I had to.come on here and share the amazing experience we had while getting an oil change and fuel induction. The team that served us were top notch! The staff found out we were from Canada and made sure we had water and drinks for our trip back. They were great with our children as well! The garage honestly was the cleanest we've ever been to. Way to go team!!

One of my friends recommended stopping here as I needed an oil change. I was blown away by the service! It was super quick, inexpensive and I didn t even need to leave my car! I loved all of the little touches, like being offered a drink and the coupon for a free car wash. I will definitely be back!

Everyone was professional, calm and positively motivated in a friendly way. Almost EVERYONE SMILED. Very pleasant experience and was glad to be able to see tech underneath car. . .and all the cameras throughout the service area. It's sad that cameras are needed to maintain upright ethics these days, but it's obvious the owner cares. I will be back for my next oil change AND I already use the express car wash so thrilled to get two free basic washes. Thank you!!!

I pulled in with the mostly flat tire. They located the problem (nail in the outer edge), but didn t have my type of tire on-hand to replace it. Still they gave me a quote, and put the spare tire on free of charge. Best flat tire I ve ever had! Thanks Lube Center!

This is my second time here and I highly recommend this place. It's very convenient, super fast, I don't have to get out my car, and a free car wash coupon. Micheal the tech was super friendly and helpful. He explained to me about the services I needed to get done next and what they were for which I appreciate a lot. Arianna was also very friendly and had great customer service. Will be back for all my oil change & services, thank you!

I have always been a fan of the Lube Center. The service has always been fantastic at all the locations. I find them to be incredibly reliable and the customer service is always top notch.This was my first time visiting this location. The staff and managers were incredibly friendly. I got an oil change and my headlight replaced all in about 30-35 minutes. My car always runs great and after 80k miles and almost 30 oil changes I have not had any issues.The only downside is it can be a little pricey. However the consistency and reliability keep me coming back and that to me is worth the extra cost.I forgot to add sometimes you get a free car wash which is fantastic!

I love the convenience of taking my truck to the Lube center. My only complaint is some techs are better than others. Last time I was there I need my tires filled and air taken out of 2 of them. When leaving my air pressure was way over the psi on all 4 tires and he even opened my door to check the PSI. they were supposed to be set to 32 and they were over 40 psi when leaving so I ended up adjusting them myself. Other than some small things like that they re great!

Always a great experience here. Been coming here since I was in the military and come now as a veteran. They are very professional and courteous. Had a serpentine belt replaced and it was quick, informative and an overall as always good experience when dealing with Jay and Tyler. You guys are awesome. Keep up the great work!

Friendly staff, helpful and knowledgeable, good vibes all around. Helped me turn off & reset a number of dashboard warning lights. Fair prices. They weren t trying to sell me something I didn t need, they instead informed me, got me up to date on the state of my vehicle.

I'm very happy with the oil change. The assistant manager did the works. She did the 10 points inspection an refill all fluids, and checked tires pressure. I also got my Veteran discount. Great job.

the review queen has stepped into the chat, So I've been to places mechanic took advantage of me now my husband and father has to come to the place to seek understanding, at first i was a little worried seen the experiences I've had but actually these guys get the job done I believe his name is Tyler at this front desk my car was shaking while driving and they did a wonderful job, quick oil changes they ask you if you need water coffee etc. very good prices for the work I've had done go EARLY IN THE MORNING THEY WILL FINISH BY OR BEFORE LUNCH!!! I FEEL MORE COMFORTABLE WITH LEAVING MY CAR WITH THEM... THEY have a small waiting area coffee is awaiting you tv as well. good job LUBE CENTER !!!

The service I received Sunday was soooo awesome. Nicholas explained to me all the service add ons and recommendation for my car. Not only did I feel like my vehicle was in great hands, but the offer of beverages while we waited was different. I ve been here before, but this time was soo different and special. Thank guys.

From the very beginning, the entire team were friendly, professional and truly cared for my auto by showing a dirty air filter and found a high beam headlight out, as well as suggesting a additive along with my oil change and asked if they could check the tire pressure, making sure they were properly filled with air. Michael was superior with customer service, and asked if I d like something to drink and I received a fruit punch! Top notch!

What an awesome experience! I originally went to Jiffy lube to get an oil change and a new battery, but they tried to charge me $400 just for labor. Naturally, I declined. I called the Lube Center and got an estimated cost over the phone of $400 plus tax for everything, and it was only 3 minutes down the road. I didn't even have to get out of my car! The customer service was excellent and the service itself was superb! I'm so happy it turned out to be such a blessing.

