Tire Mart is the best. Every single time I have had work done by them on my cars, the staff has been extra courteous and the work has been done professionally and correctly--I've never had to follow-up with a problem because the job has always been done right the first time. I have been a customer for more than 15 years--great work by Tire Mart results in my complete customer loyalty.

I needed tires same day. Tire Mart came through for me with an hour. I was done before lunch and able to move on with my day. The service was fantastic and just speaking as a woman not one guy there gave me a creepy vibe. I know that is a bit odd to leave in a review, but at least for me that counts for a lot, and I suspect it will for some other women too.

My son popped a tire on my car and Mike with Tire Mart was able to not only get my car in but fixed within the same day at a reasonable price. The staff was friendly and helpful when I picked my vehicle up. Great service!

The service was absolutely fantastic. They found a rusty nail in my tire and fixed it asap. They even rotated the tires for me. Before giving me back the keys, they also double checked everything. Critical part of car maintenance.Above all what blew me away was their customer service. You can immediately feel familial vibes in the store. The type where you know you can rely on em. There were cute books and children s books on display if your phone is dead or unexpectedly wait a longer. Best of all, I didn't utter a single word. Zero communication barriers for who are deaf or speaks other language(s). Epic experience and service all around.

Love Tire Mart. Great service at a reasonable price. As a woman who takes my car in myself I have NEVER felt taken advantage of. Actually quite the opposite, I feel quite taken care of. Can t recommend them enough.

I needed trailer tires. Mike had the guys ready to get my dump trailer in and out very quickly because i had to block the entire shop due to length. 20 minutes and 4 tires done. Fastest I've ever seen tires done.

These guys are super professional, very knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. You are not going to find better service in the Frederick area. Their prices are unbeatable, I guarantee it. The new owner took good care of everything from start to finish. They even gave me a free sweatshirt. I love supporting small businesses especially this little mom and pop shop. Happy i stumbled upon them on google. I will be back. You guys just found yourself a customer for life. Thanks to everyone who made this whole experience exceptional from start to finish. They are even starting to offer basic car repair classes for free; like how to change a flat or check fluid levels.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

Needed to get my tire checked as the low tire pressure light kept coming on. They got me a same day appointment. They found a nail in the tire and made quick work of patching it. Everyone was super friendly! Definitely recommend!

First time here, came for a pre purchase and md state inspection. Every single person was great, shop dog is awesome, and the mechanic doing the work on the car was very patient and informative on whether or not the vehicle would be a good purchase. Happy to have found a new regular shop!

Tire blew out unexpectedly, these guys came to the rescue and I would say went above and beyond to help me. I don't write reviews often but it's well deserved for them. Pricing was also fair and every interaction was very friendly/helpful. A++++++++

Passing thru Frederick from out of town when my check air pressure light came on the dash. Stopped in from goggle search. Entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Did I mention it was 4pm on a Thursday night. Every effort was made to repair nail hole and when that didn't work my "out of the ordinary" size tire was ordered and ready at 8:30am the next morning. Again very quick service installing the new tire. Fair price. Might just have to travel 100 miles from home for future tire service.

These guys are the freaking best, and epitome of small owned shop. I went in for an inspection, I even had an unfortunate timing of a misfire happening after I left the shop.They showed up to where I was, scanned the car and helped diagnose it. Andrew even showed me how to repair it myself, if I chose to do so.Seriously, shops like these don t exist. There s a reason they have a wall full of plaques and recognition. 100/100 recommendation!Service: Vehicle Inspection
