I m traveling out of town and experienced a bad tire error message on my dashboard. It is 7am and I m traveling from WV to NJ. It s actually registering on my dash as a tire malfunction. Of course I m anxious and have 2 hours to go. I Google for nearest tire repair and tire plus comes up. I get here, meet Ryan and he was welcoming and checked all my tires. Gave me honest assessment and told it could be hours because he needed to order my tire for delivery. Long story short the time went by fast and it was what he said. Thank you for impeccable service. As a woman traveling alone I had a safe place to sit and read while my tire was fixed.

I had the opportunity to speak with Ryan who helped us through the process - he was able to get my specific tires within that day and installed the next day! He didn t push some type of sales on me and listened toOur needs and recommend the tire alignment. He also was understanding about my delima to get to the store before it closed (luckily we were able to get there before closing) but he provided many options/solutions to my possibly delay.I would do business again

Had four tires I purchased online mounted and balanced. In and out fairly quickly even though they were busy. Got home noticed white marks on all four wheels. I called and talked to the manager Brian and he said to bring the vehicle in so he could look at the marks. I did and it turns out it was dried on tire lube. Brian himself cleaned it off and apologized saying the technician didn t need to use that much or if he did he should have cleaned the wheels. I went from being really pissed to very satisfied with the outcome. Well done Brian.

Awesome Customer Service! Had a tire emergency while traveling from out of town. These guys squeezed me in to their busy schedule to help me out in a pinch. I figured I would have to wait for a couple hours but it was done way faster than I expected. I wish I would have bought all 4 new tires from these guys because they deserve the business. I believe the two guys who helped me out were Frank and Ryan so big thanks to them.

I traveled to Frederick from Ohio for work. My ABS and traction control lights came on. I took my car to Tires Plus and after the diagnostic, it was found my wheel bearing needed to be replaced. Ryan was absolutely wonderful. He was there from start to finish, was very helpful, and knew I had to travel home to Ohio the next day. They were able to fix it before I was scheduled to checkout from the hotel. I'm extremely grateful for Ryan and Tires Plus for making my vehicle safe to drive home and for being understanding and helpful in getting it done so I wasn't stuck with no car and no hotel. I am beyond delighted to share my experience. As a manager at a different company and customer for Tires Plus I have nothing positive to say about experience or the management at this location and will be letting other members of the community know my frustrations about Tires Plus. I scheduled an appointment for my vehicle to be repaired (engine, battery, and oil) so that I could have a vehicle to travel to work. I came in on my off day and proceeded to wait 3.5hrs for my vehicle to get serviced. During those 3.5hrs only one of the three impending issues with the truck was addressed. This was the oil change, which is one of the most simple processes to do. I would be more delighted to speak to a representative if further interest arises in my experience.

My technician ESTEFANI provided quality service and responses to maintenance questions that I had asked her to research. She did not speak down to me or try to oversell services that I don t need. But, provided her concerns and service recommendations .

On 11/11/23 had my car work on at Tires plus the waiting time was very pleasant good atmospheres the representatives was very professional kind I would recommend everyone to bring their vehicles to be work on the representatives are (Honest) and respectfully that's what the clients like me need I will definitely be back thank God Mr Richard and Mr Ryan pharmley . Thank to the mechanic as well.good place

I had a screw in my right rear tire on my Ford F150. I first went to Mr Tire in Frederick. The guys there said they could not fix it and said I would have to purchase a new tire . I wanted a second opinion and had them put my space tire on. Guys at Mr Tire charged me $30 just to put my spare tire on. I then went over to TiresPlus Total Car Care and they said there should be no problems with fixing the tire. The guys at TiresPlus got the job done with fixing my tire and put my spare tire away back in my truck. Total charge was $32 including tax. I highly recommend these guys. They were honest and treated me right.

went to Tire Plus in Frederick, MD just to get my tire pressure checked. The service was excellent. The staff were courteous and professional. They checked my tire pressure quickly and efficiently. They also gave me some tips on how to maintain optimal tire pressure and performance. The service was free of charge and I was very satisfied with the result. I would highly recommend Tire Plus to anyone who needs tire service.Service: Tires

They tried hard and managed to fit me in last minute this morning for an alignment when I found out my regular guys didn t have the proper machine. The cost was reasonable and I felt they were honest. Did not try and sell me things I didn t need. Will recommend to people needing an alignment!

You expect those who work at a tire store to be experts when working with tires... at this location, I had a WRONG size tire placed on my vehicle. I started to have car issues related to this WRONG size tire and when I brought this to the managers attention, they replaced the WRONG size tire (with no apologies from anybody) and then started to place the blame of my car issues on the age of my car. I do routine work ups on my car, what a coincidence that once they installed a WRONG size tire, I start to have issues with my car.The employees(Vincent), managers (Richard) and claim specialist (Chet) refused to take full responsibility.

