Great customer service and a fantastic staff!!! The sales, service, and parts department are well equipped, and the staff is truly there to help! They have an amazing selection of vehicles, as well as parts and accessories!! You can just pull right into the service lane. Have you seen all the awards that this place has?? Dealer Rater of the Year 11 years in a row, Car Fax Dealer of the Year 5 Years in a row, plus the service guys have awards everywhere!

I am very disappointed with your dealer, I went to buy a car from you, which I would definitely buy cheaper from less reliable companies, because you are a company that has a name to protect. Unfortunately, they sold me a car with existing problems, they didn't keep promises made at the time of purchase, they sold me warranty insurance that wasn't ideal for the type of car I bought, and many other things. I liked your salesperson, Erick was very attentive to our family, but the rest of his team did not act professionally and correctly. I'm sorry for saying these things when you're willing to help, but I needed to talk to someone who could change these situations, for the good of your own company.

Everyone at this dealership was extraordinary. I was directly and promptly served with excellence by Frank, who was exceptionally knowledgeable, warm, patient, and a joy to work with. Work with him if you get the chance. He made the experience fun and inviting; and, significantly, it was always "how can it be done", which I greatly appreciated.While I was working with Frank, I was also promptly once again welcomed back to the dealership by Joe, who not only remembered our discussions the last time I got my vehicle there, he made sure his team was firing on all cylinders and reaffirmed I would again be in good hands. It was clear he was very proud of Frank and his whole team, and that he had trained them well.Rounding out the day was an excellent experience with Paige in finance. She was equally as masterful in her work, and explained everything clearly and with enthusiasm. She was also extremely welcoming to my two daughters who said they missed her when we left.We were only there a couple of hours; it was the smoothest and most enjoyable experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. We came back this time because of our previous positive experience -- but this experience set an even higher bar for us. I simply couldn't recommend this team higher!

Worst experience ever. Had a personal loan secured and was advised the car i was interested in was good to go. After securing the correct documents THEY ASKED FOR and all paperwork needed for the dealer, they advised me the vehicle was mine. They then sold the car out from underneath me while i waited for the bank to send me the check for the loan. The manager CARL contradicted himself. Carl's famous words, "i don't care."Zero communication within the dealership. "i don't care."No consumer loyalty at all. "i don't care."This dealership doesn't value the consumer but would rather make a quick dollar even if you have a loan through a personal bank.-Wade

Whenever my vehicle has any kind of issue with it, I call Younger Nissan of Frederick. Being someone that isn't a vehicle person, it is imperative I have a place I can trust. They are all very good at explaining any issue that arises. Their prices are competitive. Their work is thorough and timely. I highly recommend this place for all your vehicle needs

When I went into this dealership I was planning on buying my first car, so I was very nervous. One thing I loved about this dealership is that everyone was so helpful and kind. They let us drive the cars by ourselves which I think is excellent because then you can really get comfortable with the car. They let us know step-by-step what they were doing during the process. They were all extremely accommodating, I had Jim as my car salesman and his assistant Jared who were great and knew what they were talking about. I also had Jesse help me with finance and words cant even explain how much he helped. I got a quote from M&T bank and Jesse was able to bring my monthly payments down to match the quote M&T gave me! I was so happy and relieved, he truly made the night even better. A huge THANK YOU to the gentlemen I had a pleasure of doing business with, would 100% recommend them and this dealership to anyone looking to find a new car! (They also have AMAZING deals on their cars!)

The good, then the bad...The financing department was wonderful! Paige Nicolao was extremely helpful, friendly and very well prepared. She handled our questions and concerns with a warm and professional manner and made sure we were taken care of and happy with everything. She was the only person in the dealer to provide their card.Bad customer service from sales! I spoke with Brenton Spear on a Thursday (and again on Friday) to schedule a test drive at the dealership for a specific car, and to make sure the car was available. When we arrived at the dealership Saturday morning (an hour drive away) he informed me the car was at the auto body shop so we couldn't see or test drive it (it had been at the shop since Thursday so he never verified the car before, during or after we scheduled the appointment). He didn't have the title information on hand and seemed very unprepared for the meeting. He got up from his desk and walked away several times without saying excuse me, or that he'd be back or letting us know if/what he was taking care of. At one point he started assisting another customer and got up and left us completely without saying anything. After completing the sale, he confirmed he would call us before 10 AM the following Monday so we could arrange to pick up the vehicle. He didn't call us with an update and we had to call him twice before he finally let us know the car would not be ready for pickup until that evening. We were extremely unhappy with his unprofessional actions, poor communication and rude customer service - we almost cancelled the sale because of him.Service omissions... after the sale, I got a text message from the dealership asking if I had any questions; I responded back requesting service information and never got an answer. Days later, an email arrived stating I "chose not to have recommended services performed on my vehicle" at the time of the sale and that I should contact the service dept because service was needed --- funny (NOT) that I was never told about the services when we bought the vehicle. IN FACT, we were told all tests and evaluations had been completed when we specifically asked if an oil change and routine tests had been done.

