My Murano 2018 had scratches, dents, bumps and bang up fender and dented hood I gave it to Paint Master for body work it took a short while but the wait was worth it, my car looks brand new now and getting lots of compliments. Paintmaster's is great. I had my front bumper painted. They did an awesome job. The color match was impeccable. They completed the job within the estimated time. These guys are trustworthy folks.They did a good job on my car.The only issue that I had was it took longer than what they told me to fix my car. However, they were responsive and updated me each time I called.

Had a minor fender bender near home in Virginia and am waiting for a chance to get it fixed. Heading up 270 north the damaged fender came loose so we pulled off the road and searched for the closest repair place to stableize it. Paintmasters came up and we went there. They stableized the fender so we could get back on the road to our destination in PA and refused to take any money, not even as a thank you. Great company!Service: Body & Trim

I went to Paint Masters because my trunk was smashed in after I got rear-ended. They gave me a very quick estimate and within about a week they fixed my car perfectly and everything looks good as new. They also have excellent customer service. The guy who hit me wanted to pay outright and they were very easy to work with, working with him for the financials and giving me updates along the way. They also vacuumed and cleaned the interior of my car which I thought was a nice added touch. I'll definitely come back.

Another great experience with Paintmaster s and their staff! We have used them for over 25 years, and through two grown children who have had their share of accidents. Mark, Brian and Lester are always so helpful and warm. Most recently, a large tree branch fell on my car and caused quite a bit of damage. I needed a new front quarter panel and some hood repair. They ordered the part and had it in shop in advance so my car would have as little down time as possible. The paint match was blended perfectly and looks terrific!!! My car was returned to me with the interior completely cleaned, vacuumed, windows and interior wiped down. Now that s service! Thank you so much, I sincerely appreciate doing business with a company as thorough and professional as yours!

I had an excellent experience here. I scratched the side of my car pretty bad when I hit a post in a parking garage. They gave me three different estimates with different options and let me take time to decide. They also helped me decide whether or not it was worth it to report it to my insurance. I got my car back in less than a week and it looked great! They vacuumed the inside, cleaned my headlights and took off some paint and scuff marks on the other side of my car from a previous incident without any extra charge. I highly recommend them. Also, when I went in to get an estimate I asked for advice about how to get roofing tar off my car, which they proceeded to take off right there for me for free. Definitely some of the best customer service I have ever received..

After a car backed into my car coming out of her parking space, I took my car to Paintmaster's for repair because they were one of the shops that the insurance company partnered with.Lester was quick and professional in getting me an estimate, as well as handling for Enterprise to come pick me up when I brought the care in for repairs.The repairs went a little over the estimated time frame, but Lester was good about letting me know what step the car was in. Great customer service.Just be aware that since this is a smaller business, the shop may not open exactly at 8:00am, but be patient and give them time.

I dropped my car off October19th. I have been repeatedly told. In a few days. We will have your car ready next week. We are waiting on parts. The latest was Monday December 7th. I was told my car would be ready by Tuesday evening. Its is Wednesday. I haven't heard a word from the owners or managers. They asked for$1,500upfront for parts. I paid them. I came in two weeks later and paid the remaining balance$1,062. I was told by 5 auto body shops. This job takes at least 7 days or less. I don't believe I will get my car back this week. That would be two months paint masters would have had my car. They are lying to me about something.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They were superb! Extremely friendly and great customer service. Gave me a good price on the job and even knocked it down in price while they were working on it. I m really pleased with the job they did - my car looks brand new.I will be back (but hopefully not for the same reasons). You guys were great!! Thank you again!

Two different accidents with a post in a parking garage took me to Paintmaster's with my 2019 car. Both repairs were done impeccable!!!!! The Dealership repair wanted almost two times as much. The paint is a "three stage" and it looks wonderful. They gave me A seven year warranty.

I m so thrilled with the work at Paintmasters! My 1982 classic car got rear ended. Brian, Lester & team had the patience to locate the parts around the country when other repair shops wouldn t even try. My vintage convertible looks smokin hot now!! You guys are the best. Paintmasters have great customer service, workers are very friendly.Although they did not do an impeccable job (I had to replace my doors on the right side for sort of a "t-bone" crash), I am satisfied.From the outside, my car looks nearly like it was before (the crash), but when I shut the doors, the sound is not quite the same.With the benefit of the doubt, i give 5-stars.

I first brought a car to Paintmasters over a year ago when an accident caused a door to dent and misalign. They handled the repair quickly and produced a great product. I later brought my car in with a broken window and was referred outside to a person who completed the repair for a great price.Since then, coworkers and I have brought in our vehicles for various accidents and bodywork. Each time, Chuck and his staff have been open, straightforward, and willing to take the time to explain the options and costs. The prices match or are below competitors while the customer service cannot be beat. My relationship with Paintmasters is one which gives me confidence and satisfaction, I am glad to have found this business.

Took our cadillac in for some body repair. Excellent job, you can't tell that there was any damage, friendly and professional in addition to having the work done in a timely manner. They will definitely have my business in the future

They did a very poor job on my vehicle. Headlight creates a shadow at night when driving, a lot of broken parts were missed during collision repair. And they took more than 3weeks to repair my fender damage. I don t recommend this body shop, you go there at your own risk

This is my second time using Paintmaster's and I can highly recommend them. The paint color on my new front bumper exactly matched the rest of the car, the work was done on time, and the final cost equaled the estimate. A suggestion would be to always include a small bottle of paint for touch ups.

This is truly a great shop and great people. They are kind and very helpful. They provide the utmost service. The shop stands by their work and provides excellent service. Excellent prices and professional. I came in with a problem and they jumped on it immediately. This is the second time I ve had to use them and they are the best.

Those two guys in the front office are great my set down with them about what I wanted & the painters where very knowledgeable good & fast they did a amaze job worth every penny I'm bringing my project truck to be painted there I know in my heart it is going to be like Christmas morning after they finish painting my truck so excited

Amazing work, came here out of pocket for interior issues they got it perfectly fixed, then accident (no Mt fault, a lady could not drive and hit me) and they did an amazing job!! Lester was great!

I had worst experience with this place, they always trying to take as much as they can from customers and insurance companies, and takes so long to get your car fix , that the way your insurance rate going to higher and end of you pay more money then other palaces, they took month and half to get me two tires & rims, another time 1 mont and ten days to fix one flats tire and body dents , another time just to fix rear bumper they took 1 month , and insurance company going to charge you for , repairs and rent a car for long periods of time , I went to their place 3 time , I went there with no fault clame but unfortunately every time my insurance got higher because they took 10 days work 30 days 40 days ,And their price asm estimates always higher then other markets they sold me 2 tires and 2 rims for $1150 that I could get only for $450 and it took me more then a month I will never recommend this place

Have used them twice over that last 4 years. Once for a major repair and once for a minor repair. Both times their work was excellent and the price was fair.
