Best place to get tires in Gaithersburg ..or all of Montgomery County - go here before you spend money anywhere else. Fast, friendly, superior work. I don t waste time anywhere else - I go straight to Hanagan s every time.

The Hanagan s crew is awesome! They truly care and will help get you back on the road when you are in a bind or just need a great deal on an oil change and tune up.

Calling Kevin and his crew "the best in the business" is an understatement. These guys are PHENOMENAL. I will trust my wheel and tire needs to nobody else!!!! They are nice, knowledgable and careful. Fairly priced as well. 5 stars is not high enough. Definitely worth the drive to go see them!!!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

You can trust Kevin and his team! They changed tires on my expensive wheels even though other places did not want to touch them due to low profile tires. They are cool and knowledgeable guys!

Kevin at Hanagan's went above and beyond to help me out of a very tight spot. It was a super busy time, just a few days prior to the 4th of July (2021) holiday when everyone is trying to get auto repairs completed and he was very busy. The night before I was set to leave on a vacation/roadtrip, I noticed a nail in my tire near the sidewall & tread. I pulled the nail and the tire proceeded to go flat. I frantically started calling places in the morning, looking to find the exact tire that I needed. I was able to locate the tire at a warehouse/distribution center and they referred me to Hanagan's for the repair. Long story short, I was willing to go pick up the tire and bring it to the shop myself to expedite leaving on vacation. Kevin communicated several times and ensured the physical tire was available, allowed me to get the tire from the distributor and purchase the installation along with the tire all in one shot. He made a special exception for me, and even told me to call him back 15 mins. before I arrived so they were set to take my vehicle and get me back on the road ASAP. I really appreciated the incredible customer service for someone he'd never met, and the very personalized and gracious way they listened to my situation and helped me out in a real jam. I would highly recommend Hanagan's and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Once again, Kevin saves the day! Dropped my car off Sunday to get four new tires. Got called right away Monday Morning, told Kevin to just put on my car what he would put on his. Not only was the car ready before noon, but about 25% less than I had priced it would be online.I know and trust Kevin, you should too Service: Tires

Hanagan's did a fabulous job of replacing the rotors and also replacing the power Steering. They are extremely honest about what will work and what won't. If they think something really needs replacing for safety reasons they will tell you. We have had it in other places. My husband who is very picky, trusts them with both our cars completely. The day after they fixed everything, one of the kids ran over something and popped a tire. We called right away. They got it up on the lift and changed it in no time at all.They are honest and their prices are fair. I highly recommend Hanagan's.

This guys are knowledgeable and very professional. This guys will take whatever it takes to make the customer happy. I would give them 10 stars if I was able to do so. That's why I came all the way from Frederick to get my Bimmer tire replaced. You guys have earned my business

I just realized I never posted a review for this place. That's a problem because its 5 stars all the way. Its a small place, but has by far the best service I've come across. Don't go to a dealership, or any chains like Mr. Tire or Jiffy Lube, seriously, its a rip off. Hanagan's does better work, is faster, and has much better prices.A lot of the time they'll let you come over right away, and do the job right then and there if they have the parts. From phone call to paying and driving off is often less than one hour. Plus, it's a local business, so it helps support our local economy. So yeah... Go there!

The customer service here is phenomenal.The owner is extremely friendly, professional, and caring.The staff were all extremely friendly.They had me in and out with two fresh tires in a matter of less than an hour, not to mention they had the tires delivered on the spot from their warehouse.I highly recommend Hanagan's and I'll never go anywhere else ever again!I've been to some other places (not affiliated with Hanagan's) in Rockville and Kensington that were absolutely terrible, so it was so refreshing to find this place on Google! Hanagan's is FIRST CLASS old school type service that you just can't find anymore around these parts. 10 Stars!

Kevin and the crew and Hanagan's are totally awesome. I got tires there yesterday and these guys rock. Kevin makes you feel like family the minute you walk in. It's rare to find such a business like that nowadays anywhere in this area. Once my car warranty expires, I plan on getting all my auto service through Hanagan's. I've brought my car here 3 times now. The second time I had some service performed, and they made a minor mistake that made it sound like something had gone wrong in the suspension. I brought it in for them to check out expecting a bill somewhere between 350 and 2000 but they called me up and let me know that it was an error on their end from previous service. They absolutely could have hid the error. They could have told me I needed bearings or the cv boot replaced and I would have taken them at their word.Instead of doing that, they owned up to the (very minor) mistake, apologized and did not try to charge me any sort of diagnostic fee. I've had some real junkers in the past, so I've been to a lot of mechanics, and I've had a lot of mechanics try to take every penny they could recommending service I did not need. Hanagan's had every chance to do that this time, and instead they owned up and apologized. A little bit of time spent dropping off and picking up my car is a cheap price to pay in exchange for knowing that I can trust this shop to do right by their customers.The prices are fair, and they're explicitly clear with that they intend to do. They're happy to answer questions if you're not sure about a decision. I could only recommend coming here if you have the choice.

