Brought my wheel here for dent repair and they did a great job. Was reluctant because my wheels are colored and not just regular stock wheels but they took care of it and was able to fix the dent and match the paint perfectly. Their front desk man has great customer service as well and answered all my questions. Took a day to finish but they also painted it. Overall, really satisfied. I d happily bring my wheels here even aftermarket ones cause they know what they are doing

Very responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. Spoke withNaz initially who was very helpful and relayed the information to Joe to get the job done right. Went through the options to make sure I was getting what I wanted. I was looking for a very complicated color and Joe did a great job. I am very picky and when I asked about something that I saw on one of the rims, he took the time to address it quickly without making me feel bad for asking. I definitely recommend having your wheels done here and just sent a friend to them to have a powder coat job done. They care about their customers. Reasonable price, quality work, and fast turnaround. Thank you.

I had a daily leak of 30lbs of air and found two cracks in the wheel. I attributed the cracks to an incident 9 mos ago and it finally reared its ugly head! I must say I was skeptical about wheel repairs and have always purchased a new wheel, but decided on having it repaired. I called several companies and this was the only one who responded and took the time to discuss the process. So I dropped off the wheel and all I have to say is I am a believer and will return to this shop if my 21 wheels have anymore issues! This team did a great job that I could hardly see where the previous damage was and holding air. The price was fair and the customer service was great! Give them a call if you need a wheel repaired, you won t be disappointed!

Searched endlessly online to find a reliable shop to fix one of my scuffed up rims on my Nissan Altima! I would definitely recommend these guys for the job! The scuff marks are gone and the paint matches perfect! I couldn t be happier. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful, and the waiting area is super comfortable! Thank y all! 5 stars all the way!

Repair:perfectly repaired my wheel, cant be best more then they did .Customar service: oh its awsm, fantastic, super, mind blowing As my tire was not useable, they had junk tire that they can charge, i wouldnt have any other option without buying it but they didnt Also to find for me tire they search for me more then 10 company and until they find out for me Mr NAZ was keep trying minblowing service Behavior was 5 star quality.Cost: not too high, standard.Best wishes for them.

Whoo hoo! Took my Mazda here since a few curbs would ahem jump out of nowhere and scrap up my wheels Also had a couple of bends thanks to GW Parkway and their Infamous Potholes. AWRS did a complete restoration and my wheels look absolutely perfect (and reasonably priced)!Though I hope to never need the services again, I am super pleased with how they turned out and will return if necessary. Thanks again! (Two Before photos - ignore the dirt, shh!; two After)Editing to Add: If you plan on getting new tires, but are also contemplating coming to AWRS for your wheels - GET YOUR TIRES DONE FIRST. I just had a new set of tires installed and wanted to schedule my wheels AFTER because...let's be honest, doesn't matter where you go, tire installers are *rough* on your car and will not only ding up/scratch up your wheels, but also the body of your car around the wheel well/rocker panel. Remember, they have to remove the wheel to replace the tire; the last person to touch the wheel should be the one who repairs/replaces it. So, I got my new set of Yokohamas and THEN came to AWRS for my restoration. Be smart. :)Service: General repairs & maintenance

Just bought my 2015 Land Rover and wanted the all black look. Alloy Wheel Repair was recommended by the Dealer I bought the car from. Initially thought $700 for all 4 was a little pricey but after checking around found the price to be fairly competitive.Dropped off Thurs morning and car was ready for pick up Noon the next day. Edit: just uploaded photos of the peeling paint as well as my invoice to confirm location. I wasn't informed of a warranty and couldn't find that information anywhere. In addition, I am having my wheels redone through a tire shop who caused other damage to the wheels. They are paying to repair them through their partner who confirmed my suspicion of the already peeling paint job that was deteriorating before I brought it to them. The paint began to chip inside the bolt wells first then center cap, and now around the face of the wheel. I would've given you guys a chance to fix the issue, but if the solution was a thin layer of paint the first time, I prefer to have them powder coated by someone else.I used Alloy Wheel Repair about 2 years ago to refinish all four of my wheels - small spots of rim rash I wanted to clean up. Now, 2 years later, the paint is chipping on all four wheels and is easily chipped or scratched with professional wheel removal/tire replacement. I am currently having another wheel repair shop refinish the wheels and they confirmed the job was done poorly. Based on my research, I paid the cost of having a professional powder refinish, but received a regular paint job. Part of this was my lack of knowledge between the two repair routes and not asking for the specifics of the work they were going to do beforehand. Make sure you ask questions. This shop took my inquiry and my car the same day and I got it back the same day. We can all appreciate that type of convenience, but keep in mind it's likely at the cost of the longevity of your repair. They looked fantastic, but it didn't last long.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance

These guys are great. The dealership could not balance my tires on a Grand Cherokee. Brought the vehicle here and found out a rim was out of round and when I left it was smooooth riding. Great service and friendly staff.

Joe and the entire crew did an amazing job repairing my two cracked and bent rims. Got it done same day and in record time. The completed work and repair price was way better than I expected. This will officially be my go to shop for all my rim repair.

Had my Z28 wheels restored here. They came out perfect, better than new condition. The office manager Jana Lambert was extremely knowledgeable, very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Would do business here again and highly recommend.