I had a great experience today at The Lube Center. While traveling, I had received service at a different vendor. I noticed some leaks and went to the Lube Center to try to fix. They found the problem quickly, repaired it, looked everything over to ensure that everything was ok. When they were finished, there was no charge and my car ran decidedly better.

Excellent service both times I was there. I am a master automotive technician yet I bring my truck and my girlfriend s truck in for oil changes simply for convenience. I didn t feel any pressure to buy any extras and I felt the whole staff works as a team to complete tasks. When I saw the female changing my fuel filter on my diesel truck laying on the radiator support I felt so akward for not being up there doing it myself but it shows you how well they train employees here and how sex isn t important when it comes to servicing vehicles. I thought the pricing was fair and they competed all the work in a timely manner I would recommend this place to anyone in the area plus they have free car wash coupon with oil service at there sister location up the street..thank you for making keeping my truck on the road

They are the greatest people!! Very caring. One of the employee there knows sign language so that was definitely a PLUS!! They always hook me up when I needed air in my tires, fill whatever I needed such as antifreeze, wiper wash etc. overall the employees are great, very friendly and they explain in details If there s anything wrong with my car.Go there and you won t regret it

They were completely professional in regards to my vehicle they explained everything from a tail light being out to the oil leak I was aware of. Regardless to what I knew they took the time to explain it all to me. Any questions I had were answered fully. I give them 5 stars and will be back for my next oil check.

Highly recommend! This place is so much faster and easier than taking my car to the dealership. They are professional and efficient. They have $10 off coupons and they also give you a free car wash with your oil change.

What an experience at the auto repair center . I love the atmosphere, the service guys. And especially the manage Thomas Seales . I was referred to him by a coworker. They said he was a straight shooter and very honest. I felt like I knew him before I even got there. I listened to how he interacted with the other customers, and it was very pleasant. He did not sell you anything you didn t need and if you didn t need the service they also told you that. It was a very pleasant environment, he is very knowledgeable about cars. I will definitely have my car service there in the future and I will refer other people as well. It s not very often that you go to a repair shop and you actually have a good time while waiting to paying for the service. I didn t wanna leave. Lol. I just wish there were more businesses that were this pleasant and professional to work with. Honesty is very rare in that profession. You guys knocked it out of the park. Great job.

Got an oil change and not only did I get offered refreshments the bottom and top tech were both fast and even gave me some info about my car that I wasn t aware of to keep an eye out for potential issues in the future. Thank you to Diego and Nicholas for being so attentive and Tyler for training such nice staff.

My first time here! Most convenient oil change ever! Guys were very professional. Price on point and gave me the option of an additional recommendation. You can either stay in your car ( never knew this was an option anywhere!!) but I left my car with them and walked over to Boscovs to shop! And . I got a free car wash card! I will be back!!

Best oil change experience I ve ever had. After my last experience at a service center I shall not name, I needed a new place to get my oil changed. I looked at reviews of the 3 locations in Frederick. This one seemed like the one and I was right. Everyone is down to earth, genuine, and friendly. Did a coupon for my synthetic oil change, even though I didn t have one on hand. Offered me a drink. Free car wash coupon. I enjoyed the whole drive thru oil change experience. I will be back and look forward to it.

I love this place and will definitely go back any time I need an oil change! It's convenient - you don't even need to get out of your car - and quick. The tech was extremely personable. I already recommended them to my daughter-in-law!

The staff was awesome from the manager to the technicians doing the oil change and changing my headlight bulb everyone was great. Was asked if I wanted a drink while I waited which was nice.

Friendly and respectful staff. I stop taking my vehicle to the RR dealership for repairs because I always felt like I was being hustled. And for some reason RR couldn t resolve issue with headlights blowing out. Brought my SUV to The Lube Center for an oil change (which was far more affordable than RR dealer s service center) and they offered to replace blown headlight (didn t know that was an option). Not only did they replace lamp bulbs they also identified the reason bulbs kept blowing (something RR couldn t determine for 2+ years!). TLC recommended that I take it to their sister company The Auto Repair center (for repair). Long story short no more blown bulbs! I ve been a loyal customer for 6+ years. I find the staff to be knowledgeable, fast and efficient. I love The Lube Center! I highly recommend.Service: Oil change