First time customer. After seeing their reviews. I called up Hanagans to get a tire quote. The specific tires I wanted were scarce in in supply nationally, but they got them in within 48 hours, had me out the door in 35 mins, and with detailed communication throughout - all at a fair price. I wish I knew about them sooner! To boot, everyone from the techs, service advisor, and owner were incredibly friendly - a rarity these days. Highly recommended!

From the initial phone call to leaving the shop these guys are as knowledgeable and professional as they come. A family run business who treat the customer the way they should be. I will never go to another place for tire work. These guys are the absolute best!!! 4 new tires on my car today in about an hour, they look great, ride perfect and I couldn't be happier with my entire experience at Hanagan's!! Thanks Guys!!

Tim was very helpful with helping me choose the right tire so I could get the best bang for my buck and it's within walking distance if I ever need to drop our cars off so that's a plus! Overall, solid crew and I think I can say my wife and I will be sending our vehicles there for service if need be. We all now honest and solid mechanics are hard to come by so very much appreciated Hanagan's.

Amazing place that helped me get a new tire on my 09 Honda Fit in under an hour. From walking in to filling out forms and paying, it was a pleasant experience.They ordered my tire from their warehouse and it was delivered faster than I expected.I work on a jobsite nearby and its roughly an hour away from where I live, however I will be traveling back whenever I need another tire!Can't recommend these guys enough.

Good prices on tires and service was fast. Never have to worry about quality of work or product. They don't try to over sell, fair and honest estimates. I highly recommend Hanagan's been a customer for over 30 years.

We were visiting Arlington area from out of town when we had a busted tire. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They quickly found and ordered our tire and had it next day. The service was great! They were clean and efficient. Highly recommend for your auto needs!

Going to an auto shop is typically a very anxiety inducing experience, because I don't know much about cars, and mechanics are typically not very friendly, but Kevin went out of his way to show me what was being done, and explained to me what I needed to know in order to understand what the car needed. I will be servicing my car here in the future, thanks for being so cool you guys!

FINALLY I have found a shop that I can trust! Living close to the shop, I kind of stumbled on them because they are walking distance, but now I am a customer no matter where I'll live. As a single female, I feel as though many mechanics/auto shops would take advantage of me, thinking that I was unfamiliar with cars, costs, etc. Every guy that I have ever dealt with at Hanagan's has been friendly, explains the issue(s), and very considerate of price, providing low cost - high cost options. I feel as though they are incredibly fair and truly look out for me, their customer. Thanks so much fellas!

I had a flat this morning and really needed it fixed asap - plus I needed new tires before the winter anyway. I called several different shops in town and none of them had the size I needed in stock. These guys not only had exactly what I needed, but it was at a very affordable price, and I was in and out of there with 4 new tires in about 30 minutes. Great customer service, and extremely convenient. Would definitely recommend.

If you live within a 50 mile radius you really should consider getting your next set of tires here. Seriously top notch and friendly customer service, competitive prices, and competent technicians/mechanics. What more could you want from a locally owned/independent shop?? Highly recommended!

Excellent service. Everywhere that I went did not have a machine to handle my 20 inch wheel. These guys did. The tire had to be taken of the wheel, wheel cleaned and tire placed back on with seal. Another place did have the machine. Mr Tire quoted me a price that was double the price at Hanagan's. Glad that I had the work done here.

My tires were about $15 more but was happy to pay it because the responsiveness when I was shopping around and the courteous efficient service was well worth it. I might have saved some money but it would have taken 4 days longer at NTB or Merchants and would have had to wait for hours. And I wouldn't trust the workmanship like I do at Hanagan's. I had to bring the 8 mos old dog with me. They were very understanding about Riley licking them repeatedly when they all came to say hi to him.

Been using Hanagan's for all my tire needs for a few years. This time the friendly and professional Kevin and Tim gave me an excellent price on the DWS 06 tires and install. The whole process was simple and hassle free. 10/10

I thought I had a flat tire, so I called Hanagans, and they said come right over. They checked all the tires and they were all fine; it turns our the tire pressure sensor was bad. No charge, and very prompt and courteous service. I'll definitely be back for any tire purchases or repairs.

Stopped the morning after my car was dropped off with a flat...both Tim and Frank were honest, provided great information and very helpful. Tire was replaced with 30 minutes. I will definitely be back for any future car needs. Highly recommended

I do most of my vehicle service & maintenance myself. But for tires, alignments, or any service beyond my capability I've been bringing my PU truck to Hanagan's for a bunch of years now. Service has always been reasonably priced, prompt, and I've always left happy.
