No one enjoys having their car break down, but I have to say I'm incredibly grateful to have found Jay's shop. My car was repaired quickly, Jay went above and beyond to talk me through the repair needed (including calling me on Facetime so I could see exactly what needed fixing), and the prices were so low I'm honestly worried I didn't pay enough.Take your car here! There's a reason Jay has a 5-star rating.

I appreciate Jay R. For every time I do need him he is always Top Notch, I brought all my vehicles for Tire Installation and balance and my cars been driving perfect ever since, I highly recommend him, Thank You Jay R.

Called Saturday morning wanting an oil change and some diagnostic work done. Got the work done the same day and they even dropped me off at my house while I waited. Great work and service!

Sunday afternoon and my son and I got to a point while removing the stock exhaust from his Challenger and we couldn t get the last pipe off. We tried everything but knew that we needed to get it on a lift for better leverage and access. My son found a phone number for Jay s shop and called. Jay happened to be at the shop doing paperwork and said if we bring the car in at 2 PM, he ll help us get it apart and help install the performance exhaust. He s not even open on Sunday! He let us use his tools, etc. He helped us, and gave us some tips, and we got it installed in no time. Thanks to his help! Jay is our new mechanic for when we can t do something ourselves! Jay is a very honest mechanic. He fixed 2 of my Lincolns. You can have a great conversation with him and he does the job correctly. He's not gonna try to talk you into getting things done that don't need to be done. And if he notices something that needs to be done you can trust him if he tells you so. Prices are fair and reasonable!Clean shop as well.I highly recommend this shop

Jay is great, he s very knowledgeable about cars, gave me an appointment the same day, got the job done effectively. Jay is also personal and understanding of situations. Everyone else turned me down and this place not only answered the phone right away they inspected my car quickly, their customer service (Jay) was incredible, very helpful and excellent customer service. Had to get my exhaust thrown on called on a Sunday and was able to come in within an hour got it put in quickly and easily everyone is very nice and they do not over charge I highly recommend this shop for anyone needing anything done to their car!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

All of my cars worked been done there by Luis for last couple of years. I am really happy with his service. Luis is very professional and informative. He goes above and beyond to make sure our questions are answered and we are satisfied. I heard about Jay through a principal from one of my former schools who highly recommended him and trusts him. Jay goes above and beyond each time for his customers and is flexible. He explains and shows me what he s doing and is thorough in his work. I ask for an oilchange and tire rotation and he cleans the area for my air filter & around my engine. He was fine with me purchasing my own parts and he checked to make sure they worked and installed them. He detailed my car and it looks brand new, as if I bought it today. My tire sensor was off and he fixed it (the dealer had forgotten to). Anything I ask Jay, he does excellently and more. I ve found my new mechanic. And he s proven trustworthy to drop off your vehicle with as well. He s a family man supporting his beautiful children and wife. Do yourself a favor and secure your new mechanic. The value for your money is great. Thanks, Jay! I finally found a mechanic I can trust and maintain.

Jay R crew is very knowledgable, and for people like me who aren't very informed on how cars work, they took the time and were patient to explain to me what they were doing. They were clear with how much I would pay, and completed the task of repairing my bumper and taillight on a very timely badis. Will be going back for any future issues!

I had a great experience at Jay s shop I came in late on Saturday on a short notice with an alignment and skidplate issue. Jay was very respectful and kind. He walked me through my Honda's design and ran a full diagnosis for repair.Also, when my alternator failed, I had to have it replaced on a short notice. Jay was excellent and installed a solid replacement right away. Jay is an incredible mechanic and helped me with my Honda at a very reasonable rate and timeframe. I needed to pass Maryland inspection and replace my tires. Jay went above and beyond every step of the way. He has great communication, always kept me updated, and gave me a good price. He also replaced my marker light for free. Small thing but it shows his approach to customers. I recommend him to all my friends.

I have purchased cover seats for my new car from Amazon. I called the place and Jay answered the phone. He was very pleasant and friendly. I explained what would like to be done, he pleasantly accepted the job. I drove to his shop and Jil started working on my car. He did an excellent installation. Jay and Jil are very professional and have expertise to complete the job nicely and without any difficulty. They charge me very reasonably. I would strongly recommend their auto shop to everyone. You guys keep up the great work!

Amazing Shop!!! I was trying to fix my car that had been sitting for so long and it was late like 6:00 and I went to 4 other mechanic shop to. Get my car fixed I called JAY R Automotive and quickly explained I need a oil change that it was an emergency he had no hesitation and Told me to go down to his shop that he would wait for me to fix my car! I got there and didn't expect such friendly environment and workers!Instead of leaving it with just oil change he Saw I was low on Antifreeze and break fluid and power steering and also checked my filter and cleaned it and put Fluids with no charge man this is great Place to go Great Prices And Amazing Work done by Honest mechanic who won't just get your money everything really professional I recommend taking your Car here really trust worthy Workers.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

Jay was so helpful when I brought my car that had a number of problems into the shop. He went out of his way to find the perfect parts for my car, explained everything he fixed so clearly (I don t know much about cars), and did it all in such a timely manner! This was my first time here but I felt like a returning customer/family. Jessica at the front desk maintained communication throughout the repair and was so sweet. I had a nail in my tire and looked on Google for a shop thats open at 5pm on a Saturday. I found Jay R and saw that he has 5 stars and good reviews so I came in. He recommended patching the tire so he patched and balanced the tire and only charged $35. He is very friendly and professional. I would definitely come back for future repairs.

My husband and I had always been searching for a great mechanic and we finally found it! Jay and his team are super welcoming and knowledgable with the work they do. You don t have to worry that you fix one thing and the next day another will brake , Jay will fix your car and diagnose other issue and tell you about them. I love the transparency that he provides for his customers. Especially being a female most mechanics aren t transparent and won t explain the issues adequately to you.
