Extremely frustrated, this shop has had my car since July 2023 and done no work on it except open the engine cover and remove the spark plugs. I am unable to get anyone on the phone and my voicemails go unresponded to.I ll be happy to update this review once the work is done and the car works, but as of right now I am extremely annoyed that in almost 6 months my car has not been looked at for more than an hour.

Great Service, fast, honest, and dependable.I have a 1988 Toyota Camry, needless to say I just want to keep the thing running as long as I can while not being over charged for parts that are not that expensive. Wes and Tyler are running a great shop with prices that are not going to break your budget. So if you are looking for a place to take your vehicle to get repairs done, or need a second quote because you feel that your local mechanic is charging too much reach out to these guys and I know that they will treat you right.Keep up the great work fellas and see you soon!Service: General repairs & maintenance

If you're looking to build a long term relationship with a shop you can confidently take your car to, look no further than these guys. I had previously taken my car to many commercial spots for services and was always left questioning the commitment to service and quality. 124 Automotive takes a different approach, they kept me informed as to what needed to be done and what to potentially keep an eye out for. They were thorough in the work requested and informative, not pushy, about what needed to be done later. I'd trust them with all future work as its a place that will be honest and consistent. It nice to know I wont be calling 5 different places to figure out where to take my car now. Wes and Tyler are an amazing up and coming young duo that have treated us very well. They have done work on our Foxbody Mustang our 1950 Cadillac Series 62 and our Ford F450 diesel truck. If they haven't seen it before, they'll figure it out! They are the only ones we'll be going to from now on! Took my 2017 Ram today to get my brakes done. It s a truck I use for both business and personal, so I put a lot of wear and tear into the truck. I went in with my engine light flashing, they did a quick test drive, and immediately diagnosed the issue. Service was fast and efficient. Wes is super knowledgeable, and the lady at the front desk is super sweet and personable. Highly recommend. I don't see how anyone can give these guys 1 star. They are kind, gentle, always wanting to help, patient and professional. There front desk might look a Lil disorder but don't let that full you. They are also the most affordable in Gaithersburg area. You will not regret it.

Total Scam!! I took my 2000 Ford lighting for a belt service charged me a grip. They never fix the issue. Belt still walked almost came off the pulley. Had my car for 3 weeks put miles on it left it wth no engine oil. Don't trust these guys!!

We have been using 124 Automotive since they opened, they keep our entire commercial fleet up and running strong. They always have the solution to our issues with different trucks in our fleet. My family and I have used 124 Automotive for several repairs with all of our cars and we have been extremely pleased with their customer service, communication, and craftsmanship. Somewhere to get your spark plugs changed but not anything major terrible customer service and call back times I would recommend ISP or excessive Motorsports might be a drive but you know you re getting quality work
