A receptionist should always welcome customers and make them feel at home. That was not what I experienced when I went to this business. I arrived about 19 minutes early and the receptionist told me it ll be a wait because the guy is on lunch. That was fine with me. A couple minutes later she mentions how the service for my car would take 3 hours and asked am I staying? I must of looked shocked because I said No, I didn t know but i m standing there wondering where was I supposed to go on foot for 3 hours? There s chairs in there. There s a TV in there. Why not offer me the opportunity to sit and wait for my car to get serviced while watching TV? I usually go to Airpark AutoPros which is right on the other side. I messed up by booking this place on Groupon. It was a very unwelcoming experience and i ll never return or recommend this place to anyone.

My most recent experience was taking my vehicle in to have MD State Inspection performed. The inspection was completed in a timely manner, Avon explained issues that need to be addressed, performed the repairs I requested, and got me on my way. They did an alignment and some other repairs efficiently and properly. I know more than enough about cars to know when a technician is forthright, and Avon definitely has been forthright, direct, and helpful. I have confidence in his work and his word.

Avon and Sam are two of the MOST honest auto mechanics I've ever in my life dealt with. They don't tell you that you need work when you don't; if there is a problem with a repair that they did, they'll fix it immediately. If you have work you will need in the future, they'll point it out and tell you if it's safe for you to wait a little bit longer. At this point, they are the only mechanics I'll use and I recommend them constantly to friends, family, co-workers and even strangers who I overhear complaining about their cars. These two gentlemen, and the rest of their shop, are the absolute best in my opinion.
