I took my trailer to them to have some sheet metal work done and a window replaced. The trailer sat for 4 months and nothing was done till just the other day 1/19. Every time I called I was told that the owner would call me back and never he did (poor communication). When I did speak to the owner he was short and kept making excuses why he couldn t get the sheet metal. I get it that there are issues with getting materials but when I call a place and they have what is needed to repair my trailer you don t make excuses not to get it done (lack of due diligence). So they finally replace the window this week and didn t even put the key lock back on. I send my wife to get our trailer so she hooks up to it and pulls it out to check for damages. Let me tell you that there was more damage and things missing to my trailer than it went in for. So as my wife was trying to pay and get info about what happened, the owner was extremely disrespectful and kept turning his back to her as she was trying to ask questions. I highly recommend staying far from this business as they wouldn t even knock money off the bill for the damages that happened on their lot while my trailer was suppose to get fixed!Pictures are of the new damage that the owner even admitted to happening!

Awesome. Had the pleasure of meeting and talking with the owners. Super nice people and Jeanette and I purchased a new 6 X 12 enclosed trailer from them. C & C is the place to go for ALL YOUR TRAILER needs.trailer Sales and service.

Stopped in to get a piece welded on my trailer. Left with trailer breaks not working fluid missing from pump and a destructive wielding job. Plus the owner was nasty with a attitude. Barked at me because my trailer was sitting in the road detached waiting to be pulled in for 45 minutes. Then took another hour just to pull it in as someone jumped in line in front of me and he just made me sit there and wait. I came there with a fully functional braking system. Left with it not working. Warning..... beware of this shop. The 1st picture is the damage. Clearly you can see the sloppy job.

Wow, these folks are great! We broke a leaf spring on our RV on the Beltway completely disabling the trailer- tire fire, the whole deal. C&C really bailed us out and enabled us to continue our trip. They knew exactly what to do and had the parts in stock to get us on the road the SAME DAY!

Look no further for GREAT customer service and quality work!I brought an unusual request to C&C; I wanted to modify a snowblower into a boat tug (I said it was unusual) for moving my boat in/out of storage. C&C were friendly beyond belief and helped me with the design and fabrication of a really cool mod.I'm really glad that I found them!

They are superb. They are so warm from the moment I called to my visit. They know their craft and do it with smile. A place that genuinely listens to and solve your problems. They fixed the issue on my trailer that took nearly an hour and guess what they did not charge me one dime. Yes you read that right...they did not charge me one dime. I, Mr Eze will forever by grateful and will recommend C & C Manufacturing Inc for life. Highly recommended!

I was there and although they couldn't help me do to the condition of my trailer, they were wonderful people. They walked me through many options and took the time to explain a lot to me. My trailer "THE BEAST" is a unique Homemade trailer and they took the time to go over it carefully and fairly. They didn't try to charge me for things that wouldn't have been unnecessary and they did sell me the safety chain Grab Hooks which actually assisted when the "Beast" almost disconnected. Wonderful family owned and operated business. And even though it was a shop, it had a relaxed feeling.

Great company to deal with. Based on my experiences, it is operated by owners who care about taking care of customers and seeing that the job is done right. I have had a receiver and wiring installed on a van by C&C, purchased a trailer and some small items from them as well. Every experience has been everything that I could have asked for. They've been honest, helpful, knowledgeable, and honest with me. Highly recommended.

I had a very easy and smooth experience with the women in the front on multiple visits. I had my enclosed trailer repaired and inspected. They even allow me to leave my trailer a few extra days since it was difficult for me to come by during the week because I live a hour plus away, and by the time I got off work they were closed. I would definitely recommend C&C Manufacturing and I wouldn t take my trailer any other place.

Best service at incredibly honest prices. I took a horse trailer in for installation of an electric jack, and paid about half what was estimated by shops that are more horse specific. And they stand by their work! I couldn't be more pleased.

Great customer service and great repair work!!My 18 year old daughter took our horse trailer in for a replacement plug. They did a great job and didn't take advantage of her young age and try to overcharge or sell her more than she needed. Several repair places have tried to do that in the past. This will be the first stop for any trailer repair in her future.

Upsell the gen-y hitches more than whats listed and overcharge when your in a pinch and job needs to be done urgently. Dont make this a stopping point

I called for a tire that was $58 on Amazon and they told me $123. I told them about Amazon price and she told me rudely to go to Amazon. I wouldn t mind paying $85 but almost triple the price??? Rip-off
