides excellent service. Most recently, Jim and Vernon were the technicians that came out. They went through all of our systes and made sure everything was working properly and efficiently. Great job!

I have an annual HVAC and Plumbing maintenance contract with Parker Pearce. Today, their technician Connor Brennan stopped by my house for the annual plumbing inspection. It was a great experience. Connor was thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had a list of questions that he answered in detail which put my mind at ease. Connor s inspection exceeded my expectations. I have had maintenance contracts with several companies over the years and this has been my best experience by far. If you are looking for a new company to work with, I highly recommend reaching out to Parker Pearce.

I would highly recommend Parker Pearce Service Experts. I originally called their office and was able to make an appointment scheduled within the week. I got a confirmation email and text message that same day and also the day before my appointment.On the day of my appointment, Technician James Nieuenkirk reached out to me via text and also called me within my 4-hour window letting me know that he was on his way and how many minutes out. I was also given a link to track him. He was very courteous and professional. He was able to troubleshoot my electrical issue and provide me with a resolution.

James did a great job fixing a major problem I had with my furnace electricity, he explained everything in detail and was very friendly. Will recommend this company to everyoneJames returned to correct my furnace wiring, by removing from shared circuit and putting it on dedicated circuit, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything that the previous electrical company did not.

Great service!Parker Pearce installed our heating, cooling, and water filtration system over a year ago. It has been working perfectly.Today, Marcio came for a routine equipment inspection. He was professional, courteous, and thorough.He also went above and beyond.The air filter needed changing and the correct size replacement was not on the truck. Marcio called to locate a replacement, drove to pick it up and returned straightaway to complete our inspection the same morning. He also brought an extra replacement filter so that it is here and ready in advance for the next technician.Additionally, Marcio let me know when they tend to get busy in the spring and encouraged me to schedule my spring inspection a little early so that I ll have more options that will be convenient for me.All my experiences with Parker Pearce staff have been pleasant and helpful. Today s inspection was that and a little more.

We are very pleased with the electrical performance provided by James at our home. James called to verify his aointment with us and arrived as scheduled. He was very detailed in explaining the options for us to obtain the requested work.James explained to both my husband and me answers to our questions. He promptly began diagnostics to determine why we had no lights in particular areas of the home.After sharing analysis, he explained the necessary steps to respond to our requests.We both agree he is a credit to the company, diligent, timely, detailed, knowledgeable, respectful, and completed the steps to get our lights back on and also gave us the option to have other needed work done in accordance with our decision.James recorded the work he performed as well as the agreement to send us an estimate on other electrical work needed.He spoke highly of his company and took time to make sure we were satisfied with his performance.

Marcio was incredible, his warm personality and professional demeanor was well appreciated. He gave me a detailed explanation of every aspect that he performed today, something that I am not use to from Parker Pearce. And his RSC was refreshing as well. He was knowledgeable enough to call in a SME for additional input. I am giving PP a solid 100% score for job well done.

Sebastian was my technician from Parker Peirce, and he did a fantastic job. We were without heat for almost two days in mid-January, and they prioritized getting us up and running. He drove almost 2-3 hours to get parts and get us heat back a day earlier than expected.

Great maintenance visit today. Started with new online appointment driver tracker which allowed me to be certain of arrival time.Technicien, Vernon, did his maintenance thing but also answered all my questions and gave advice/suggestions about the gas furnace, hvac air conditioner and water heater. Shout out to the Advantage Program - 2 maintence visits/year at no cost for regular parts and labor!

Driver pulled out in front of me today at 9:23 AM on route 2 in Edgewater far right hand lane going 5-10 mph And making a right on red . He proceeded to give me the finger go extremely slow because I got too close to him being he was going 15 miles an hour under the speed limit when I needed to make a right on S. Down Rd. when the light turned green he purposely stayed in the right lane stopped not moving so I couldnt turn meanwhile shaking his finger. let everyone pass so I couldn t make a right hand turn Bald head, white or Asian could not see definitely not somebody you want representing your company or driving your carsIf he s old and he doesn t go the speed limit he shouldn t be driving either. Why would you pull out in front of three lanes of traffic of cars going 40 miles an hour and then go 20 miles an hour and then give me the finger he s lucky I was on a delivery I should ve followed him to where he was going.
