I purchased my first car here. Rod was friendly from the moment we visited the store until the moment we received the vehicle and left. He explained the car purchasing process in detail and explained how to use the car step by step. He didn't mince words. He only provided accurate information and saved us from wasting our time. We feel fortunate to be able to purchase a car through Rod. If you are thinking of purchasing a Mini Cooper, we highly recommend purchasing from this dealership.

Fantastic experience at Mini Montgomery county!Edio the seller and Nick the manager have been amazing considering the very bad day that I was experiencing on personal side.Edio answered very nicely every questions that I had and I had a LOT!!!He made the process to get the car very smooth.I have to mention also the financial guy Luis who has been fast , clear and very professional in the process too!I cannot recommend enough this team!!!I ll definitely be a return client!Thanks again to the whole team!!

From start to finish, Jimmy from Mini Montgomery, was a fantastic sales associate who helped me with my new Mini Cooper S model. He was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and an overall pleasure to work with during the entire process. I had somewhat of a different situation that was a little tricky at first glance, but he helped navigate me through that and get me into my beautiful new car in no time. I am very happy with my new car and the customer service exhibited at this dealership!

They made the whole process quick and easy, and we didn't feel pressured while we were there - a rarity in the dealership experience! This was the most stress-free car buying experience I've had! Emily was a rockstar, made us feel welcomed, and got us set up in no time! Kermit was also efficient and super helpful. Would definitely buy here again, and love my cooper!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding customer service while helping my Mom purchase a new car. From the moment I called to set up a meeting, Sohaib Ahmad went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless and enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to understand our preferences. He patiently guided us through the various options, ensuring we found the perfect fit for our needs. The transparent communication and willingness to address all our questions instilled confidence in our decision. We didn t even plan to buy a new car today. We thought we were just looking. Our meeting was at 11:15am, and by 3:15pm, we had traded in our used car and drove off in a new Mini Cooper convertible. Overall, the exceptional service we received throughout the buying journey has left a lasting positive impression, making this car-buying experience truly exceptional.

Mini of Montgomery County is hours away from me...but after narrowing down my search to 3...this dealership was my first visit. Called and spoke with an excellent, relaxed, accommodating sales rep by the name of Rod...and my wife and I headed to Gaithersburg! Rod, Louis, and the entire staff were INCREDIBLE!! A car buying experience can be stressful...but NOT at Mini of Montgomery County!! Fast, but not aggressive! They listen, they do everything they can to help!!! I can't say enough about this group! Thanks again Rod!

As a long time Tacoma driver, I've always had some side eye on the Mini, Countryman. The switch always seemed too dramatic and scary. I stopped in MOCO MINI just to test one out. Well, I left that day with a new one. Yes, because the Countryman is just awesome, but also largely due to the amazing sales and finance team I met upon arrival. The dealership was very comfortable and welcoming.I was lucky enough to work with Edio Alacron. His kind genuine nature was just what I want when thinking about buying a new car. Zero pressure, just wanting to work with you and help you make the best decision.I also like getting in and out...let's not spend 2+ hours with finance and talking about additional offers. I appreciate it being presented if asked, but when I was clear I just wanted to get it done and move on, they made sure that happened. I was done with finance and signing in about 40 mins...can't ask for much more than that! Nick Kuhar was awesome...super cool guy, also real and genuine, was very happy he handled all the doc signing. Plus the extra gas and hat were nice add-ons. :)So, if you're even considering a MINI, just go visit these guys, they're good, and driving a MINI is pretty fun.Thanks MOCO MINI!

I have never enjoyed car shopping. That is until, we purchased our 2024 Mini Cooper S All4. Jimmy Stempien's knowledge of the vehicle is exceptional. He was not pushy in any way. The entire staff was cordial, friendly, and professional. Thank you, Jimmy and all the staff at Mini of Montgomery County, for all the swag and your amazing level of professionalism. I had a great experience at Mini of MoCo. My salesperson, Rod, was awesome in finding me my dream car. They don't push you and are very professional. The service department is excellent too. I highly recommend this dealership and Rod.

Just got my brand new car from MINI of Montgomery County. I had to shout out to everyone that I absolutely have a great experience. This is my first car in my life I m kinda new but Rod Heskee makes my experience smoothly and painless. My car was totaled in 2022 - I had been taking metro for over a year and finally got tired of the train. I called mini and a young lady named Marilin said she would meet me and answer all my questions- they sent a Lyft code so I could get to the dealership - when I arrived I told Marilin I needed to leave with an electric mini fully loaded with either white or saddle interior- they had a green mini with white racing stripes and saddle interior. I was firm on what I was willing to pay; Marilin said she wanted me to have the car I wanted and she worked her magic to get me in the car @ my desired price point. It s been an overall great experience - Marilin is so sweet, and is always on had to answer my questions. I m so glad I made the decision to purchase at mini of Montgomery County!

Edio Alacron was, by far, the BEST car sales associate that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was straight up, respectful and worked tirelessly to offer me a fantastic deal on my very first Mini Cooper!Edio should give a master class on the art of car sales and treating prospective car buyers with the utmost respect. We drove from Pennsylvania on a Saturday mid afternoon to look at a countryman. The options and selection of cars on their lot was great. When we got there Emily had the car ready to test drive and was able to answer all of questions and shared a lot of additional information about the car. After test driving and working numbers we reached a deal and they stayed past the closing to get us our car the same day when we thought for sure we would have to drive back the following week to pick it up. Emily Ortiz made the process very easy and enjoyable.

