Bill (the owner) is great! He was attentive, checked out my car thoroughly, while explaining to me when I needed to change my brake pads. There was no upsell, just honest, good work done on my car. I appreciate when people are honest and get things done quickly. I especially like that they are open on a Sunday

I had a problem with my front right wheel vibrating...I went through 2 mechanics and a wheel specialist and got no solution. Bill listened then took the car out for a test drive and basically figured out the problem in the first five minutes. He then took time to confirm what he thought by putting the car up and doing a thorough examination.I am really impressed!Prices are very reasonable too!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This shop is outstanding! Bill is a fantastic mechanic who always offers excellent service and advice. He has helped me several times and always comes up affordable solutions for fixing my car. On top of being the best mechanic in town, he is also a wonderful person. I am so grateful to have found such an awesome place! I can t recommend this shop enough!

I took my car in for an oil change, plus a break pad replacement (after a different shop indicated that I had to replace them). Bill indicated they were in good condition and didn't need replacing, so definitely a business that can be trusted when it comes to a realistic diagnostics! Overall the price estimate they provided was still much more reasonable then what you can get at other places.Services: Brakes, Oil change

I initially did oil change here and Bill found it was hard to start my cars. So he dropped me off home and found my car starter failed. He fixed the car pretty quick on the same day. I was lucky that Bill found out the problem and solve it fast. The price was very reasonable. Strongly recommend! I will come here again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I have been taking all of my cars heres for years. Bill is so good I have recommended my friends and family to him. He always takes care of my cars and does a great job. He is honest and explains what is wrong with my car it in a way I can understand. Bill really does do a phenomenal job helping people. I recommend him to anyone who needs a car repair.

Looked up mechanics open over the weekend to get a pre-purchase inspection done for a used car I was looking to buy. This man saved me from buying a car that was listed as no accidents, no paint work, no issues. He asked the salesman all the right questions, looked over literally every inch of the car and showed me overspray in the door jam that was so hard to see but 100% definitive proof the car had been repainted. He fought for me like he knew me and I had just met him lol. He has a forever customer in me and my wife whenever we're up in MD, saved us $35k+

Great shop! Bill is a great guy and will make sure to get any car repair job done properly. I also love that the prices here are completely reasonable and not overpriced like other repair shops.From now on I will exclusively be taking my car here for any repairs, and I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a proper and reasonably priced repair job!

I called today about an issue I was having (dead battery wouldn t jump properly even when connected to another car) to see if they would accept my car if I got it towed to them. The extremely kind man who picked up the phone talked through my battery problems with me for 10 minutes and encouraged me not to be hasty and first call AAA to see if a professional grade jump starter would have more power to jump my battery. He was right, so I didn t end up needing to bring my car here his honesty and patience saved me a lot of panic and hassle. If I ever need a mechanic I ll be taking my car to this shop.

Executive Automotive is awesome. They helped me when I thought I was in big trouble. It was Sunday and as usual my wife an I were running errands. We were rushing around and we accidentally pinched our tire on the curb pretty bad. Threw off the alignment and blew the tire. I had no idea what to do. While calling friends, one of them suggested I stop at Executive. I thought he was joking, it was Sunday. Sure enough though they were open and knew I was in a jam, and needed this fixed asap so my wife could have the car for work the next day. Alignment and tire fixed, all on a SUNDAY! These guys are awesome, won me over!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Owner made room for us right away and took care of what our previous mechanic could not. Emailing pictures of what they find (worn parts, dirty fluid, etc) is so simple and efficient, I can't believe no one else is doing this. My TPMS light came on n I have no idea that my tires just needed adding air or have broken(a pretty new Yaris). I'm really not a car person n got all panic then luckily found Executive auto still open today on Sunday. It was busy there when I first got in but they still tested all tires immediately, even took car for a short drive in order to make the warning light off after my car all being taken care of. I was so impressed how much they handle the small issue in a very detailing way, n explained everything why the light came on. They are simply awesome! Excellent service! They really are the 5 star auto shop like no one else!
