Thomas was incredibly attentive and effectively communicated with me throughout my experience. I was visiting from out of town and ran into car problems. They took me in no problem and were up front and honest during every interaction that I had with them. I cannot recommend this garage enough, thank you Kim s:)

I always go and take all my cars to Thomas! Kim Airpark Auto repair is an honest repair shop, they will definitely let you know when something needs attention. I have gone to other shops in the past but they only sell you services based on difficulty of the job and how much money they can squeeze out of you. Kim Airpark really cares about the vehicles operation and safety! I would highly recommend anyone to bring their vehicles in for service or repair here. He is hands up one of the very few best shops in the area!

Mr. Kim and his team are honest, quick, and fairly priced. They installed front and rear brake pads/rotors/calipers for my 2014 Toyota Tundra. Called in the morning and it was done the same day. I highly recommend Kim's auto repair!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Amazing auto shop. My wife's car had a flat tire and the owner was very courteous and professional.They ordered and replaced the tire within a day and also provided a very detailed explanation of the bill. Honestly never experienced an auto shop more professional than this.Service: Tires

I've been going to this family owned business for several years now, every time I leave their shop I promise myself that I will write a stellar review yet I never seem to get around to it. So here it is:If you love your cars like I do, then you are definitely particular about who you let work on them. For me, this is the shop that gives me peace of mind. Every time I need to have something diagnosed/repaired, I always receive a clear explanation of their findings and what they believe needs to be done (I can't leave out that fact that they have been flawless with diagnosing correctly every time).The actual repair has always been prompt, taking an appropriate amount of time for the level of work being done and I've noticed they're thorough in making sure it is fixed before calling you for pick up. The pick up has always gone smoothly, they've been awesome about answering any additional questions.Long story short, if you want an auto repair family who not only values fixing your car the right way, but also values your time, then look no further. Outstanding, I wish I could leave 6 stars.

Friendly family own place. Briefly stopped by to see if I could get an alignment done. They were down a person so suggested I come back in a day or two if I didn't want to leave it overnight. When I came back they remembered all the details of how I wanted my alignment setup. Really impressed by the quality of work and price

Have had multiple vehicles worked on by the crew at Kims, including an engine rebuild. They always give an explanation of the work that needs to be done. Communications are always great and the prices are reasonable. Can t thank them enough for taking care of my vehicles.

Had issues with my tires losing air and it turns out I had nails in 3 of my tires. Thomas was honest and recommended that I change them soon and did not overcharge me to plug the tires. His assistant was also very courteous. Will definitely be back for more servicing.

We take our cars here and always have great service, and no hard upsells. Owner also went out of his way to help me get into my car when I accidentally locked my keys inside. Such great people! Highly recommend.

Thomas took care of my miata quickly even with a walk in. Took all my exact specs and got the exact alignment I wanted. I just wish there was not a low car fee but it s understandable . If you have a miata and want someone who knows how the eccentrics and suspension work together then take your car here.

Awful service and the people there do not even have courtesy to speak in any courteous manner, my wife took our car there they claim that they changed oil and charged us 83 + bucks. Next day I went in to get the explanation and they refused to speak to me even though I took the receipt with me. All I requested was the expiration because there were some statement that I didn't understand. Old man (I think Kim) wanted $48 additional dollars for any explanation

Honest, very competitively priced and generous. They don't fleece you for useless work. Mr. Kim and his staff work for the customer, they always work to fix the actual issue.Highly recommended, no one else in the area is as reliable.

Very skilled professionals with strong work ethic, honest to the fault owner and employees, who are actually trying to save you money instead of looking for any chance to overcharge you for unnecessary repairs, like it happens at so many other places.In short, if your vehicle needs any kind of repairs not covered by warranty, head to Kim Airpark and you will not be disappointed.If you are in a mood for a good story here is how I found out about this shop in the first place. It is also a great illustration of devotion this shop builds in their customers.One afternoon I was sitting in my car (high mileage but not beaten up or anything) at a traffic light, when a middle aged gentleman standing in next lane rolled down his window and out of the blue said: "Do you know about Kim Airpark Auto? It's a great place of you even need to service your car!" I never saw him again, so he definitely was not someone from the shop, and later Mr. Kim himself could not figure out who that was. But I'm so thankful to that gentleman for pointing me to Kim Airpark Auto.Since then they worked on our WRX, Juke, Outback, Sienna and always did a top notch job at very affordable rates.

Very honest and reliable owner. He knows exactly what to fix and never pressures us to "fix" anything that doesn't need to be fixed. He's a trustworthy and honest man. He is the only mechanic I will ever go to. I highly recommend him!

Took a van there and they charged over $700. The next morning the same issue occurred. Called and they said its not covered under warranty and if I took the vehicle back they would charge. I was in total shock. I saw no part changed.Dissappointed.
