Great customer service and turn around time! Anthony (estimator) and the young women at the front desk were both great to work with. Both were very professional and made sure things went super smooth. I had not set up a rental car and she offered to call Enterprise in the Airpark to ensure they had vehicles available for me as well as request one of their drivers come pick me up from Gerber. Anthony was able to turn around the repairs in 2 days. Great job all around

Brand New CAR. I have been in two Accidents, both times I have taken my car to This place and each time I received it better then I left it. It is almost as if I have a brand new car. Customer service is excellent the team really listens and care for your vehicle plus they have the right tools to fix it ALL. 5/5 Shop well trusted for years.

This auto body shop is phenomenal, intentional & take pride in their customer service/ the work they perform!I was rear ended late evening & they had prompt availability to have my car dropped off the very next morning. My only duty was to drop the car/ keys off. Their communication was 100/10! they provided daily updates and they had my vehicle ready way before the promised date. This establishment is very clean and very friendly/ positive. I saw the way the gentleman & the young lady communicated/interacted with other customers, very soft spoken & intentional. it moves mountains for customers who are dealing with the stress of accidents. They do an immaculate job at detailing your car after repairs. I will vouch for Gerber in Gaithersburg & their team every chance I get!!! Thank you team!!!

I highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass, they are a phenomenal autobody shop! They have fixed my car for two hit and runs since 2017 and I just went in this morning for another hit and run estimate.The customer service that I have received is wonderful. They are always friendly and cheerful, whether it's early in the morning or at the end of the day. They are easy to talk with and I feel more like a friend than a customer in a good way. They have coffee and beverages available while you wait, the waiting room is always clean and inviting.The work they did for the prior to jobs was seamless and my car looked and drove like new. This morning it is raining and I asked for different estimates for the main accident and then two other smaller separate issues. They gave me two estimates and went ahead and fixed the bend in my door at no cost. (Someone had helped my break-in my car when I'd locked my keys in and my door was bent and letting in air and water).If you want your car to be restored and want to be treated professionally and friendly, definitely call Gerber.

I wouldn't let them paint a wheelbarrow... This is after taking the vehicle back 3 times. They had the vehicle for over 3 weeks total. Matt S. told me that Ryan said that this is the best they can do. Hilarious!!! I could do that with a spray can. He has said that he looked at it a hundred times and he isn't looking at it again. So much for their "Warranty". News Flash!!! Looking doesn't fix things. Actually doing something about it does. Check out the dates on most of the reviews. Like the old saying. You are only as good as your last job. Should I mention the part about the fender molding missing screws the second time I pick it up or the door molding clips that were broken the third time I picked it up and Matt informed that they had re-attached it back on with double faced tape. What a bunch of clowns! I recant, Clowns is a compliment. Notice the fine attention to detail with the over-spray on the molding and the difference between the plain white and metallic three stage white on the bumper and fender. When I tried to show Matt S. the discrepancies I had found, he talked over me with BYE!, BYE!. What an A-hole. He shouldn't be managing anything. This was a WOW experience for me! It was my first time there and I felt welcomed the minute I walked through the door. Alonzo greeted me with a smile and introduced himself. He wasted no time going outside to look at my vehicle. He gave me options and had me out of there in no time. I am beyond thrilled with the fast, on the spot service I received! Cannot recommend enough!This could've easily been a very frustrating endeavor, but Gerber Collision & Glass made the experience of getting my vehicle repaired so pleasant! The repair looks perfect - I can't even tell where the damage used to be! They even finished ahead of schedule! A special thanks to Anthony, Joseph, and Ilyana who all worked hard to provide both myself and my car with the best service. 10 Stars! Stefanie S : Allstate insurance who is excellent sent me to Gerber Collision and Glass. Everyone there is so nice, helpful, polite and professional. My estimate was thorough and showed everything in detail on the paperwork. My car was done earlier than expected. I like to say thank you to the general manager, Joon B. Anthony, who gave my estimate. Ilyana L, the customer service representative who took care of any of my needs. Alonzo who put my car in front so it would be easier for me to leave which meant a lot. This is the worst place to go for repairi g. I thought they are good by reading reviews but they are awfull. They are good at reusing damaged parts and the paint is very poor quality. They promised me the car would be done in 2 weeks amd now 3 weeks going by amd no words. They have no professionalism but very good at selling promises. Please do yourself a favour and dont go to this place. They will overcharge as well.

