These folks put me at ease from the moment I walked in! Very easy to work with and they took care of everything! It was one stop shopping. They did the state inspection, transferred my tags and included the state tax on my car. I was able to drive out of there knowing everything was taken care of! Where can you do that today? I gave them 5 stars and recommend them to everyone!

Just moved to the area and got my first (and apparently only) inspection. They were ready right in time, and It took just under the scheduled hour. The waiting room was comfy and cool with a working soda vending machine and a little TV playing Gunsmoke. Both of the men who I spoke with were kind and friendly. I am relieved to have so quickly found a shop/people that I already trust. This place was recommended to me by a friend, and I d recommend it to anyone!

We have taken multiple cars here with multiple issues and they come out completely fixed every time. The last time the mechanic tried to show me how to replace something so he didn't have to charge me money to do it. It's a great location very honest folks I'm surprised to read the negative reviews because I have never run into that situation over the last 20 years.

Great family to buy from! We were traveling back from Virginia, and wanted to see what we could do on a vehicle we had recently test drove. We unfortunately hit traffic and couldn t get there until about a half hour before they closed. Dale stayed almost 2 hours past their closing time to help us get the best deal, set up our new vehicle on insurance, and still stayed to detail the car before we left. Dean also helped us the time we had stopped before, and was very nice too! They are a wonderful local place to support; and we ve never been happier with our vehicle, the price, and the service we received.

Please save you money. Do not take your car here you will leave with more issues. These guy will send you out with a unsafe car. If you have children stay away from this place. They have the worst service I ever seen. I m shocked they are in business. I was ripped off for $435 for a inspection and no repairs. They told me the inspection was $75 end up costing me another $250 for nothing. Also I had to take my car back for repairs because they broke my car. They fixed it be it should of never happened.

Small locally owned family business. I've never bought a car from here but I can tell you it's a very laid back comfortable atmosphere. They always seem to have good variety of vehicles for sale & the prices I've looked at seem very reasonable. If I'm ever in the market for a used car I'm making Pusey's my 1st stop.

Go in with a cylinder 3 misfire for inspection car still running. Comes out with multiple misfires and a front desk clerk that pretends to scan your car for the problem after, proceeds to say he s got a phone call and pulls off and comes back at close and locks the door in your face. Don t trust them it s not gods will like there sign say s. It s them playing you to come back for there service. Good thing I only spent 80 keep the change trash service

Needed State Safety Inspection and called Pusey s. Appointment was set for two hours later. Was greeted promptly and politely and told the car would be done in an hour, and guess what, it was. Good people, good service!

So, went today to get my car inspected. Every thing passed except the small amount of tint on windshield above the asl line. I talked to the shop manager and he told me , he could not go over the inspectors head. Pretty much nothing he could do. Talked to Maryland state police and was told it's legal above the line. I left gary pusey pretty upset as his shop guys have no clue Maryland laws. I then left there and went to another shop and asked if it was legal. The answer was yes. So I had inspected and everything passed. Gary pusey auto shop will never see me again. What a rip off. They pretty much stole 70 bucks from me.

Charged me 400 dollars to replace front brake pads...didnt touch my rotors. Basically after parts I was charged 350 dollars for 20 minutes of labor. What a bunch of theives.

State inspection was done and was very pleased with the on time appointment and the curtious employees. I will be back for addition work if need be.
