Excellent service! Squeezed me in and found my coolant leak, replaced my water pump and my truck was back on the road in no time. Only shop I trust with my diesel truck. There is other diesel garages closer to me but I will travel the hour and half away for the service I get at Shoe's.

I ordered and received my 2017 Ram 2500 Cummins in 2017 Shoe s is the only shop that worked on it since I bought it.I had numerous things done to my truck by them and they ve always worked with me for the best results.I currently have about 134k on the truck and it was 1st tuned in 2018 no issues.I drive over 2hrs for their service so that should say it all!!!

I've always had an awesome experience with these folks. They saved the day and had me fixed up same day to get me back on the road and have always had things done in a timely manner after my first great experience with them. I've referred countless friends to Shoe's and I'll continue to do so!

Took longer then they said and only did half the work I wants and the work they did ended up like this a couple weeks later wouldn't recommend anyone to take their pedal bike there over priced and under experienced and said they could take a broken bolt out and ended up putting it together without even trying. Left an exhaust leak and set a programmer maxed out I assume for job security

I ve had a couple maintenance items taken care of on my truck here. I do most of my own work but I trust these fellas. They made an honest mistake that cost my truck a wheel bearing and a hub but they made right on it and replaced both sides for me without even blinking. They stand behind their products and their work. Respectable.

If you have the time and resources to take your vehicle back multiple times to fix the problem, this is the shop for you. The first time, we brought the truck in for suspension. When we pulled out of the shop, we discovered we couldn't turn the wheel more than 10 degrees in the middle of the intersection. The second time was to fix an oil leak, and the truck left the shop in worse condition. Paid the bill and still have to take it somewhere else to be fixed.

My 08 Duramax, 170 k miles, occasionally needs some maintenance. Truck has always run great and sometimes things just wears out. Shoe s is great at diagnosing the issue and coming up with the right fix to keep my truck running and driving great. Thanks for your work and good recommendations.

I ve been taking my 2008 F450 to Shoe s for 2 years now. They have proven to me with a water pump issue at first and then other issues (It s a 6.4 lol) that they are professional and know what they are doing. I won t take my truck anywhere else.

Had sprayed in liner done today, they done an amazing job looks great and super easy to deal With. Would recommend them if your looking for bed liner!Bought bug shield and vent shades from them ordered them they put them on for me.Very professional and the quality of there work is probably the best in the area. If you need anything for your truck,car,or suv call them you won t be disappointed!!

Where to start.... i took my 450 there to get some work done and had high hopes of the place. The truck was towed there on the date Shoes told me to take it there. The truck sat for months in their parking lot while the push other jobs ahead of mine knowing I didn t want to pay another towing fee. I let that slide because honestly it wasn t a huge rush. After diagnosing the truck they told me it was the emissions system and the turbo. Which I then stated do what you have to do and might as well bulletproof it while you have it. In the mean time another truck if mine they did blew something else (which I m now assuming is due to their fault) so I then turned it in there assuming that it was covered under their parts warranty which they claimed it wasn t even though they didn t even tear off the head to see the top end (which they completely replaced). It had only been 6k miles since the first issue with them. I told them I need the 450 done as soon as possible so I can continue to work and feed my family. My 450 got inspected through them as well. When I arrived to get my 450 the original issue I was having was NOT fixed the knock was still there and it has very weak low end power. A day later the 450 started blowing out gear fluid which I specially told them to check and change the fluid and seals since it s been sitting, which they did not. I also checked the oil and they over filled the oil by A TON (assuming you try to cover up the knock they were supposed to fix). I gave this place sooooo many chances and was Extremely kind to them al to get burned and thousands wasted. I m going to spend a little extra money at a trusted diesel shop to dig into the engine and make sure they put in what they charged me for as well as fix the original issue. My opinion is STAY AWAY big mistake trusting this pace. Oh they also ended up charging us $800 for the dodge truck that broke down and giving us a fit because we decided to have it towed elsewhere(assuming that someone else will find out they didn t fix it right to begin with!)

Very bad experience here. I went from under 500$ to 2100$ because they broke bolts of on everything they touched. Along side that, when they did work on the turbo, they failed to put the heater core hose back on all the way which resulted in loss of coolant and leaving me and my family stranded. Furthermore, I went to replace the front brakes after they had worked on my truck, they ran the lugs on with an impact and were so tight that my impact at 120PSI would not loosen them on both front wheels. I had to heat them with a torch and hit them with a hammer to get them to loosen up. Then I put them back on correctly. What a chop shop....

I cant beleive what a scam these people ended up pulling we payed 1200 dollars for a set of wheels that they ordered themselves saying they fit turns out the wheels dont fit even on half worn tires they rubbed the fenders and bend the bumper we immediately changed the wheels back the next day and asked for a refund and to repair the damages shoe's agreed so when we came down they damaged the bumper even further and kicked us off the property with no refund. all I expect is to get what I pay for not for a business to destroy the product I'm paying them to service.

Truck put us in limp mode, first exit was frostburg and these guys were luckily right down the road. Dropped everything to pull a code, then said they would try to fix, before we were finished lunch they had the truck done and ready to go rest of trip and is still running great! Can't thank these guys enough, clean office and shop, very knowledgeable and friendly and really saved us from a bad situation!

I stopped in based off a recommendation from my buddy. After spending hours sorting through products on the internet I recalled that recommendation, called them, and they had what I needed and ready for pickup in 5 minutes. I've built my share of diesels and was happy to see all the staff there knew what they were talking about and were eager to help. No doubt, I'll be returning to support this business. Had my 2016 f550 deleted by shoes diesel..pick it up Friday afternoon..Saturday morning started truck and noticed a clamp was missing..I replaced clamp then drove truck about 75 miles and noticed transmission temperature was high..truck was empty ..pulled over and saw they had exhaust to close to transmission ..pan was now leaking ..went and bought header tape so I could drive it home..when I was under truck I noticed they didn't put exhaust on the hanger..got truck home and replaced pan gasket and changed exhaust..then checked under hood..they had use a hose that was not long enough coming out of radiator..they put wire ties on it to try to keep it from kinking..so I find out my coolant system hasn't been circulating because of this...it almost cost me an engine...i saved pictures to show the dealer that recommended these guys...