Had a set of FJ cruiser rims refinished for my Tacoma and I am very satisfied with the results. Service was fast, price was reasonable, and all of the staff members at the shop were very friendly too. No complaints!

Please please please DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They r liars and thieves.I took my car for my wheels to be fixed. The left rear was cracked cuz it's been leaking air for a week. I told him that and also said front was a lil shaky.He comes back telling me both rear are cracked and front wheel is bent. I know how they work, he is just trying to up the bill. So I said don't worry sir just fix my cracked wheeland front He comes 45 mins later ( impossible time to have fixed a cracked and straighten the front ) and tells me he is done fixing the cracked wheel and fixing the front. He charges me $375. I was upset that he fixed front when it was fine. GUESS WHAT? When I drove my car for 1 min the other rear now was showing low air. A tire that had no issue, and front tire is still bent and still shakyThey switched the cracked one from left to right just so I can come back. DO NOT USE THEM. They have no clients or customers. No cars in their shop no phone ringing no one waiting to be served( should have been a red flag for me but I decided to trust them).Try them at your own risk.Then when I call him asked whyHe said you m*@&$*f*@@ker, take your piece of s*@#t benz some where else. He kept saying it over and over and then hung up.Then he said Dont come back.THEY ARE FAKE, LIARS & THIEVESScroll down the review and read #TooblessedTobeStressed. See the way they responded. My black rims had a bad case of curb rash and they were able to bring back like new. Friendly service with a nice waiting area. Took about 1.5 hrs, and we'll worth it. Great price as well. Highly recommend

Took one of my rims in to get it repaired and they said it would take 2 hours. I waited for them to get done, it only took them less than one hour. When I looked at the repairs, I couldn't tell that they had done anything to it. Fantastic job! Very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this to all my friends. I will also be going back if I need any more repairs done to my rims.

I have been in the market for Powder Coating my rims for a while now and I was recommended to use Alloy Wheel Repair and I couldn't be happier. First off the customer service was amazing. Julayne was very responsive and would go out of her way to make sure the customer is happy. They worked around my work schedule when it came to dropping off the car and picking it up. To finish it off the rims look amazing! I have already recommended Alloy to friends and I will continue to do so. If you are in the market for anything they can do.... Called for appointment - got booked immediately. Got there at 10:30, handed over my keys. Less than 1 hour later, my wheel was repaired and the car brought around, ready to go. Great price - super speedy service, comfortable waiting area. Would recommend, for sure.

I was dumb and jacked up one of my rims on some weird brick work sticking out alongside a parking spot. The damage looked _bad_, but these folks were able to repair the wheel such that you can t tell anything ever happened to it. They did a perfect repair. I grabbed a breakfast sandwich from the Etchison Country Store across the street while I waited, and the car was done in about 90 minutes. Highly recommended.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had one rim with some significant curb rash - I called the day before and was lucky to get an appointment for the next day. I arrived for my appointment at 10:00 at 9:55. I went in and they took my car right when I arrived and got to work.The repair was done one hour later, and for an extremely reasonable price. The repair is flawless, absolutely perfect.Everyone that works here is extremely pleasant and clearly takes pride in the service they deliver. If you are in the area, this is the place to get your wheels/rims repaired.

In all fairness I've never been to your shop. I called one day to get a price quote. Just because it didn't meet my budget doesn't mean I wouldn't recommend your shop to my friends or family. After reading your rude comment to me it would not be right torecommend your shop. Customer service is important to me and judging by your response I can tell it's not important to you. Please remember you need customers and you might want to think about how important it is to treat people with kindness and respect because just like anyone of us you are a paycheck away from being homeless.

The wheels on my Tesla were scratched up quite a bit from tight corners. In addition somebody run into my side and destroyed the look of that beautiful 22 inch turbine wheel. I got the business card from the Tesla Service Center in Rockville and had no idea what to expect. Driving to the shop took quite a bit, but it was absolutely worth it! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the repaired wheels, they looked new, not "like new", just new! So the team knows how to care for your wheels! In addition the crew is friendly, approachable and prices are reasonable. From now on this is my shop when someone ask me about their wheels or I have a problem. I'm sure you will have a similar experience. Take care!

Shout out to these guys for getting me in and fixing my tire! I went to an auto body shop where they told me I had a cracked rim and I needed to take it to a place in glen burnie. I live in Frederick so that s a hike for me. I googled rim repairs and they were the first to come up. I gave them a call and asked if I could bring it there for them to fix. I m leaving for a trip Friday so I needed my tire repaired ASAP. I was able to drop just my tire off and they repaired it within a few hours at a reasonable price. Would recommend using them!

This place did a awesome job with my rim. I hit a curb pretty hard and scratched it very badly. They fixed it in a little over an hour for a very fair price. The quality of work is excellent and you couldn't even tell is was every damaged. DON'T BUY A NEW RIM GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I have already told many people about this place.

Excellent results! I sent a photo of my damaged rim and got a quote and an appointment a few days later. They fixed the curb rash caused by one of those car wash tracks so well that my GTI rim looks shiny and unmarred as new. Definitely recommended!!!