Wow, what an incredible service experience! Mr. Rob Welker went above and beyond to take my vehicle in yesterday evening, even though the Service Department was minutes from closing. My Nissan Frontier started having trouble maintaining an idle, and as a mobile business owner my truck is my life and not having it in good order can be so problematic! Mr. Welker took the time to get information from me as to what I was experiencing and had me checked in immediately. Early the following morning I had already received an update as to what was wrong. The same day Younger Nissan Service dept had me in my truck and out the door! And the truck seems to be running phenomenally so far! Thanks again to a wonderful team at Younger Nissan!

A warning light turned into a $2100 repair unexpectedly.Service people were unfailing friendly e.g., Doug R. but he also said - "we always replace rotors with brake pads"? recommend windshield wipers? Do I look like a helpless widow? And when I picked the car up I was told I needed an additional $900 in ABS repairs! But fortunately excellent and considerate service manager Jesse C. suggested he could do the ABS a bit cheaper. Terrific staff, and the brake and alternator repair seem to be fine, but I dont really know. I will go back...

Made an appointment for 9:00 but not seen for a very long time. Don t understand the purpose of making an appointment. If they are not honored may as well remove the option. For a service engine light check and transmission fluid flush waited onsite 6 hours. Seems very excessive.The technician did not put a protective barrier on the driver side floor and the mat ended up with oily boot prints. We had just had the mats shampooed and will need to again This was a very disappointing visit.We know you can do better because you have done better in the past.Please accept this constructive feedback.

Crooks, all of them. I bought 3 vehicles and had several serviced at this store. Every dealing I ve had with this business I ve felt cheated. Shame on me for not discontinuing my business with them earlier. Never again.

I serviced and installed 4 new tires to my wife's car last week from Nissan Frederick. I was driven to German town yesterday and noticed the car was bumpy ride, when I checked the dashboard tire pressure, air pressure was incorrect supposed to be 33 PSI and Nissan tire technician pumped too much air.

I want to give a big big thank you to Steve Asare, Paige, and the rest of the team for making a dream come true. This was the first time I have ever bought a car off a lot. I am extremely limited on time and they made this happen fast and easy for me. Very professional and courteous. It was a pleasant experience up until I received my truck and found other issues that caused serious problems. Also had an issue with the overcharged amount from my warranty company for the transmission that was quoted around $3500.00 but was charged $5411.63 which cause my warranty to reach its liability amount for my vehicle. Sorry about the rating of service, but something has to be done.

I just dropped off my Nissan Rogue to Joseph Geisbert at Younger Nissan in Frederick. My Vehicle needed a new Transmission and the door fixed. My Vehicle was fixed quickly and is running better than it ever has. Younger's Service Department has always been fair when it comes to fixing and maintaining my several Vehicles. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I appreciate Joe's experience and I trust him when it comes to Service. Thanks to Joe and the Service Department.

My husband & I spent weeks searching for a vehicle after I totaled mine. It's kinda Ironic how we ended up at nissan dealership to begin with. "I had my set on an Acura" I truly feel that God led us straight to Younger Nissan.Jim, Karl & Ed were all extremely helpful, patience, kind, friendly & went out of their way to ensure that we left there 100% satisfied. I even received a in the mail a week later with 2 free key fob jackets & a letter stating "Thank you for your business. It was by far the BEST experience I have ever had with a dealership even the misdt of this pandemic!! There was ONE thing that stuck out to me & my husband as we were leaving, our sale associate said "God Bless" Right then & there we knew without a doubt we made the right decision & it was a huge blessing to be driving away there in the NISSAN Maxima 350 SR Midnight Edition. Thank you all for everything!! You guy's are AWESOME

The sales department did a excellent job with getting me in an out with a awesome pathfinder. The service department let me down with the oil change it took more than a hour and a half. Granted they gave me a free tire rotation to make up for the inconvenience. I think not counting it as one of my two free oil changes i got with the purchase would of been better.

Most of the time they have been very helpful. But this time I had scheduled an oil change for first thing on a Wednesday morning. Since it was in the morning they told me the time was 45mins for everything. 8:30AM was my appointment time, yet they didn t start my car until about 10:45AM, not finishing everything until 11:30AM. I hadn t heard anything from anyone with any updates, just waiting around. 3 HOURS after my appointment time it was done, just for an oil change. Something that is simple took them way to long with someone just waiting around, if I knew it was going to take that long I would have arranged to leave it here and have a ride.
