Hector knows diesel trucks and provides a high quality of service, but BE WARNED after visiting two other ford diesel service centers in the area I was informed I got ripped off by hector for at least $2,000 in excessive costs and repairs. After a reductions heater assembly repair which didn t fix my check engine light I paid $1000 over retail on the computer and the computer reset to get check engine light cleared. On a subsequent repair I was charged for 2 alignments to do work his techs missed. Another $400 poof. Ultimately he noticed low tread on the tires and the price we discussed on the phone was not the price I ultimately paid in person. Another $600 over retail and when you push hector on this his English stops being useful and he claims he will send you a quote and doesn t. Do not bring your truck here.

Hector from Express mechanic was very helpful. He also came to my location in less than 30 minutes and knew exactly what he was doing. He swiftly got to work to get me out of my truck problem. 10/10 would definitely recommend

Hector diagnosed my problem in under 30 minutes. He stated tha5vit was a recall problem that Ford would fix free but he would have to charge me for the repair. Ford is fixing that but for all other repairs I have found a new diesel mechanic for my truck.

Hector knows diesels engines! He did a major job for me when others refused to handle it. And diagnosed things right the first time! He responded quickly to my phone messages, texts, and emails. I called these guys after having a turbo hose go on my 350 diesel. I was coming back from Pittsburgh heading to Richmond. I explained what was going on and they knew exactly the problem. Offered to come to where i was and also let me know i was ok to drive if i felt comfortable. Long story short they got me back on the rd inless than 2 hours.

Hector is very knowledgeable on diesel engines, fleet vehicles, light construction equipment, bobcats etc. Excellent reasonable and honest service from basic maintenance to full engine rebuilds, Hector does it all!
