These people were incredible. My truck broke down and needed a started. They drove to a K Neal in Lorton VA and picked it up. They could have waited until after the holidays but they got me together and had me out in a day. Incredible service. Came and picked me up from hotel and all. Gave me recommendations of other things I need to get fixed as a courtesy. I thank them all.

As a small business, having our trucks running smoothly is imperative. When one goes down we stop making money. Mr Brown over at K Neal Gaithersburg is AMAZING!! Because of him and the entire team at K Neal - when one of our trucks needed maintenance - we were back up and running in less than a day. He went above and beyond to we were taken care of. It was just a half dozen years ago I was ready to give up on K Neal Gaithersburg. Because of Mr Brown and the service over there now, I am ready to bring my whole fleet their way. Thank you! Absolutely an Amazing company. Needed a little road side assistance. From the Lady on the phone, to the tech that came out, made my day!I m a truck driver and needed to rig my tractor to get back to Chicago. I can t say anything about the other buyers but my was disappointment I bought a truck from this guys and I dint used that much and the engine light show after the other light sayin mal function now the truck is park because is not running lost power I pay close to 20 gramsI think they just delete the codes and sell to me Be advise if buy anything from them

Called to order a part they took the information and said they would call me back they never returned my call and refused to answer whenever I tried to call them don t buy a new truck here they don t have good service