Amazing car buying experience. Edio in sales was amazing and so laid back; I never felt pressured and he actually made it enjoyable. Nick, the General Manager is equally fantastic. We went over all my financing options and add on options and I never felt pressured purchase anything additional. They knew I wanted what I wanted and left it at that. I ve never been in and out of a dealer so quickly when purchasing a vehicle. This is my first time buying a Mini and the staff at Mini of Montgomery County have been so great, I ll probably only buy Minis moving forward, solely based on their outstanding customer service. Thanks guys!

My husband and I were so impressed with the customer service, of Jimmy, our salesman at Mini of Montgomery. We live a long way from Montgomery County. From the very beginning, Jimmy made sure we were able to fully view all the car styles, color selections of those in his inventory and other Mini Dealerships through a video. He helped us navigate the entire process in the easiest most efficient way, helping us through all the paper work, and ending with delivering our car right to our door! I will definitely buy another mini from this wonderful dealership and tell my friends all about our experience

It all started with just a simple windows shopping visit. I just wanted to take my wife for her to look at her one of my dream vehicles which it was the Mini Cooper. Needless to say that it felt like it was love at first sight, my wife quickly became emotionally invested with her new clubman. The Mini Cooper is in a different league all on its own, and it deserves recognition because of its fun and a great handling that BMW is known for. However, we hesistated because we had just purchased our previous vehicles six months ago from another make, but what propel us to make this purchase was not only because there were great incentives, but it was the customer oriented, friendly and helpful environment that made all of the difference. My wife and I were so impressed by the experience that I end up purchasing another Mini Cooper for myself.So I have to give kudos for the joint effort to Edio Alarcon who was our salesperson, and if it wasn't for his friendly, patiently and charismatic attitude, it would not have been possible for us to make these purchases with, of course, the help of Giles, the sales manager. The same goes to Luis from the finance department on which we weren't coerced to purchase a GAP insurance and/or Maintenance plan.

I would work with him again and refer anyone I know to his care and expertise. Everyone at this dealership was extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. I cannot recommend this dealership and, more specifically, Brian enough! A delightful experience from start to finish. Brian was incredibly patient with me as I couldn't make my mind up even after changing my custom order once already. He helped me find the most perfect Countryman, and I am absolutely in love with my new car. This is my third Mini, and while all the Mini dealerships I have purchased from have been very pleasant, Mini of MoCo stands above the rest. Brian is fantastic. Jimmy was very helpful. Kermit in financing was great. Every other employee I met along the way was wonderful. I can't think of a single negative thing about my experience. I highly recommend visiting Brian at Mini of MoCo!

I only came to get some nice license plate covers, and it was nice that they have a little discount going on.My car wasnt ready for maintenance, but Brian helped explain when it was due and how to use my MINI system better. Very good service and everyone had a very welcoming feeling. The drink bar is nice to have, the store has a lot of items, and the lots has a lot of MINI's to choose from, I'll definitely come back here to get my next MINI. It was nice chatting with a salesman Jeff for a moment and was quick to answer any questions.Highly recommended for future MINI owners and current fans! Great and true MINI atmosphere!

Best customer service!! I just recently ordered my second john cooper works clubman from Emily at this location. I was involved in a head on collision with the first one and walked away with minor scratches!! I always loved the looks of these cars, but never realized how safe they actually were!!! Even the police were saying they couldn't believe what I walked away from and was looking at buying his daughter one after seeing the safety features. Emily was great at keeping me informed of the process and where it was in manufacturing. The manger Nick is a true manager. He came out and thanked us for coming back for a second time and streamlined the whole process. He made you feel welcome and you could tell he was genuinely thankful for us coming back to them. I also own 2 other vehicles and the service center there is the most friendly staff I have ever come across at a dealership. They met me at my car before I even had a chance to get out when I pulled up to the service doors. I do not write alot of reviews, but this MINI dealership deserves an award for customer service. I will be back when this clubman gets old for a third one!!! Thank you to everyone there!!!

We just purchased a new 2024 MINI Clubman Final Edition from MINI of Montgomery County. The Clubman is all we could hope for. Styling and features are outstanding, and customer service was excellent. Highly recommend this car and this dealership.

One of the reasons I was inclined to buy from Mini of Montgomery County was their reputation, I checked out their reviews on their websites and was surprised at how highly rated they are compared to other dealers. Another reason was what I read about their Passport system to ensure the sale of a used vehicle in which they guarantee that it passes more than 100 checkpoints and well surprised by their good customer service through Marilin to whom I greatly appreciate everything. the support and I could not fail to comment on the mechanical service since at first I had a bad experience since the Mini did not pass the emission test but they showed me that they have very good support and they repaired it at no additional cost to me. I did not expect less from them and they did not disappoint me, which is why I thank the service manager. So far very happy with my Mini

Brian Keener is a true professional who, along with the entire Mini of Montgomery County Team, made the purchase of our 2023 Mini Convertible the best car buying experience we have ever had. The Mini speaks for itself and everyone we talked to raved about the Mini and that matched with my experience with the brand in my college days. Brian did not use any high pressure, more like a friend offering good advice. Brian went out of his way get answers to our questions around our intended use of the car as a dinghy with our motor home. This was the first time we have ordered a new car and the four-month wait was well worth it. Brian kept us informed on progress on a weekly basis and provided information not available to us from the Mini tracking application. The delivery experience was great with Brian taking the time demonstrate all the features and to make sure that both me and my wife had the Mini App installed and working on our phones.Thank You Brian.
