Stopped by on my way west towards Frederick, to get gas and lunch. In a hurry, I picked up hot dogs since they didn't have pizza or the Farmers chicken and BBQ sandwich. The hot dogs were very old. The buns were hardened and the hot dogs dried and shriveled up. Not to mention they aren't cheap. The dollar Sheetz hot dogs are WAY better. I was already on my way when I opened the boxes or I would have returned them. Most likely won't stop there for on the run food again.

I stopped to get gas on Thanksgiving and the guy working there around 6:45 pm was very rude unprofessional and uneducated I told him he was being rude for no reason and he kicked me out of store and threatened to get someone to beat me. I am posting this for the records bc I am following up and calling my lawyer.

Went here at around 5:45 AM this morning and the store was entirely closed and fuel pumps were off. Another guy and myself needed fuel and had to leave. It put me in a bad situation considering my car was almost out of gas, other stations aren t exactly close by. No idea why you guys close the pumps at all when the store isn t open, most other stores do not. Your hours online say the store opens at 5 as well. Do not trust this store for emergency fueling outside of business hours, as well as early morning.

I know this is a gas station but they could do better, always people walking in with their masks down below their nose(nobody says anything). Their coffee bar always seems to be missing things or very low on stuff. And they are extremely inconsistent about putting out food for their customers. Today is a Friday/payday and I go in all their coffee is empty their creamers are all very low, and there is absolutely no hot food in the warmer. Seems to me like some of the employees don't take the initiative to make sure things are as they should be for morning rush.

I have been honoring this highs for years and in the past 6 months the store has declined. Not sure if it is the employees personality or they don t want to be there, it is subpar. Several times asked to get something that was visible in back of cooler but was told they were out, no argument made took my business to highs on rt.97 which I will drive an extra 10 minutes to honor. Bye west friendship highs!

I was almost out of gas but luckily this Highs was on my way. Unfortunately, they closed 53 minutes early according to Google, and their pumps are either off or broken. Now I have to drive more out of my way and hopefully get there without running out of gas. I can't believe a chain gas station would be this lousy with its employees. Get some employees that actually work the hours you have posted on Google!!!It is currently 11:07 and it says they close at midnight. I specifically checked because this happened to me last time!

In short, this location is small in size with only six fuel pumps. Because the store itself is small, not as much of an expansive selection of items are available. Additionally, public restrooms exist but are outside around the entrance's corner.Overall, the station has the basic commodities customers need. However, I did feel a little unwelcome and perhaps even a bit uneasy as a group of employees stared at me for several minutes as I stood out of my vehicle to stretch my legs and enjoy the evening weather.

Been driving for 3 hours and there system is down and manager on duty that sees me stop here at this location all the time. Would not honor a cup of ice. Then this bearded guy says cant help you and walks away. Real nice........ He would not let me get a cup of water....Then you should lock the doors and not let anyone in. I will never stop at highs ever again......

Good gas station. Always been a number 1 fan of highs. It s very small but that s not there fault, just limited space in the shopping center. You have to time it right to be in and out. I always go at 11am or 11pm. Location is convenient.Ps: close when you say you re going to, or update your hours.

The bathroom sees alot of use but it is always in need of toilet paper..soap or a cleaning. I stop by several times a week and see only one person working. If they had more help they could clean/stock restroom when needed!

It was a pleasure being served by Zach today... this location is a favorite stop for snacks and gas, due to employees like him (and another young lady whose name I forgot from the last visit)

Ok place just be prepared to wait. Got to the pump at about 5:10-5:15 and Didn t even fill up all the way because it took too long. Current time is 5:35. Yes I have a box truck to fill but still this should not take so long.

Parking + fueL pump access area is a VERY TiGHT SQUEEZE Be Prepared to Wait � Maneuver to your destination[ / ] spot. Your wait time depends on the time of day. BEWARE: THiS STORE CLOSES + PUMPS TURN OFF @ MiDNiGHT USUALLY Otherwise, Clean Amenities , HeLpfuL Cashiers & Convenient Location

There's just one bathroom and it's outside. I got the gas I needed, but the bathroom was occupied. Not the best stop.

Extremely weird they Keep the lights on but turn the pumps off so you can t get fuel overnight don t pull in after hours if you need gas because you will get stuck here only had station within a 10 mile radius

Great staff, however depending what time you want to get here the traffic can be a bit heavy. Just know the times and you will be fine getting in and out.