I needed a tire either patched or replaced on a Sunday so I went to Tires Plus because it was one of my only options. After being told the tire could not be patched, I agreed to get a replacement. Then the technician tried to convince me that because the original brand of tires had been discontinued, I may need to replace all four to avoid damaging my transmission. I expressed some hesitation and waited in the waiting room while another technician went to measure the tread. I called a friend with some basic car knowledge to corroborate that notion and he shut it down. The technician heard my side of the conversation and when the other person returned from measuring, the original technician told me, I guess we ll just do the one tire, to which I agreed. Bear in mind, this tire that was being replaced and the other three were all installed brand new from another Tires Plus location in November of 2021 and have maybe 12,000 miles on them. During that visit when the tires were installed, that location performed a courtesy check under my hood. When I picked up my car with my four new tires, one of which was supposed to be free and was not, I began having trouble with my car accelerating. When I returned to Tires Plus to get a refund for the tire that I was erroneously charged for, my car stalled out near the parking lot. The technicians there proceeded to tell me that my transmission was bad. After a tow to the dealership, it was discovered that the technicians at Tires Plus took out my engine air filter and then put it back in backwards. Fast forward to my experience the other day, and after leaving with my new tire, the very next day as I was driving, a warning light started flashing on and off on my dashboard in such quick succession that I couldn t even see which one it was, alarms started going off, and my doors started unlocking and locking themselves. When I took my car back to Tires Plus to find out what they damaged this time, the technicians insisted that I now need a new battery. Even though I have documents stating that during the most recent courtesy check that accompanied the tire replacement they tested the battery, they then proceeded to tell me that they in fact did not. I ve wasted so much time dealing with issues caused by this chain and the blatant disrespect of their employees trying to take advantage of me when I needed the most simple things. I will never return, and I recommend that you steer clear as well.

I've been coming here a long time & the guys are always honest with me. They call me when there's any issues & let me know if there's anything unexpected that turns up. This last visit happened to be one of those times. I thought I was coming in for a few hundred dollars worth of regular maintenance, but there were a number of other issues that I had a bad feeling about, but didn't think would be that serious (I was wrong) & it ended up being quite a bit more expensive than what I was expecting. Despite that, they went above & beyond working with me to get within the budget I had at the time & were honest about what needed done & what I could wait on. I really appreciate the service they gave me. Although it took longer than I was expecting, everything is running great again & I know I can call then if there are any issues. Good to have an honest mechanic.

Extremely slow, 2.5 hours for 4 tire installation even though several employees spent most of their time chatting to each other. Decent price but extremely filthy inside. Dead bugs and spider webs eww! Won t return.

The service was great. I went to a few places to find the best price and they crushed it, some by as much as $50 per tire. That place also has a "lowest price guarantee". I don't know why or how since I asked about that and they just mumbled at me while still quoting $200+ more for all 4 tires than Tires Plus. Price isn't everything and they were also the most friendly to work with as well. They had to order the tires I wanted for the next day. After shopping around for no reason but to waste gas, I called Tires Plus and they ordered them and scheduled my appointment for the next day, all while they were only open for 15 to 20 after I hung up and were still pleasant. I will definitely be back for my next set of tires.

After noticing my car oil light came on I called Tire Plus and spoke to Ryan who was very helpful and was able to see what was going on. He let me know that my oil pan broke and completely leaked all my oil. They were able to repair my car in couple of days and gave some recommendations as well. They are great. I had my cars oil checked by them today and the guy immidiately noticed my wiper blades are worn off and he put the time to check to make sure If I need both pairs. The management is very great I noticed when I was there. They do their job precisely . It s diffinitly a place that I trust always to take my car to. STAY AWAY THEY ARE AWFUL! If I could give zero stars I would. I called and made a same day appointment with a very nice woman on the phone. Brought my car in and the guy at the front desk told me I had no appointment. If I ran a business and there was a scheduling mistake, I d do what I needed to make sure the customer was taken care of - well not the jerk at the front desk! He told me since there s no appointment on his end he can t help me and maybe I should consider coming back another time. Why would I come back? I just drove 30 minutes to this place and was turned away. Atrocious, stay away!

Contemptuous welcome, appointment not respected, 4 hours of waiting for a result that leaves me unsatisfied: the tire pressure looks like lotto numbers. However, I had a good impression on my first visit.

I dropped my car off this morning to have work done on my hubs and had an extremely positive experience. The mechanic Curtis could not have been better, but the whole team was great and they now have a lifelong customer.

Avoid tires plus in Frederick if you can. The ONE issue with my car (that costed $2k) was not resolved after bringing it to this shop the first time. After bringing it back a second time, they wanted to charge me another $1.4k to fix the SAME issue they DID NOT SEE the first visit. SHAME on their management/front desk staff for insisting that this ONE issue was not addressed by me, the customer, when I brought my car in when it was actually the only thing I notified them about.

Terrible service. Makes you Waite while their on the phone. Even though you have an appointment. I believe they should take care of the customers that made appointments and are in front of them. They also always try to up charge you with more service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
