The staffs are very messy, they didn t fully put my car together after they done fixing it. I paid almost 1400 just to end up with a mess in my trunk, and I have to find my own way to put it back.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenanceServices: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I have been a customer at Gaithersburg Auto Clinic for over 10 years. They are very professional, welcoming and friendly. I just got my tires changed recently and I was very satisfied with their services. I needed my old tires changed after getting a flat tire and I really depend on my car for work. They were very prompt at fixing my tires and I got my car back very fast. I was happy and appreciative. These guys. Are. INCREDIBLE. They SERIOUSLY find out what a problem is with your car. They are not like other auto shops I've been to, where all they might do is just run diagnostics or a few inspections here and there. These guys will really dive deep to find out what's going on, even if it takes time. Samuel was extremely thorough and consistent in handling this problem.I took my car to two other mechanics in recent weeks, neither of which could pinpoint what the issue was. But Samuel figured it out, and that gave me so much relief. You can confidently bring your car to this shop and trust that they will help you. Let them do what they need to to solve your problem. I will definitely make this my go-to place.

They charged me 855 to change out 3 tires, and the tires they used weren't even new! They will rip you off, they listed "align fender" but my fender came back the same as it was before. my headlamp wasn't even aligned neither. They don't offer military discount, but would pay you $5 if you write a good review for them. I had to pay the overpriced because I had no choice, but if you do have a choice, DO NOT choose them!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Auto windshield repair, Body & Trim, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

I would never take my car here again! The staff consist of 3 people that will lie to you about the simplist things. I had my wife s car towed here for them to look at the engine in a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. My wife and I told him that we were going to wait with the car while he checks inspects the engine for us, but he tells us we must go home because he feels uncomfortable doing it with us there but wants us to pay $90 up front, I was skeptical and told him this because I like to watch what people do when working on my cars but he insisted he would call when he started working on it , so I cashapp him the $90 and waited until the next day. I never received a call so I called in and was told the engine was completely shot, so me and my wife go back to see the car in the same spot it was in when we left it, I don t believe they pushed our car in the shop and pushed it back out into the same exact spot because the lot is small and cluttered, they told me they were done looking at the car but needed the car a extra two days to finish the estimate, but keep telling me I need a new engine. Lastly when I asked for proof I felt disrespected as I was laughed at in my face and told not to worry about the $90 as I have bigger problems to worry about. But I still left their shop without any new information about what s wrong with my car. I wouldn t take my car here for anything bigger than a oil change as they don t care about their customers just the money.

This auto clinic is good and 4 tire installation job completed very fast. King and his team doing great work and suggested couple of tips like how to dispose old tires without any charges

**HIGHLY RECOMMENDED-MASTER MECHANIC**Fred and his team of mechanics @ G'burg Auto Clinic have been my go to place for repairs for over the last couple years with different vehicles. He is a genuine, honest person - a rare mechanic to find these days. I just got new tires balanced, mounted and aligned done at reasonable price. Fred is willing to make sure he gives you options and will work with you so you feel comfortable. I personally appreciate and value that; especially during these times.I will be going back for some additional work in the next few days.I don't generally post reviews but when I have it's because I've truly received service that's worth commenting on.Thanks King and GAC!!

They always have good used and new tires, and the offer good prices on them as well.They gave me a alignment for only 70$, most places charge you 90$ to 100$, or 130$. Do they definitely hook you up pretty well. Fiv stats all the way.

Terrific establishment. I ve been coming here since I was old enough to drive, which is 18 years. No one beats their price, service, and speed. Very candid about health of car and doesn t try to talk about a sale. Great customer service too. Highly recommended.

Took my car for repairs due to accident. I was asked to turn documents in before they can start work. After doing so the next day, the shop never bothered to call the insurance company but rather kept lieing about they were waiting on them for approval of the new amount. About 3 weeks into it, I called the insurance to find out why they have gotten back to the shop. It was apparent that, they never bothered to call the insurance company at all which has caused me more money to pay out of pocket for the remaining days of my rental..