I work at Enterprise & have only heard positive reviews about Gerber in gburg so I knew I made the right choice choosing them to fix my car. After having my car for almost two months to fix front end damage they couldn t fix it I had to take it to Toyota dealership in silver Spring it was fixed in three days.I had to rent car all these times thenI was promised to get reimburse for the rental some time last year in December 2022 till now December 2023 I didn t get it.I contacted the corporate many time and the answer always the check is on the way.By the way they will not release your car to unless you pay your deductible on site.But issue check for me still more than a yearNever do business with this company !Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

The Best Autobody shop in the US. Never seen a shop where the general manager has 300 percent customer service. Ryan is unbelievable as far as making his customers extremely happy. Going here you won't be disappointed. 10/10 stars thanks

Friendly and very responsive. They kept me updated during the repair with texts regularly. I needed to pick up my car a couple of days after it was ready and they helped by extending the date so I would not lose my rental car. Great work as well.

Recommended that I use the body shop of my dealership for my newish car, after doing their inspection of my car after crash. More rapidly available parts at dealership compared to their shop. Bravo!

Excellent customer service! Obtained damage on the roof of my vehicle during a windstorm. I filed a claim with my insurance company and Gerber was suggested as a local collision and glass expert in the area (I was also recommended by a friend at work). Friendly, courteous, and fair throughout the process and they had my car completed 2 days earlier than anticipated.

Very friendly staff but poor communication with customer. Vehicles ready date was moved and no one called to inform me that it wouldn't be ready on the date originally provided by the shop and didn't provide any info on why it was extended. When I received my vehicle back from the shop, I had dropped off with my truck at 145 miles till empty, and at pick up I was below 30 miles till empty. I was never informed where my truck was taken off the property that used all the gas nor was I informed that it was even leaving the property.... i only was able to put it together because they left another shops information in my truck. I received my truck back with new recent Clear coat scratches on the driver side. I also received my keys back from the shop and my key was bent to the point that my key almost got stuck in the ignition and was almost impossible to turn. I had to carefully bend the key back to shape to prevent my keys getting stuck in the ignition. I overall am not 100% satisfied with this shop. Do not take your vehicle here.Services: Tires, Body & Trim

Big thanks to Matt the Manager!! He really took care of me throughout the repairs process and made me feel valued! He made sure to listen to all of my concerns, addressed them accordingly, and in a timely manner. Hopefully I don't have an accident again, but if I do, I am definitely using Gerber Collision & Glass again!

Used their service last year after a deer hit my car. They were super nice, effective, and informative. Continually called me to update me on progress! Even when I called to double check on something, they quickly scheduled me in! Highly recommend them!

Easy handoff of my car for repairs and coordination with the nearby Enterprise to make the process simple and stress free. Body work and driver's side door window/tint repaired/installed well. The pickup process was just as easy as dropoff. Lastly, the customer service from Matt was excellent!

Horrible customer service. I have been waiting over three months for a door hinge. I call them sever weeks after the estimate. They reply it s on back order yet I can get the hinge in three days on line. Now it s going past three months and yet no call etc. I realize it s a small service to them and not so profitable. Simple contact not much to ask for.

Staff are friendly and courteous. Repairs were well done and the prices are reasonable. I didn't have any collision work performed, I was having a problem with my driver side window. They diagnosed the issue and offered me options on the repair. I would go back should the situation arise and I'd recommend it to others.

Having a fender bender was just the thing I didn't need the day before surgery. Taking the car to Gerber Collision a couple days later was as hassle-free an experience as I needed. I have a twelve-year old car which can be difficult to find parts for . The staff greeted me with a smile. Helped me through the insurance process. Got my car back to me in half the time they thought it would take. They even had to special order a part. When I got my car back, fixed and freshly detailed, it turned my initial frown upside down.

Set appointment through USAA for estimate.Closed when I Showed up even though they were open on the USA site.This was Saturday Christmas Eve day. Most other sites had properly indicated that They were closed. Not Gerbet!

If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate need for collision or glass repairs this is the place to go. They get it done quickly they called enterprise for me and with an enterprise right around the corner the wait was surprisingly short. I had not even sat down when they arrived. Friendly, thourough and efficient service.
