A friend backed up his car into mine and created a big indent on my car's rear bumper. I went in to get an estimate for the fix. Alex took a look at my car and told me if I do not care about the paint, he could just pop it for me. Next thing I know, my car was fixed in no time and free of charge. I was so lucky to find such a wonderful and efficient auto repair shop. Definitely go there and ask for Alex for all my future auto repair needs.

Airport auto shop is awesome! They towed my car without an issue. Even when I gave bad directions and had them changed they were so understanding and helpful. David is the individual that helped me and he was absolutely wonderful. He was very helpful, welcoming and kind. I was very grateful! Awesome company!

Highly recommended! I placed a call because my car wasn t in position to make it to the auto shop. A tow truck was sent out and arrived in just over 30 minutes. The staff was very friendly, polite and accommodating. I felt like I was in good hands from start to finish. Would definitely use Airpark Towing again should the need arise.

Recently went in to fix a broken front bumper and received outstanding service. Alex, the individual who assisted me, deserves a special mention for his exceptional expertise and professionalism.The entire team exhibited a high level of professionalism and politeness throughout the entire process. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a priority for them.I highly recommend this auto body shop to anyone in need of quality service and skilled professionals who genuinely care about their customers. My car looks as good as new, and I am grateful for the outstanding work done by Alex and the team. Five stars without a doubt!

Called late night for tow because car would not start even after several people tried to jump start my car. However, all I needed was a jump from a professional who had the right equipment. Advised me of buying a portable jumper starter which I had in another city. The towing company CSR was friendly on the phone. The towing associate arrived quickly and was honest about what I really needed. I was able to save some Money and did not have to wait long in a secluded area and was able to get home safely. I Thank Them Truly For Their Help!

I came to Airpark after I hit a deer and my car required significant maintenance and repairs. I was thoroughly impressed-the service was beyond phenomenal and greatly exceeded my expectations. When I arrived to pick up my car, it was detailed cleaner than it has been in years. I expected the experience to be transactional and fairly regular, but Marcelo, Johnny, and Alex treated me like family. Highly recommend.

Outstanding Performance by Alex Gurevich, Auto Body & Paint Manager repairing 2020 Honda Pilot -fender bender. Honda now looks brand new. Beautiful work and matching paint. Outstanding attention to detail. Alex managed estimate, repair and paint completion to a 5 star rating. Highly recommend Airpark Auto Body for car and truck repair!

My front right tire blew up and the front axel was broken due to an accident, and I chose to have my car fixed at Airpark Auto Body instead of the repair shop recommended by my insurance. It was a great choice because Alex, the service manager, was always prompt in answering my questions and addressing my concerns throughout the process of reparing my car. I had to pay out of pocket to replace the remaining three tires and the left front axel that wasn't covered by my insurance, and the prices were quite reasonable. It took longer than 30 days to fix the car due to delays with the insurance and having parts delivered, and Alex gave me a rental free of charge when the 30 days of car rental provided by my insurance ended. They did a great job repairing the car, and it looked new inside and out when I picked it up. I have found an auto body shop that I can go to any time I have car issues without worrying about the quality of work or being overcharged. I would recommend Airpark Auto Body to my friends and family.

Marcello and his team did a phenomenal job on my wife's 2013 Sienna Minivan taking it from a pretty bad parking lot hit to what is seen now. He worked with the insurance company making my life super painless. Delivered the van on-time and detailed. Agent called early morning at 7 am to give me heads up when he is arriving. He arrived earlier and performed a restart of the car even though it did not happen right away so he does not damage my car by pulling on axles Gentleman, cordial. Will recommend the service to anyone. Thanks

Highly recommend Airpark! We needed some body work after an accident. Airpark came and towed the car (in the rain) immediately. They worked closely with the insurance to review and approve the work. This may have been the best roadside service I ever had, as far as response time. I was disappointed the serviceman didn t wait for me to call for authorization to tow when the jumpstart didn t work. However, they sent another tow truck in a very timely manner. What a comfort to get such great service! Thank you!

This place is amazing. My daughter and I both were in accidents (separately) and Alex and his crew immediately put us into rental cars. The customer service is outstanding. They treat you like you are the only customer in the shop. My 2013 car looks brand new. I highly recommend this place. I will be using them for future maintenance for all my cars.

Felix s service was outstanding. He really went above and beyond to tow my Tesla that had run out of battery into my garage. It took a lot of problem solving and maneuvering and Felix got the job done. The work Felix did was beyond my expectations and I can t thank him enough!!

Highest quality work I've experienced. They advocated for the needed repairs and quality parts with my insurance company to ensure a great outcome for me. Additionally, there was a dispute with the insurance company on how much they were willing to reimburse for the repairs so I had to pay a portion out of pocket. Airpark Auto Body worked over many months to to ultimately get the insurance company to cover all the costs. They have proven to be highly trustworthy.

I cant stop talking about the Airpark Body Shop.I have been the car business for over 30 years. Great Customer service. I couldn't believe my eyes when I sow the finished paint job that Airpark did. It is by far the best work that I ever seen, No over spry, No paint lines it is just PEFTFECT WORK, The manager/Owner is a perfectionist Mr Tito.I highly recommend this body shop without a doubt.Service: Body & Trim

Excellent service. The battery and key fob were dead. The key would not open the car either so there wasn t anyway to put the car in neutral. It was a nightmare job and they handled it beautifully.

I found myself in the unfortunate position of being rear-ended on 11/01/2023. Though my fight with the at-fault party's insurance has been frustrating, at no point did I ever feel let down by the team at Airpark.In short order they were able to provide me an estimate & realistic picture of what to expect going forward. They provided support with everything from the slow insurance process, procuring a rental vehicle, seeing to it that my personal effects were stored away safely until I could retrieve them, etc.I cannot say enough how helpful Brian, Marcello, & the rest of the team at Airpark have been. They have gone above & beyond (even taking time outside of business hours to address my concerns. Although the circumstances of my coming to know about Airpark were unfortunate, I can honestly say that I am glad that we crossed paths. Once I finally have a car, my first order of business will be to take it to Airpark to give it the once-over (& make sure any issues are taken care of quickly).Thank you Airpark Auto Body for being consummate professionals, & for helping make this dreadful episode in my life just a little more bearable.
