Very helpful folks! I needed windshield cleaner and picked up a roll of paper towels, the nice lady in the checkout counter told me I could save on the paper towel by picking up another roll that was half the price. This happened 5 minutes after store closing time. That speaks volumes about how they treat their customers.

Store#: 3517 CarQuest is an independent CarQuest which means they do not necessarily have to follow the rules of Advance Auto Parts (CarQuest is owned by Advance Auto Parts).When I tried to do a price match here they refused stating that they have never price matched in the history of their store and then said that the price of the item at the competitor's is priced below their cost. Very strange experience. Just walk next door to AutoZone and get parts for cheaper.If anyone has any issues price matching online or in-store, just reach out to Advance Auto Parts online via Messenger on their Facebook page. A customer service representative will be more than glad to assist price matching items on the website for shipping or in-store pick up. Just remember that when price matching, no additional discounts can be applied to the item such as Coupons or things like Veterans Discount (10% off).Only been to this particular store once or twice when the main store on Quince Orchard doesn't have the parts. Going to just in-store pick up items next time instead of hassling with the rude customer service and waiting for 10mins for them to find parts in a rather disorganized store.

Great for in-store needs, but because they are under Advance Auto doing online orders are clunky. ANA!

Hi everyone this CarQuest in Gaithersburg there's sale very fake part to the people.I buy the alternator from this store and there's guaranteed on it.after 5 months the alternator broke down and this store manager said hi can not replace for and i have to buy another new one who cost $ 225.00 again never your car part in that store

Just beware, this is not the typical advance auto parts company. Guys here are extremely rude and you better speak spanish otherwise you'll be made fun of.

When nobody else has it or can get it same-day .. Carquest Auto Parts will. If only i would have went straight here first vs spending 2 hours going place to place. Lol
